Eligibility Criteria:
➢ Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in CSE, AI, IS, EEE, E&C, Mechanical
Engineering
➢ Academic Percentage: 10th – 60% and above, 12th – 60% and above,
BE / Btech – 60% and above
The Selection Process:
Online Assessment Test – 120 mins (Mettl)
Students who score 60% in the online assessment on Mettl platform are
considered for the next round
Technical Interview: Students who clear the technical discussion will be
moved to the HR discussion
HR Interview: The candidates who clear HR discussions are shortlisted for
the conditional offer letter. Please note that the conditional offer letter will
be given within a month post selection
Learn before joining: The shortlisted candidates will be subjected to Learn
before joining program which will be divided into phases
LBJ Phase 1: The candidates undergo a Foundation course with 60 Hrs. of
training which includes trainer connect and regular assessments, post which
a final assessment is given.
The criteria for clearing the LBJ phase 1 assessment (proctored) is 60%.
Candidates who do not clear LBJ phase 1 will not move to LBJ Phase 2, and
the conditional offer letter will be revoked.
The candidates who clear the LBJ phase 1 are moved to LBJ Phase 2 where
the candidates are divided into different steams based on their LBJ phase 1
assessment.
LBJ Phase 2: Candidates go through stream-based training with regular
assessments, post which a final assessment is given.
The criteria for clearing the LBJ phase 2 assessment (proctored) is 60%.
Candidates who do not clear LBJ phase 2 will not move to onboarding phase
and the conditional offer letter will be revoked.
Onboarding: Post clearing LBJ phase 2 the candidate will be receiving the
formal offer letter and be onboarded batch wise. Post Onboarding the
candidates will go through classroom training for 5 weeks with assessment
and a final project and then be deployed into respective projects.
