the majorities of the guests arrive already)

● Introduction of the family of the debutante

Before dinner starts, the emcee will announce that Acelle will have picture taking with guests per
table on stage. Acelle will remain on stage for the picture taking.

Dinner Starts after Invocation
Emcee: While the soup is being served, start calling the guests by table number, starts by table #1.
Photographer & Videographer: there are 16 tables total. Our goal is to finish within 20 to 30
minutes once picture taking starts.
If time allows, we will have entertainment after the picture taking. If not, then we’ll do the Slide
presentation, since it is about 15 minutes long.
Suggestion time: maybe during dessert or 7:45 pm, whichever comes first, since it is a little longer.

Around 8:00: ask all 18 Candles to go in line by the door, to get ready.
Tentative start of the Program: 8:10 (once they started serving the dessert, we can start with
the program)
Emcee: 18 Candles Start-
They will each one get a candle
Male Emcee: say something like each participant lights up a candle , before starting her 30 to 1.5 minutes
speech. Then put the candle to the candle holder on the cake table.

After all the 18 candles are lit up, Acelle will go down from the stage and have a picture taken with the
18 candles participants. Then, please ask them to go back to their seats, except Acelle. She’ll go to the
cake table
Photographer/Videographer: Take a solo picture of Acelle with the cake
Emcee: ask everybody to sing happy birthday, then Acelle will blow the candles.

Acelle will exit to the dressing room
While Acelle is getting ready, ask the 18 Roses to go by the entrance to line up
DJ-either play some music or somebody will sing (TBD)
Each male will get a Rose and give it to Acelle, she will then put the Rose to the vase or hold it.
