Instruction for students
1. Please arrive at the venue promptly by 5:30 PM.
2. Assisting unauthorized individuals to enter the event is strictly prohibited. Violations will
result in a fine of Rs. 10,000 and future restrictions.
3. Kindly remain seated at your designated tables throughout the party.
4. Movement around the venue during the event is discouraged to maintain decorum.
5. Please stay seated unless instructed otherwise.
6. Entry stamps will be issued to ensure a secure and exclusive gathering.
7. Security checks will be conducted at both the main gate and marquee entrance.
8. Gathering in front of the stage is not allowed.
9. During the Qawwali performance, all attendees are requested to remain seated and listen
quietly.
10. Food will be served directly to your tables.
11. Please wait patiently for your turn and avoid moving to other tables during meal service.
12. The event schedule will be followed strictly. Arriving late may result in missing key
activities.
13. Only performers are permitted on stage. Stage access should be from the side, not the front.
14. The area between the stage and faculty seating is reserved and must remain clear at all
times except for the qawwali session.
15. Separate seating arrangements will be provided for male and female students during the
Qawwali session in front of the stage area.
16. Volunteers are welcome to showcase their talents during the unofficial performance time
slot from 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
