holder to the claim petitioner, do hereby solemnly affirm and states on oath as
follows;
1. I am the deponent herein and I am the GPA holder to the claim petitioner.
As such I am well acquainted with the facts of the case.
2. I respectfully submit that I am the GPA holder to the claim petitioner in
these petition proceedings. The claim petitioner has executed a GPA in my
favor to deal with the cases on behalf of her on 29-09-2023 , and the same is in
force till today. As per the GPA I am authorized to represent the claim
petitioner before this Honorable Court.
3. I further submit that I am constrained to file this application seeking
permission of this Honorable Court to represent the matter and sign on the
necessary papers with regard to the present on behalf of the claim petitioner.
4. I further submit that I have neither willful negligence nor default in filing
this application except the reason mentioned above.
5. Therefore, I pray that the Honorable Court may be pleased to permit me
to cause appearance on behalf of the Petitioner in the matter and also permit me
to sign if necessary in any of the case proceedings papers in the facts and
circumstance of the matter in the interests of justice and equity. Else, we will be
put to irreparable loss and injury.
