Dear Raja,
Under instructions from and behalf of my client Ms. Radha daughter of Mr. Ravana,
resident of No: 45, Basha Street, Mylapore, I do hereby serve you with the following
notice, the contents of which are set forth herein below:-
1. That you were married with my client about 5 years ago at Chennai according to
hindu rites and ceremonies in the presence of friends, relatives and family members
of the both the parties.
2. That after the marriage you and my client lived together as husband and wife for 5
years at Annanagar, Chennai. You were employed in Bank of Baroda as a manager.
You have promised Ms. Radha that you will be able to manage work and personal life
efficiently and personal life will always be your priority.
3. That my client after marriage had started to work in an NGO which helps the needy
children and older adults. For the first two years there were few fights and quarrels
over you coming home late in the evenings. O
4. That two years after the marriage, your behavior started to change, you came home
very late on a daily basis, even-though your job shift ends at 5 in the evening. When
my client asked about this, you scolded her for questioning her and told her that my
client should not question your behavior since you are the head of the house.
5. That there were frequents fights about this issue for past year. When my client came
late from work you engaged in physical violence. Whenever my client tried to mend
your ways then you would beat my client. Your attitude towards my client was very
rude and inhumane.
