I am sai saraswathi prasanna lanka, I was born on 21 september of 1999 in kakinada Andhrapradesh.

I completed my post-graduation with an MCA degree in 2021, achieving an aggregate of 72%. I had 1
year 7 months of experience as a production support in tcs company.

I am responsible for tickets raised in insurance domain. I am using mainframe technology to resolve the
tickets,and i'm using ITS queue line to know the root cause of ticket and it minimize

user impact.

I have done my bachelor's degree in the stream of bsc computer science with the aggregate ogf 81%
during the completion year of 2019.

I have done my intermediate in the stream of MPC with the aggregate of 72% during the completion
year of 2016.

I have done my SSC with the aggregate of 85% during the completion year of 2014.

I'm little bit familar with java,python,SQL,HTML

I'm fluent in english and telugu and i know the Hindi language but not fluent in that.

In leisure times iam listening songs and gardening.

I am living with nuclear family,my father is an building contractor and mother is a homemaker and I have
one elder brother he is working as a service advisor in K.V. motors company.

requirements

I have to give the client contact details who are learned A.I.M.S.

I have to use A.I.M.S to develop various software modules like MIS,DBMS,CRM,ERP or Business process
management applications.

I have to deploy and customize the software at the clients place, troubleshoot any issues and customize
the software as needed.

To ensure payment for the client uses the software and pay for the development or deployment
services. Costing can be decided with the help of our reporting head or team coordinator.

To obtain an acknowledgment from the client for using software, following the provided format

I have to conduct training sessions for A.I.M.S. and participate in promotional and training events for
BuziBrAlns-A.I.M.S.

To achieve targets and to meet our targets by developing a number of applications and contributing to
company's growth.

I understand that I need to complete at least 2 to 5 A.I.M.S. CRM or ERP projects. The revenue from
these projects will be added to my salary, as agreed upon when I joined. Each project should cost a
minimum of Rs.7,500."

5. What will be your Plan of Action to complete functional target?

At first, I have to understand about targets if I'm not clear I have to discuss with lead to get an clear idea
about targets

once it clear I have to plan clear schedule divide the targets into smaller tasks

Next, I will allocate the necessary tools and resources for the project. I will then develop and execute the
projects according to the schedule.

Finally, we will continuously improve the project throughout its development

6.How will you search clients (In case Required)?

Firstly, I was connect with exisiting clients to our company, and I was searching in franchise network
which involves so many local and regional clients also.
Afterwards I will research our target audience, industry trends, and competitors to shape our digital
marketing efforts, focusing on Search Engine Optimization(SEO), content, and social media to reach
potential clients effectively.

Next, I have to build strong relationships by networking with industry peers, attending conferences, and
forming partnerships. Using our current clients for referrals would also be improve in establishing
credibility.

I’m also implement a proactive sales strategy, reaching out directly through emails and calls. Regularly
tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on data would ensure we’re always
improving.

Finally, my aim would be to support BuziBrAIns’ growth by focusing on creating new ideas which helps
client satisfaction, and sustainable business practices."
