PREFACE

A well of pity and sympathy stirs in my heart every time I

observe the condition of men and women around me. In too
many of such moments of observation I realise even more that
people are just going through life with little or no sense of who
they are and how best they can improve their lives. The volumes
of doctrines and the crowd of preachers seem to have made
matters worse. The ordinariness which characterises the lives of
many sometimes threatens my own aspirations. There are less
creative explorations around. People just go about seeking what
to eat, what to wear and where to cover their heads. Then they
take pleasures in all manner of things except in the beautiful acts
of changing their lives and their communities with works of
imagination. Only in few cases do you find individuals doing
really impressive and breath-taking works of creativity.

If the survival of many individuals were depended on their

expression of their creative powers, either the world would have
been alight with awesome creative works, or the majority of the
people would have been dead due to their inability to survive

without their creativity.

Out of a sincere desire to communicate the light of knowledge

on the correlation of personal happiness and health to personal
creative activities, this book came into being. This book will pass
a message that humans are capable of so much. Having an origin
in a mighty Universal Being, composed of intelligence and
creativity, humans have the power to operate in the frequency of
godhood where life is more than the ordinary. All that is required
is for people to see the falseness of who they have been as a result
of continued social programming and then to awaken to the fact
of who they are.

Speaking to you directly, every word in this book will interact

with your mind. You will face new truths and find instances
where your most cherished beliefs are brought under the violent
gaze of truth and shown for what they truly are. You will find
words that stir a dormant part of your being. Every line and
precept will teach you something. My wish is that you allow
openness to the information being presented here and to take
and retain as much as you want.

At the end of your reading you shall appear as one who just came
out of a reorientation facility by the virtue of the changes that
will impress themselves upon your mind before you are done
reading. You will have come to terms with the god-self concept
and certify within you that, indeed, you are a god!

A GLIMPSE OF UTOPIA

You wake up on a given morning, stretch yourself with a reviving

yawn and step out of the bed. The first thing you realise is that
things have changed from the way you left them the night before.
The floor on which you set your feet is cold smooth, not the
rugged floor you know of; the bed from which you rose up is not
the same bed you thought you slept in - this is a bed that just
collapsed itself into a couch right in front of your eyes!

What is happening?

Your eyes instantly move to the walls and you shudder at the fact
that your walls are made of transparent glass and the amazing
exterior view calls you on. You step over and are doubly stunned
to find yourself located on the top of a 50-feet residential
skyscraper. Below you is a stunning view of a cityscape the like
of which you never saw in your whole life – awesome futuristic
structures lined up across the horizon like a cut-out from the
world of a science fiction movie. Flying cars criss-cross your
view in such symmetrical traffic you wonder how each speeding

vehicle isn't colliding with another.

This view is spellbinding and at the same time confusing. Where

are you and how did you get here? This is so strange to you. You
slept off sleeping in your dark room somewhere in a remote
suburb, and you woke up here? Is this the future or are you
dreaming?

To find out, you slap yourself to feel you are indeed alive and
well. Yes, it is you. You run over to the door and see it locked
with a different locking system; no door knob. There is a palm-
print recognition panel on the wall. Your whole right palm is
your key. So you place your palm on it and the door slides open
before you. You thrill at it and smile. Wow! This is so amazing,
you say to yourself.

As you step out through the door, you see a complex system of
elevators spiralling up and down the center of this cylindrical
mass residential building of which your small room is part.
Common people traffic themselves to and fro as they go about
their business. You join them; you feel the difference of this
elevator, not the single pod elevator you know of. This is a spiral
vehicle moving you in descending circular motion to the ground
floor.

You get to the ground floor and notice that the spiral is just a case
for the conveyor that took you down. You marvel at such design
and as you turn back to continue your gradual discovery of this
new world, you bump into an android robot cleaning up mess on
the floor as it slides past you. It turns to you and sends a warm
warning for you to watch out. Wow! That was a talking robot!
Amazing, you say.

Then, around the circular lobby of this tall building, you see
people doing amazing stuffs with their minds, spellbinding

creative stuff. Children can levitate objects over their hands.

Some adults are performing magical feats the likes of which are
not rehearsed. Everything is magical and seemingly supernatural
all around you.

The levels of the minds of the people you see around here have
upgraded to something you do not yet have an idea of but which
you feel you can as well do. And the truth is you can. Now you
can tell something is way out of your understanding at the
moment and this curiosity launches you out to the exterior of the
building and you see a well ordered world. Even the air is fresher
than what you normally breathe.

Through the continued moments of your time, you discover

more to this world than you have seen. The civilization of this
dispensation is an advancement of the world you once knew.
The forms of previous things have taken on newer forms: the
cars flying over your head are advanced concepts from the same
cars that drive on roads, only their forms have changed.
Telecommunication systems have advance also and you have a
choice of a wide range of options. You could communicate with
a phone on which video calls are as cheap and fast as voice calls.
You could enter a telepod to transport your virtual self over long
distances so that you and whosoever you want to communicate
with can do so like in actuality. They see you and how you are
dressed with your full facial features and body movements, and
you see the same thing of them. You can touch your virtual
selves, consider documents, and see material things as they
actually are, but can't transport them via the telepod. This is a
new type of telecommunication.

In this world, everything has changed. Healthcare system is a do-

it-yourself affair. You simply have to walk into a diagnostic
computer pod to check what ailment registers on your body and
get it fixed on the spot. The sciences have made such

breakthroughs and discoveries to increase human life on earth

and to battle diseases as quick as they come. The sciences have
s a d d l e d t h e m s e l ve s w i t h n e w e n d e avo u r s : m i n d -
communication, interplanetary travel and distant-voyage space
missions. We have found alien life. We have discovered we are
not the only ones in the universe. Beings like us, some as human
as ourselves, some different from us, and even more advanced
than us, visit us and we visit them. There are wide exchanges with
these advanced extra-terrestrials for the promotion of life and
business across the galaxies. The expanse and nature of the
Universe is no longer a hoax or some contraption of the
disturbed mind of an isolated science fiction writer. The
Universe is indeed wide, inhabited by diverse life forms and we
are just one of these. It is a huge community with levels of
advancement and civilisation. And the idea of GOD now
surpasses what the religions have before now told you. You have
a healthy awareness of the Grandness of The Almighty, the
Luminous Supreme Being whose Mind regulates the Universe.
Not a small man seated on a cloudy seat.

As you consider yourself in this awesome utopian world,

enthralled by the level of advancement and the superb quality of
life, everything you've seen thus far starts dissolving before your
very eyes. And in a blink, you wake up in your little room in the
suburb of your normal world. You have just awakened from a
dream. You have been given the privilege to see what the world
can look like many years from now. You want to return to sleep,
to remain there, but you can't. You have to face reality.

Do you think what you have just experienced could be

impossible?

Do you think it is impossible for common people to live in high-

rise housing structures and to assess services that used to belong
exclusively to the rich?

Do you think it is impossible to communicate telepathically with

another person over long distances and see them as they are as
though you two were having real physical interactions?

Do you think it is impossible for interstellar travel to become the

norm like traveling from Lagos to Abuja or from New York to
London?

You think it is impossible for mankind to find other life forms in

the universe, to interact with intelligent creatures like ourselves,
thereby expanding our understanding of the universe and the joy
of living in it?

The possibilities today were once the impossibilities of

yesteryears. Think about that. And everyone who is going to be
part of a future where creativity has no bounds will have to
develop the mindset of a creator. The future will belong to gods,
to those who from the depths of their souls design the new face
of the world.

You can be part of this race of creative beings. You can play a
conscious and active role in the tomorrow that is coming. You
only have to know you already are. Through the pages of this
book, you shall see your true self before your own mirror.

From Fiction to Facts

The technological advancements of today were once the

pictures of the imagination of men and women about 300 years
ago. The computer that prepared this book you are now reading
was a fictional idea in a science fiction movie; today it is a living
fact. The aeroplane, the mobile phone, cars, the atomic bomb,
the drones, space missions and satellites, and the breakthroughs

of technologies and science were once the construct of science

fiction books and movies. Today, they are facts. Less people
thought these were possible; the majority laughed at the thought
of a flying machine or a device that can transmit voice, images
and documents across thousands of miles. But history has
proven that what the imagination of man can conceive can
become reality.

Not only did these technologies come into form, their forms
were re-formed over time for increased functionalities and to
give humanity wider pleasure in their use. And the future of all
we currently enjoy as the inventions of technology is in the idea
of the very thing. The future of your android phone is in the idea
of the android phone. The future of technology is in the idea of
technology.

What is today impossible will be possible in the nearest future.

Every imagination, anything conceived in the mind of man, can
find manifestation into reality. Anything you think of, anything
you imagine can become a living thing in reality.

Today, around the world, this moment, as you are reading this
book, creative people are coming up with futuristic concepts of
many of the things we today use. They are getting ready for the
next epoch of human achievement. Many others are changing
the face of today. The commonest things we use even in our
homes are taking on improved forms. Things are changing. And
these changes are only natural, brought about through the
natural intention of the human mind to creatively further growth
and through the undercurrent of change that attend to this.

Those who occupy themselves with these creative explorations

are the people who allow their god-self its natural expression,
who understand the nature of their mind.

The face of the world tomorrow has been divined to us today

through the minds of those who have not suppressed or
restricted the expression of their god-self. In books, in pictures,
and even in the films you see on your television screen,
tomorrow has been divined. Today, these things are fictions,
tomorrow they are facts. Look around you and you will see this
to be true.

And, know this: the source of your joy in the future will be the
result of your active participation in the changing face of our
world, of the community you are part of, through your creative
powers. You have the resources to make this happen. That is
what you will find in this book.

A Price to Pay

It is the nature of the human spirit to be creative. The lion

doesn't have to be told to hunt preys, it does so naturally. The
eagle doesn't have to struggle to fly at an altitude higher than
other birds, it is its nature to go that high. The human mind
doesn't have to be commanded to create; it is its natural function
to do so. It is what the soul feeds on, the same way the biological
body feeds on the produce of earth. Creator is the definition of
the human mind. Creation is its natural activity.

In the past few years, ground-breaking creative endeavours have

been the exclusive function of a few individuals. The inventions
and innovation that shape the 21st century came from the
creative explorations of a few individuals who understood the
law of creation. These people were not favoured by the creative
genie so that one can say they are more fortunate that others
unlike them. These individuals took a voyage into their
innermost core and called up the mental treasures contained

within. The processes through which they came up with the lofty
ideas and inventions that make life better for you are now
available to you. You too can activate your creative power; you
too can activate the god in you.

It is time for large number of individuals to dismantle the

restrictions on their creative powers and burst forth in glory. It is
time for many to activate the creator in them, to enliven their
lives with creative activities and paint their world with the colours
of their souls.

But a price must be paid.

Understand this: the power to change the world is in your hand.

The other individual is not different from you or any better.
University degree is no qualification. Everyone has it within
him, within her, the natural potential to bring into life something
new, something unique, some improved upon from an original
model, something creative, varying in forms and grades. And
these creations don't necessarily have to be made for the goal of
amassing wealth, though eventually people will have to pay you
for using what you create. Whether there is a commercial
intention at the back of the mind of the creator or not, he should
naturally create.

Why don't people express their god-self ? Why don't they express
the real person they are? Why do many go about life just eating,
sleeping, having sex, procreating and then dying?

Isn't life more than these?

Life sure is more than going through the cycle of what you think
life is. Life is even more than creating things. Life is about being
god. Life is about exploring endless creative opportunities; of
creating things that make the world and you happy. It is about

communing with the Divine through your innermost core. It is

about realising the highest possible image of the Supreme
Creator in you!

To the question of why people do not express their god-self and

why reality as it were has boxed them into unfair conditions, the
answer is this: people do not exert themselves to be their highest
selves. They are content with normal. They rather expend
physical strength to the hustle for their basic needs, not to sit idle
cracking their brains to come up with something new.

The process to bring about creative ideas, solutions and things

that further life is a strenuous process to millions of people. It is
hard to for them to think, hard to conceptualize ideas, even
harder to bring them into manifestation. This is why only a few
have been the movers and shakers of the world today. But, as this
book will reveal, the creative process is not as hard as it seems. In
fact, it is one of the simplest engagements anybody can
undertake, not as hard as dragging a truck with a rope. The
creative process is simple, but as mysterious as the act of turning
water into wine.

The price to pay to activate your god-self is the devotion to

doing so. It is a devotion to self-development; a devotion to
progress and possibilities; a devotion to change; a devotion to
enflame the fires of power residing at the core of your being; a
devotion to spirituality; a devotion to fellowship with other
intelligent minds around the world who are awakening to the
truth of their powers; a devotion to life; a devotion to a
communion with the Supreme Creator, the GOD in Whom we
live, move and have our being.

It is devotion to be your highest self.

It is a devotion to the truth that we live in a universe called In-

Possible where the extent of what is possible has no limit.

The price to pay is revolutionary. It may bring brief discomfort.

It would disrupt the normal in your life and bring you into a plane
of extraordinariness. Who you will become as your creative core
breaks forth its luminous essence through your being will be a
source of constant joy and gladness to you.

It is not a journey to turn back on.

THE
UNIVERSE

THE UNIVERSE

Imagine the life of an infant, a child some months old, living in

the home of its wealthy parents. It sees the world but has little
understanding of it. It depends on its parents for support and
livelihood. The best that the infant can claim rightful ownership
to is its cradle, that small rectangular soft spot it sleeps in and
wakes from. The child, with all the love and attention it gets right
in the cradle, still doesn't have a full understanding that its space
is more than just the cradle, and more than the few distances that
it could crawl around. As it grows and is able to walk and explore
the mansion that his parents occupy, he begins to understand
how large the space he occupies is and the forms of the things
that compose it. The child can now command the things that
make up the mansion and is no longer a child to them nor would
it need the help of its parents to, for instance, reach into the
refrigerator to pick a ball of apple or fetch a glass of water.

The same analogy applies to you and to many humans that

occupy the face of the earth. You, like millions of individuals
around the world, do not yet understand the world in which you

live. You are like a man walking with blindfolds, or like the child
still in its infancy, thinking it occupies just the cradle when in fact
it lives in an expanse of land.

To activate your god-self, you first must have to reorientate

yourself about the universe you live in, what it is made of, who
made it, and your place in it.

You still think the construct of life is just earth and heaven? You
are wrong. We live in a world far beyond our imagination.

The Universe, What Is It?

The known universe of which we are part is so wide that the

galaxy our solar system occupies is like a little island on the
outskirts of the Atlantic Ocean, and this comparison itself may
be insufficient to explain how huge the universe is. The universe
is made up of energy, matter and spirit. Energy is the unseen part
of life, though which may be perceived under unique
circumstances. Matter is the material part of life, the things you
see and touch. Spirit is the invisible force that guides the
transformation of energy into the various forms of matter. The
energy and material constituents of the universe have been
brought under observation and categorization by science but the
nature of the spirit is not yet understood.

The universe is basically a field of bubbling energy and

everything seen and unseen are levels, or grades, of energy.
Every material objects that floats across the universe are varying
forms of energy. The stars, the asteroids, the planets, the sun and
the moon, the trees, rocks, plants, and the seas on earth, all are
degrees of energy. You too are energy in bodily form and around
you exists an energetic field that connects you to every other life

form in the universe.

There are worlds upon worlds across the universe, and these
worlds have life forms and civilizations different from ours. We
are not the only ones in the universe. It is a grave error to suppose
we are the only ones so. Remember the analogy of our position
in the universe, quite insignificant in comparison to the overall
size of the universe if we take our solar system as just a small
island and the expanse of the universe as the Atlantic Ocean, and
even many times more.

But, we are as important as every intelligent life form in any part

of the universe and the same creative power which brings about
new forms in one world does so in another world.

The universe is a living entity. It is a Mind, a gigantic intelligent

form. It is conscious and is ever expanding to form more worlds
and forms that it is conscious of.

The universe is a framework for all that can come into physical
reality from the realm of thought and imagination. It is a matrix
for anything possible to manifest, to manifest.

The nature of the universe has led many into thinking the
universe as a whole to be God. The universe is not God, neither
is it the mind of God. God did not externalize His mind. His
body or form is not located at one place and then the mind at
another. The universe is a creation. The Creator is both in and
out of the creation; the same way the maker of an automobile
can stand out or sit in the automobile he created.

The universe did not come into being of itself. Whether through
the Big Bang or through deliberate creation, everything that is, is
the thought of the Creator. So, it is safe to say the universe is the
living thought of GOD. Within it are creative resources to bring

into reality diverse forms of life, each carrying within itself the
same creative constituents that brought the universe into being,
in varying degrees.

Men of inquiry have questioned the purpose for the creation of

the universe. They asked why God created the universe in the
first place, wondering if the happiness of God is inherent in the
things he made. Some wondered if God was lonely as to need
companionship of creatures, like an infant that would need toys
and friends to be happy. The question of the why behind
creation doesn't get an easy answer otherwise the heap of
philosophical or religious books would have been more than a
few.

However, it is good to note that before anything came into being,

before the universe was formed, there was first cold empty silent
space. The purpose of creation could have first and foremost
been to fill up the empty spaces. And God would have to do this
from Himself, that is, the very things he made the world of are
sourced from within Him. Every particles, every energy, and
conceivable form, are of GOD. So it can be understood that
animal, plant, and human life, have the god-particle in them,
though maintaining their own individuality as willed by the
Creator. God did not only thought out what creation should
look like, He also engineered its form by working with the basic
atomic materials of life in awesome ways mysterious to man.

One of these basic materials is intelligence. Every form of life in

the universe is intelligent to some degree, able to explore
possibilities for growth and self-realization.

You, as human being, are an extension of God and you are an

intelligent and creative being. The phrase child of God is not
mere opium employed to sooth despairing minds; it is the truth
of life. You are a child of God, a child of the universe and within

you are intelligent and creative qualities and abilities naturally

sourced from God. You are made of star-dust, the same basic
material that the stars are composed of. You stand and have your
being in a universe bubbling with life and creative power. You
come short of your nature if creativity cannot find natural
expression in you as it did in God when He filled empty silent
cold space with life and forms.

The Infancy of Humanity

There is a hierarchy in the structure of intelligent beings that

populate the universe, determined by what period in time they
came into existence and the degree of the evolution of their
intelligence. The diverse worlds did not form simultaneously.
There are thousands, perhaps millions of years, between worlds
and galaxies and the differences may be seen in the extent of the
development of the creative and intelligent abilities amongst the
species that populate these worlds, displayed in their way of life
and their development of the tools of civilization.

Humanity is in its infancy in the grand scheme of life, and may

probably be older than some newer life forms, or even some
older. Humanity is some thousand years old and is still
discovering itself and the world it lives in. Extra-terrestrial and
alien life forms exists far older than humanity and far advanced
in their understanding and employment of the creative forces of
life. The discoveries humanity have made in the sciences have
been common knowledge to these creatures. The technological
breakthroughs humanity is proud of, advances made in the last
300 years, are common aspect of the worlds of advanced
civilization millions of light years away from planet earth. The
people of the advanced worlds have so developed themselves
they can manipulate energy and matter and can navigate their

way around the complex structure of the universe. It is even said

that some of these aliens, as is their usual designation, have in
time past visited certain individuals on earth and transferred
knowledge that led to breakthroughs in science and technology.
Some are even reported to be the truth-bringers, messiahs and
religious teachers who changed the nature of human knowledge.
Actual images and testimonies have been record as evidence for
this and can be found in different libraries across the world.

The level of humanity in the hierarchy of universal intelligent

beings is such that life offers us so much opportunities and
possibilities of creative advancement. In such strides are we
shaped into developed space beings. Our biggest breakthroughs
are yet to come and our grandest inventions haven't been
ideated. The space for humanity's advancement is the space for
every earthman and woman to express their creativity and realise
their god-self. The various collective creative endeavours that we
carry out in our daily lives are the steps towards our collective
development and advancement in the grand structure of
intelligent beings. The more we understand, the more we create;
the more we create, the more we rise; and the more we rise, the
stronger our godhood and place in the comity of intergalactic
civilizations.

Forms and Gradations

In the matrix called the Universe, change is constant, you've

probably heard this a number of times. Because of the inherent
creative qualities in intelligent forms, and the law of progression
that exist in the universe, nothing remains the same over time. Its
form changes naturally in progression as long as consciousness
impresses its influence on such for m; and, mind is
consciousness. The plant seed over time becomes a tree; the

infant grows up into an adult; and an idea moves from one state
to another. The normal direction of change is always in
progression. When corruption sets into an organism or a state,
such organism or state regresses and it is only in such condition
of corruption will its regression set in, if progress is impossible.

Everything that changes is the same thing that was in the first
state before the change occurs. And the state to which it changes
into is another state for progressive changes. Life in the universe
is about forms and grades. If you understand this, your creative
expression would find a working knowledge to exercise itself.

The material world is subject to change. These changes are a

spectrum of forms and grades. The first state of a form has
within itself the seed of all that it can become. And the last state
of such form can be the first state of a series of new forms based
on the nature and functions of the old form. The progression
from one form to another is a function of the power of mental
impression upon the form. Ideas and concepts are formed and
re-formed. Everything that is, once was. Everything that will be
has been.

The future state of a thing is in the idea that formed it. The
progression to the future state is a function of change. Now you
understand why the Preacher says there is nothing new under the
sun. Everything that will be is in everything that presently is. The
form only needs to be re-formed into one of the many grades
that exist within the form itself.

Take the human being, for instance. The human being is an

intelligent life form in the universe. The present state of our
biological bodies is not the first state when we came into form.
Through many years the human species have undergone
changes and transformations that changed its form from less
developed to developed, and the present developed state of the

human being is a developing point from where new

development is on-going. The human being has grades of its
form. There are black human being, there are white, yellow, and
even red. One form, but different grades. Another grade is even
being added to the human form – the android. The android,
better understood as humanoid robots, are attempts of man to
create a grade of consciousness and functionality in his own
image. In the future, robots would live with us and carry out
interactions and functions as we presently do.

Let us bring the concepts of forms and grades closer home.

Remember the first computer that was invented. There was an
idea behind the form of the first computer. The idea was a
machine that could carry out complex mathematical calculations
and solve problems. That idea resulted in the gigantic mega-
computer which was its first form. Through years, the form of
the computer changed and today there are different grades of it
– desktop, laptop, android devices, and the likes. The same idea
behind the creation of the computer is the same idea informing
the changes the form goes through.

Think of the first telephone device created. The idea behind the
telephone was a device that can transmit messages over long
distances. From the first crude form of the telephone to all the
smart devices we now have, the forms have bent to the law of
change and creative progression, and various grades of
telecommunication devices exist today, the basic idea of their
creation still being to transmit messages over long distances.

There are many other such forms in our world today that have re-
formed over the years as men impressed their thoughts upon
them. The airplane, the automobile, modes of fashion, and
everything that we live by, even our foods, have all undergone
changes in the past years.

Ideas are living things and thoughts and imagination are the
powers that gives them reality.

Understand that the new form into which a form changes into
expands the functionality of the form that is re-formed. Its
nature also may be beautified and enhanced, but its upgraded
functionality is the promptings for its reformation.

Humans re-form, fundamentally in their basic mental

constitution, and generally in their appearance. Societies re-
form. Material creations re-form. In all the stages of their re-
formation, new possibilities emerge, new powers arise.

The future is in now; all tomorrow's forms are here. Mind only
needs to discover the new forms and then impress creative
power on it to bring it into reality. This is where your power has
the opportunity to perform.

Humanity stands before huge possibilities for advancement,

from the basic things we use in our daily affairs to the most
complex machines. The extent of knowledge, discoveries,
technology, inventions and innovations that we are capable of is
unimaginable. And these have their seeds in what presently is.
Your function as a creative human being is to exercise your
creative power over the forms that currently exist and direct the
changes that effect them. Creativity is not necessarily all about
bringing forth totally new concepts that never existed, though
this is very encouraged and everyone should attempt doing that.
To create is to re-create that which currently exists and to
enhance its form and functionality.

Humanity needs things that make living less stressful so that

conserved energy can be directed into more creative and
progressive endeavours. To provide creative solutions to
humanity, study the forms of things you use daily, consider how

they can be re-formed to enhance the standard of living;

consider the possible grades of their forms, and you have a
starting point from which to create something..

The Universe Supports Destruction

The universal matrix supports creation and destruction, in it

things are created and things are destroyed. It supports creation
only to further life, and supports destruction only as the thing
destroyed allows for recreation and progression. Destruction
sets in on any form when corruption or stagnation takes over
such form. This principle of re-creative destruction is seen in all
of life. In the human body, for instance, corrupts cells are
destroyed so that they can be re-formed into new cells. Cells are
being daily broken down and re-pieced in your body. That is the
function of the immune system. When a plant dies its basic
constituents are destroyed and rebuilt into new forms so that
right at the spot where the plant died, it is resurrected.

There is a universal fiat for progression. Everything must move

forward. Even rivers do not flow backwards. Any organism,
state, or form that negates progression naturally gets out of the
way through destruction. The law of motion says nothing moves
until a force is acted upon it. Everything moves because
consciousness acted on it. Thought acted on it. The thing that
doesn't move is considered dead. It is broken down and re-built
for new form. When an idea has reached its climax, it undergoes
cessation or resurrection through destruction. This cycle is
applicable to all of life, humans and societies.

Therefore, when you make the intention to recreate something,

whether it is your personal image, an idea, a business, or any
form, do not struggle against the necessity to destroy by

deconstructing such idea, form or image and reconstructing it to

fit the purpose you have in mind.

Everything that exists in physical form has a thought-form. The

form is material and the thought-form is the essence of the
material form existing in the world of thought. The
deconstruction of any form starts in its thought-form. If the
thought-form isn't reconstructed to inform the new form, the
old form can hinder the purpose of the new form. You may have
a precious brain-child, a lofty idea you cherish with all of your
heart and want to maintain it in its present form. If it requires
that the form undergo a deconstruction where aspects of it are
destroyed so that it could be reconstructed, do allow the process
to take its course. It is a principle of creation. Conservationism is
not always the way to go about maintaining the life and health of
a thing or idea. Oftentimes things have to die to live again. The
nature and form of the new life would depend on the intensity
of your thoughts and to your devotion to, and mastery of, the
creative process.

ORIGINS IN GOD

The question of who is God is one of the most constant

questions asked by men. With the diverse religions and
philosophies that the world has and hundreds of truth books, all
offering different ideas of who God is, the answers given to this
most crucial question hasn't come anything close to satisfactory
and cannot come close to it. Man has not been able to define
God, this is not yet possible, but we have succeeded at divining
the qualities and attributes of God. From the things that are
made, His Power is known. From the mysteriousness and
complexities of life and of the things in Creation, His
Intelligence is divined. GOD is a mathematical and logical Being,
immanent is all things. His Creative Power frightens the thinking
man when a careful observation is made on the objects that fill
the universe and the invisible side of life. The Sun, stars, galaxies
and gigantic creations that fill the vast universe couldn't have
been the work of a small creature located somewhere. God is as
big as the things He made, yet His essence is distributed even to
the smallest of life. God dwells in invisibility; he is not seen and
cannot be seen. The human being cannot approach God because

he cannot see God. God is a spirit, formless and ageless; he is

before everything was made and will be after everything is
unmade.

It is of importance to note something here about God. That he is

a spirit and without form doesn't mean he can't take form as it
pleases him. He has the creative ability to take on the form of
every form in the universe. He is an Infinite Being with
incomprehensible limitlessness.

Humanity cannot ascribe worship onto The Most High without

a form or image to work with. And because many religious folks
need the form of God to enjoy the act of worship many people
have had to create their image of God themselves and consider
their image as a channel to God. The most common form used
in imagining God is the human form because the human form is
the highest form in the universe and humans themselves are not
the only creatures who stand upright with arms and legs and who
are intelligent and creative. Other intelligent creatures in the
universe share this form with us, some of diverse grades. So they
as well share the form of God that we create of God.

Man imagines God in his own image; the truth remains that God
is not in the image of man. But there are some things man shares
with God by virtue of having emerged from God. You share
Spirit, Intelligence and Creative Power with the Creator of all
life. You are not just the body you occupy. You are a spirit and
you have a body. Your body serves as a matrix in which you
develop as a spiritual being and which at the same time is a
vehicle to aid you in your movement and interaction in the
material world of which planet earth is one. When you no longer
need your body to operate through the world of matter, you
assume a human form higher than the material body. This can
come only after you as a spirit has been perfected. Your spiritual
form, having developed to withstand the forces of the spiritual

realm the same way the material body helps you withstand such
natural forces as wind and gravity, is now able to journey through
the World of Spirit. And even in the world of spirits, you still
have to develop, in progression.

So, basically, you are a spirit in a biological body. And your

spiritual essence is a slice of what God is. God is spirit; you are
spirit. God is an Intelligent Being, you are also an intelligent
being. God is Creative, you are also creative. The degree of your
difference with God is likened to the degree of the difference
between the spark of a flame and the flame itself, or the degree
of difference between a drop of water and the wide ocean. Both
the spark and the drop have the same qualities of the flame and
the water, respectively.

You share with the Creator intelligence and creative power. The
dept of meditation you make on this fact will open your mind to
an understanding of your true self. Intelligence is your ability to
gain and apply knowledge for your growth, effectiveness and
survival. And the creative power at your disposal allows you the
ability to bring things into form through the employment of
thoughts, imagination and words. Intelligence and creativity are
the natural qualities of the spirit which is your real self. Being
this, you get the body to express your intelligence and creative
power in the material world as a form of learning and growth.

So it is that we are children of God having proceeded from the

Creator. You are a miniature god. Everything that dwells in God
is in you, though in a measure far less than that of God but
appropriate to meet your level of life. Within you is the god-self,
that essence which is part you and part God. You, like other
humans all over the world, are from the mind of God, and
through your own mind the mind of God progresses in its
intention to fill life with the good.

Creativity is the language of God and this is likewise the

language of the human soul. With the beautiful activity of
creativity you communicate with God. Through creativity you
strengthen the thread that connects you to God through which
you receive empowerment to forge on in your creative
endeavours.

Creative activity is a strong spiritual activity that commands the

mundane affairs around you to have a rest when creativity is
being indulged in. Nothing of the outside world matters
anything to you at the moment when you are creating things
through the wellsprings of thought and imagination.

Creative activity is enlivening; it is the food that your soul feeds

on. Whether it is creating a work of art, a piece of music, writing
a book, designing solutions to a problem, or re-inventing the
functionality of any form, the creative act is the most enjoyable
activity any man can undertake. The reason being that creating is
part of your being! It is what you are! You fall short of yourself if
through your life you cannot express this gift of creation.

The problem is that people live their lives without this

knowledge that within them is God and the power to transform
not only their lives and reality, but to bring about creative forms
into the world of matter. They think the arena of creativity and
extraordinariness is the arena where only supermen reside. No!
Every man, woman, boy and girl, are naturally super! Realising
your creatorship can dramatically change your life and your
reality.

The discovery that comes with awakening to your god-self is the

fact that you are a spirit, you have at your disposal intelligent and
creative power to change your life and to bring things into form.
By embracing your god-self and observing the laws of creation,
you open doors to limitless possibilities. And greater things than

these can you do because you live in God.

Thought is The Language of God

Your connection to God comes with natural communication

with God. God has a language. He communicates with everyone
on the face of the earth and communicates with every intelligent
creature across the universe. Through thoughts.

Before there was any language, there was thought. Words

themselves are thoughts verbalized. The dreams you experience
in your sleep are thoughts. Your imaginations and fantasies are
thoughts. Your wishes are thoughts. Your prayers are thoughts.
Even your fears, too, are thoughts. So it happens that thoughts
are the modes of expression of our soul. Every condition you
experience in reality is first experienced in the realm of thought.
Even when you pretend smiley faces to people, you alone
understand your story, because they are all in thoughts. Science,
then, tells us that on the average humans have 60,000 thoughts
daily. With your thoughts you communicate with yourself, with
the whole of life, and with God. Through thoughts, God
communicates with you.

Remember that creative activity strengthens the thread that

connects you to God and when this thread is maintained it
receives more life force and empowerment from God. In Him
you live, move and have your being. This connection provides
your work the mental support and nourishment you need to
accomplish what you set before you. God supplies you support
in form of pictures – thoughts. Those aha moments you get, the
eureka, the I-got-an-idea moments, are supports from the great
Creative Source of which you are part. More will be commented
on this in subsequent chapters.

Staying Grounded in the Source

The fish cannot survive without water. The tree dies without soil.
Plants die without sunlight. You cannot obtain spiritual nutrients
outside of the spiritual Source from which you proceeded.

Throughout all religious books, one essential message is given to

human beings who would realise their possible best in a man-god
relationship – righteous conduct. This is all it requires to stay
grounded and attuned to your Source. Righteous conduct has
many terms in many religions, but its cardinal idea is the
regulation of your life in such a way as to stand before life and the
Invisible God without spot, fault, or corruption. It is to give a
distance between yourself and all corrupting influences that has
crept into life, to maintain a honest and pure conscience, and to
give out love to both those who need it and does who don't . It
doesn't require religion or any sacred book to develop and
maintain righteous conduct. Down in the core of your being is
imprinted the god-character. You are to live it naturally.

Righteous conducts lighten your soul and keeps you closer in the
realm of lights. Unrighteous conducts darkens your soul, pierces
the fabric of your being and leaves spots on it that would repulse
you should your natural eyes have a view of the spiritual nature
of your corrupted soul. Righteous conducts makes you light and
quickens your ascent to higher regions of creative power, while
unrighteous conducts makes you heavier and keeps up at low
levels of creativity, if not totally bring you down into inertia.

Living in righteousness is not religious fanaticism as some would

want to admit. It does not involve the feverish devotion which
men attend to it. A special day of the week is not set aside to live
right, neither are prayers needed to enforce it. The righteous man

simply conducts himself to live and carry out the affairs of his
life in the natural manner of his righteous spirit. And in this
manner he receives nourishment from Source and his work
sparks with vitality and impact.

The great spiritual teachers and the men of genius the world has
known were persons of high moral substance who
demonstrated values for righteous principles. There couldn't
have been any other way for them to reach such greatness aside
living right and in the truth that only righteous conduct insulates
a man from the poisonous currents of untruth and corruption.

So it is that, to receive nourishment for your soul and

empowerment during creative activities, you must stay grounded
in your Source. In subsequent chapters, you will learn practical
ways to effect this.

Fellowship with Guardians

As stated earlier, humans are not the only intelligent life form in
the universe. There are other humans in distant worlds. Though
we cannot tell at what level of the hierarchy of beings we
specifically occupy, we know that a number of higher beings and
spirit entities exist above us. Some are malevolent, corrupted by
the principle of evil, same way as some of our fellow humans on
earth walk about with corrupted souls and evil machinations.
These malevolent beings are well present on the earth, existing in
dimensions of reality different from ours, and working to
further their own activity in the darkness of reality. There are also
benevolent beings operating on earth and from dimensions
higher than ours, channelling thoughts and power currents to
humans to aid them in their development, like teachers and sages
guiding their students in ways misunderstood by humans.

The intuitive knowledge you receive sometimes, those knowing

you have without any direct encounter with the source of
knowledge are oftentimes transmission from these guides. The
corrective voices you sometimes hear in times of decisions and
actions, which some individuals attribute to God, are oftentimes
the voices of higher spirit guides providing beneficent leading to
you in your journey through life. Not all humans fellowship with
spirit guides, though the silent voice and thoughts of God
counsels all. There are however certain situations where a certain
advanced spiritual being decides to fellowship with a human for
a student-teacher kind of relationship because the human first
sends the desire for such fellowship in the form of seeking
knowledge and during times of intense creative activities. These
beings do not worry about operating in invisibility, but some can
make their presence felt in ways mysterious to the human
involved in the relationship. The purpose of their joining the
human is to help in his or her understanding of conditions, ideas
and processes. They do this because they are looking from a
higher realm of knowledge and enjoy the thrill of progression.

Do not be confused, this does not in any way mean you cannot
singly achieve genius; sure you are wired for it. But, in a universe
where we are connected spiritually with other spirit beings, we
cannot help having some form of interaction with them, both
the malevolent and benevolent ones. And this interaction occurs
beyond physical reality and cannot always be explained.

The angels that many of the spiritual forerunners and teachers

spoke of guiding them into truths and helping them construct a
message for humanity can be said to be guides wanting to
advance knowledge on earth.

So, in God, there is a hierarchy of intelligent creative beings that

flow down to us, and below us there might be more, each level
different from the other by virtue of the time of their appearing

in life and the evolutions and development that impressed upon

them. So, with the consciousness that you are not alone in the
universe, and that advanced beings swim the realm of spirits of
which you are part, you'll be conscious when a benevolent guide
reaches to help you achieve an aim, or when a malevolent one
attempts to do otherwise.

The Power

A question might have re-awaken on your mind as regards the

duality of good and evil. Why is there evil? If God is good, how
come God allows the reign of evil? Every rational human have
asked this question, not just the religious people. And the closest
answer is that God, or the force of good, has an equal opposite
of evil, or the devil. God doesn't have an opposite and equal
enemy in a devil or in any force of evil. There is only One Power
that exists in the entire universe. It is neither good nor evil,
having a neutral essence. There is only one objective in the
universe. It is the Furtherance of Life. From the beginning when
this Power came into being its objective was to further the
evolution and development of life and all the things that life
consists of. This furtherance is good because from the very
beginning when life appeared in the universe through to this
moment in time and onward into eternity, life has been good.
More life forms come into being. Worlds emerge. Creatures
advance and evolve. The Creative Will of God ever active and
progressive through the power. While the One Power isn't
essentially good, it furthers the good.

This same One Power, employed otherwise, negates the

furtherance of life and development. When thoughts, actions
and words seek to cut the life flow of a process, an idea, a
condition, or an individual, the one neutral power is being

employed to that effect. Thus, we say such activity is evil. The

word evil is itself a backward spelling of the word live and live
happens when life is involved and life, we see, is good. Good is
furtherance; evil is negation. That God is good is intuited in His
Activity to further the evolution of All that He caused into being.
God is not evil because He would not reverse life from his
creation. Even the act of destroying a form to re-form such form
is in itself an act of good. Evil, on the other hand, deforms the
form. Deformation is a creative act, its sole aim being to spoil the
shape of a form, to misshapen, to render useless.

Understand this Power in the analogy of water. Water is a crystal

clear material substance. Water gives life and water can kill. Water
can be used for good and can also be used for evil. Water is
neutral, neither good nor bad. The effect of the use of water
depends on what it is used for. One can use water to make food;
another can use it to make poison. Water can be turned into a
cool refreshing drink; it can also be turned into a mind-altering
portion. The same way the Power is used for furthering activities
or for negating works.

The Problem of Evil

Why doesn't God make evil disappear? The first thing to note is
that evil does not exist in the whole universe, only on a small part
of it, probably only on our zone of the universe. The idea of a
heaven where there is all good and there is no evil is the idea of a
portion of God's Creation where evil does not exist. And there
are many of such heavens.

Some sages and philosophers present the genesis of evil as the

consequences of the selfish and greedy thoughts and actions of
man. Some fault it to some impersonal principle that exist in life

which is a necessary part of a duality of good and evil. Religious

men give their own opinions of evil has been caused by the
machinations of a devil who then becomes the embodiment of
it. Whether it began by man or by a devil, evil began when an
intelligent creature impressed thought on, and creative activity through, the
One Power for a deforming purpose.

Man is an intelligent creature the same way a devil is one.

Evil entered the world through the thought and activity to

deform the furthering work of creation. Not on all Creation as a
whole, but on forms within it, probably on this side of the
universe.

Because thought creates, and creative activities bring about

forms, evil has its own form. Evil thoughts and deeds have built
up a power centre where more thoughts of evil and their actions
find nourishment. The continued expression of evil thoughts,
words and deeds by intelligent creatures continues to feed this
hydra-monster. And those who continually do evil become,
through the law of habit, ultimately evil. And because nothing
stays permanent in its original form and must either evolve or
degenerate, evil creatures experience deformation through
degeneration and the worse becomes of their form. Evil will die
of itself when it lacks nourishment. It will cease to exist when it
can no longer degenerate into a lesser form. To destroy evil
entails redirecting and channelling thoughts and creative activity
towards the good. And this is already happening. In fact, in the
mind of God, evil doesn't exist.

The sufferings which humans experience on earth are the effects

of the actions of man. And you know the myriads of it. Could
there be a paradise on earth where there is no longer evil? Yes,
there can be, but the absence of the monster of evil will not rule
out those discomforting conditions that attend to changes of

forms as evolution and development sets it. The transition from

one level of growth to another cannot be at all times smooth.
There will be some form of pain involved and this pain is
positive and not evil because at the end of the day its nature is
seen as only necessary.

You and The Power

You see. You live in God and you stand before a Power that can
bring into reality whatever thought you impress upon it and
whatever the intelligent creative activity you perform on it. How
you use the power is dependent on your knowledge of the power
and a healthy understanding of its laws of use. Because you are
naturally a creator, you are always using this power first on
yourself, then on your environment. Your thoughts, your words,
your actions, all impress on the power and give you the results
that are yours.

You are getting the basic orientation towards the shift that is
about to take place in your life. You are remembering that you are
from a High Spiritual Intelligent and Creative Being. You're
remembering that you indeed live, move and have your being in
this Being. You're learning that the Universe is wider than you
know and that you have relatives in near and distant galaxies. You
have learned that the universe is a matrix where anything can take
form, be re-formed, or deformed. You are knowing that there is
only One Power in the Universe and that it can be channelled for
creative uses. You have come far enough in this. Through the
ensuing words of this book, you will learn how to use the power
for good.

THE SUPPRESED GODSELF

In the world today, people live cosmetic lives, superficial and

untrue. Their sources of happiness are from things mundane,
manufactured sources of pleasures. Less real happiness comes
from within them, despite their spiritual heritage in the beauties
of God. The real well of joy and gladness is suppressed within
them, if not completely shut out. They know they deserve more
than what they get in life. They sense a greater happiness through
the Spirit of Life that courses through them, but don't know how
to realise it. They know the entertainment the world offers is
fleeting, going away as soon as it comes. They want something
that is a continual source of pleasure, something permanent.
They seek for it in the wrong avenues with a misunderstanding
of the very things they want. They rush daily from place to place
with feverish desire for this and that they hope would satisfy their
hunger for real life. Rather than finding the wellsprings of joy
and gladness, they find sorrow, pain and regrets. Many have taken
their own lives because they think life doesn't offer them their
desires. So, sadly, the world is marred with sordid pictures of
sorrows and death.

You understand the picture. The realities around you haunt the
living daylight out of you. You want to keep your face away from
it, you pretend that nothing really is as bad as they seem. But deep
down in your soul you want to find out why things seem to
remain the same, why there are around you people who are
seemingly heading nowhere. The hungry and unschooled child,
the overlaboured mother, the frustrated father, hospitals filled
with the sick and helpless; the destitute, the mentally disturbed,
the substance addicts; sickness, disease, and death. You see them,
you feel them, but your own condition has more attention than
all these.

But, take a moment to reflect. Have you considered why the

world is the way it is today? Why humanity is fallen? Why the
glorious splendour of The Almighty is rather talked about than
actually experienced? Why doesn't the world reflect the beauties
of the glories of God? Why does it appear as if God is absent in
the lives of many and present in those of a few? Why do people
go about with unrealised potentials and even die with them?

The answer is simple, and it is that the god-self within human

beings have too long being suppressed. Rather than say
humanity is fallen, better to say the god-self within it is fallen,
suppressed, corrupted by so many suppressants. And until these
suppressants are taken off from one and every individuals, so
that one and all are able to command life and get the best out of it
as they are naturally supposed to do, the world will continue to be
the prison that it sadly is. And people, with all the liberty in them
and despite their glorious heritage in God, would go on being the
prisoners of the world.

Let us consider some of the suppressants that keep down the

god-self of people.

The Weight of Ignorance

A story was told of a simple young woman on her first voyage by

sea whose journey was provided for by a benevolent fellow. She
had a boarding ticket that spelt out all the provisions aboard the
ship. She couldn't read and had no knowledge of what was
written on the ticket except that it is a boarding pass entitling her
on a journey to her destination. Every day on the ship, while
everyone on the ship came out to the large dining twice for their
breakfast and dinner, she stays in her little comfy bed, feeding
off on the soft snacks and hard nuts she came on-board with.
During the middle of the day, while folks engage in games and
pleasures, she would sit on her soft bed and knit her thread, or
imagine the galloping waters as the ship sailed through, or
fantasize about life in her new destination. Though she desired
to be amongst the rest of the folks, she thought life on the ship
was classed and that she had no right to partake in the enjoyment
others are getting.

On a certain day, her bed became too warm and her fingers
strained from much knitting. She came out to the deck to enjoy
the sight and sound of the ocean and to inhale the refreshing air.
Then a man came out to her and asked if she was a recluse and
doesn't like associating with people. She humbly speaks of her
knowledge of being classed on-board. He guessed she was wrong
because the cabin she goes in and out from speaks so much of
the occupier. He also discerned she was a first-time ship traveller
and requested to see her boarding pass. She showed him and to
his surprise she was entitled to so much on the ship than himself
but she had not known because she could not read. She realised
that all the course meals and regular fun people were getting were
hers all the while she was passing time on her soft bed. She wept.
Thanking her teacher, she went on through the rest of the
journey taking what is rightfully hers.

The above analogy applies to many people on earth today. The

weight of ignorance bear too much on them they have less
strength to seek out knowledge. They are ignorant of what is
rightfully theirs, ignorant of their heritage in a Creator with
boundless goodness for all who would but reach out into God
through the depths of their being. They are ignorant of the
power at their disposal to get whatever they set their minds on.
They would rather hole up themselves in their comfy rooms and
bed and while away time doing things with insignificant worth
and wondering why those with knowledge enjoy the same things
that are theirs. Some complain about the unfairness of life and
how unfortunate their lot in life has been. Others bring up the
gun and take their life out.

Ignorance is a disease and only the light of knowledge can cure it.
The basic knowledge of life is that you are first and foremost
sourced and extended from God as a spirit, with an intelligent
and creative mind, in a flesh and blood body. You live in a
universe called In-Possible, where anything can take form
through the power of creative thoughts and actions. And, you
are responsible for everything and anything that you become or
that becomes your lot in life. Life is like a superstore where you
have the liberty to take and enjoy as much as you can legitimately
enjoy within the span of your years on earth. You only have to
know this. Your knowledge is your pass on-board the ship of life.
It is your coupon to enjoy as much as you can in the superstore
of life in the time that you have. As you begin to take what is
yours, you learn that in life there is no class. What you know is
what separates you from the other fellow and the quantity of
what you enjoy in life depends on the amount that your creative
power can command. Without this knowledge, the weight of
ignorance will break you down and leave you with less or
nothing.

False Truths

Your time on earth reaches and you discard the body to finally
experience the reality of the afterlife. You step out of the plane
of the world of matter and find yourself in a vast confusing
spiritual realm from where you must continue the journey of life
to wherever the machinery of the universe apportions as your
next plane of existence. The whole doctrine and philosophies
you had digested as truths during your life on earth may not hold
a single pillar of support out there, depending on what faith you
take as true one earth. As you journey onward the spiritual realm
and the knowledge of life become imprinted on your soul so that
you now possess true knowledge without a process of actual
learning, you look back the earthly reality you just left and
realised the fallacy of everything people down there hold as
truth. You wish you could go back to help them understand, but
you can't. The moment of casting away the mortal body thrusts
you into the real world where experience is real.

There are more than four thousands religions in the world, the
majors and the minors, in sects and cults, all purporting to have
the ultimate truth to all about life, with their various doctrines,
sacred books and practices. The religions have only succeeded in
doing one thing so well no other human institutions have
succeeded at it. They have sectionalized the human community
in groups with false ideas about who God is. And since there is a
perversion of the idea of God in the world, the people of the
world cannot know who they really are. False truth is the major
reason why the god-self in people is suppressed because they are
either deliberately told lies about who they are, or sincerely told
the wrong things. And this produces the state of ignorance
which further strengthens the suppression.

For the sake of truth, the rational thinking human would see that

religion has worked better at instilling fear in people so that their

actions would be directed to the whims of the institution.
Religion is another form of government where you are
compelled to do what is right without the state law or police
knocking you down.

One of the reasons why evil persists is because the things we

hold as true are false and in turn strengthen the power center of
evil. That monster that feeds on evil thoughts and deeds, also
feeds on the false beliefs people hold as true. Beliefs are basically
thoughts that find form in the words and actions of people.

Being told that a certain people on earth are more favoured by

God than the rest of the human race is a grave error that takes
strength from anyone who believes such falsehood to the group
of people said to be favoured. God doesn't need the Israelites
more than he needs Nigerians or the Indians. We are all equal
before the Eye of The Almighty.

To believe the notion that you have to give to God before He can
give to you is a fraud designed by the very people who tell you so.
You come into life packaged with everything you will need, and
you live in a Universe called In-Possible. God doesn't need
anything from you to send guidance your way on how you can
deploy the potentials and resources that fill you; because, that is
the best He could give, and he does without needing any material
thing from you except your willingness to be guided. God never
showered money on any human. He rather makes you
understand what is inside you.

To believe that you have to make thunderous prayers to entreat

God to banish some fear or discomfort from you, or to deliver
you from your demons is wrong. You have to take your attention
off the thing you fear and set it on the condition you want and
your thoughts will bring about those conditions. The fear or the

demons in your life are there because you first thought about
them and gave them attention. Nothing is real to you that did not
first cross your thoughts.

The god-self in people experience suppression through false

truths which blinds them from what is true of themselves and
the world they live in. Like blind pilgrims, they wander from
place to place seeking a map on their journey through life when
the road before them is left open and free. They grope in man-
made darkness when within them is that ember of light seeking
to be set ablaze. Every opportunity that presents itself to
encounter the real truth is opposed by the force of error they live
with. Weighed down with problems they can't define, they keep
their attention fixed on religion and go nowhere, in truth.
Appearing to be at peace, appearing to be happy and
progressing, but inside them lie their true selves, hungry and
thirsty for the fountain of truth which has an outlet in them.

Religion steals the power of people. It makes people look less

than they are, creatures who need to make constant entreaties
and pay gods to have sanity and happiness. It makes people seek
help to be what they really are.

Think about those recurring questions you have in you about

what you hold to be true, attended to with so much emotions and
reflections; those periods you sit alone and stare the stars and
wonder if all you believe is true, those periods when the error in
your beliefs jar at your face, you know what they are? They are the
soft nudging life makes on you to help you reconsider and make a
bold step for truth. Because millions of people believe in a thing
doesn't make that thing true.

Conventional Education

Another institution apart from religion that turns people into

walking zombies is the conventional education system. The
school system is structured to churn out human labour machines
to fill up jobs, to wander the streets for jobs, to stay idle without
jobs. The education offered in schools, inasmuch as it makes
success out of a number of people, is one-sided. It is not
complete. It develops the mind of people than their spirits, and
even the contents poured into people's mind are inadequate to
meet the changing times. They are simply programmed for what
the world wants them to know and do, rather than what is
expected of them.

You know that people, like yourself, live unsatisfied lives even
with all the degrees and career successes that they have. Deep
down within them lies a big hole out of which the programming
of the school system have dug out their true essence. When you
think of this damage and that done by religion and the condition
of ignorance, you see how sad the situation of people is. In so
many cases, the things people learn is school have little bearing
on what they become in life. And the ineffectiveness of
counselling systems, or a total lack of it, is also faulted to people
going to school to fill their bags with the wrong stuffs. They see
pictures of what they think they are to become and are led on to
it on the promises of fortune. Some make a living out of their
bags, others make terrible cases. And when an honest reflection
is made on themselves they see they have wasted too many years
pursing the wrong education. The wise ones look deeper into
themselves and finally fill up the hole within with the truth of
themselves and then go on to make something meaningful of
their lives. The foolish can't find themselves and live on whatever
is offered them.

The Works of Darkness

Imagine being granted full view of the spiritual condition of

many of those around you, and maybe of your own self, you
would shudder at the things you see. Right from the moment evil
took form through the thoughts and actions of men, the
spiritual atmosphere of humanity reeks from the practices of a
variety of works of evil – witchcraft, sorcery, divination,
necromancy, and the general field of the occult. These practices
are being done in attempts to control things and people, and to
de-form a good form that is in progression.

The practices of darkness are in direct opposition to the normal

course of events as they flow in the universe. Evil is the use of
the creative power to spoil, nothing that it creates is good. It
interferes with the normal development of things and seeks to
transform existing forms into itself. Those who practise evil
become it and the power it gives them to bring about abruption
to the normal course of events and to turn them to their wishes
makes evil more appealing. And with increasing knowledge and
ability to manipulate the neutral Power that exist in life towards
dark purposes, those who do evil work continually to expand the
extent of their operations by ways and methods too ugly and
abominable to mention.

To control the lives of people is the greatest motivation of those

who carry out the works of darkness. Through the abominable
and oppressive vapour of their practices, they dull the senses of
people, cloud their minds, and ceaselessly work to dim, if not
completely burn out, the light inside people. With roving evil
eyes they monitor souls, with foul mouths they spew out curses,
and with crooked hands they cook trouble just so that the
normal course of the good will de-form for their pleasure.
Those who do evil basically become it and are likewise deformed

into that same condition they work to bring into reality. Their
work is first successful on themselves. Foolishly imagining
themselves to be masters of the art of evil, they are its slaves.
Wanting to imprison others, they are the first occupiers of their
own prisons. Stealing the life force from people so as to turn
them into walking zombies, they too become it when the justice
of God does unto them as they do unto others. And those who
patronize these set of ignoble people, so that through some
form of clandestine partnership, the one provides assistance to
the other for wishes to be granted for themselves, or against the
life of another, bring themselves into bondage to the things they
seek help from.

Evil dulls and weakens the soul of people. It blinds minds from
comprehending truth. Those who don't directly practise it get
hurt by it by giving their attention to it to define their
understanding about life. These set of people, without the
necessary paraphernalia of evil practises, subconsciously
practise it through their thoughts and actions, then form
consequences on their lives without knowledge of being the
originators of their problems. The continued practice of it
makes their general state pathetic and imprisons their god-selves.

Evil is regressive. Those who do it live backwards. They regress,

rather than progress. A forward step takes them five steps
backwards, because they bring on themselves heavy
consequences for bringing abruption and de-formation to the
normal process of events and people. Those who do these
define themselves as enemies of the good and in their identity is
their doom sealed. They de-form themselves out of existence
and are no more.

Substance Abuse

This particular suppressant was going to be inserted into the

discussion of the works of darkness but on serious
consideration it came to occupy its own place. Substance abuse is
the abnormal uses of certain substances that exist on earth for
pleasure purposes. Lots of substances exist on earth with basic
medical purposes, but when it was discovered that these
substances could induce a state of pleasure or high after being
used, people have sought after it to enjoy the good pleasure
promised. On the start of use, the thrills of feeling to be floating
above their normal level of consciousness into an altered state
brings them back to the same substance that induced such
condition. Habit is quickly formed, and over time the worse
becomes the case of the substance abuser. Cigarettes, alcohol,
hemp, and a variety of psychedelic drugs are corrupters of the
god-self in people. Their addictive nature ensures those who use
them are maintained as their prisoners, the final condition of
their states being death.

The real work of substance abuse is that it destroys people. And

the work of self-destruction is three-fold: on their bodies, their
minds and their real selves, the spirit. On the body, the substance
kills the cells and renders the strength of the immune system into
a less effective state. The nerves are badly affected and the vital
organs suffer and break down in many cases. On the mind, it
corrupts rational functions, blurs vision and redefines the
personality of the individual into someone he or she would not
in his or her clear mind have agreed to an image of him or
herself. In many cases, the destructive effect on the mind from
substance abuse is the insanity of the individual, oftentimes
irreparable. The streets and psychiatric facilities are full of such
people. And, on the spirit, substance abuse punctures the fabric
of the spirit with holes for inroads to dark substances and

entities that swim down into the depths of the soul of the
individual to lay ownership of it and to control it towards further
destruction. Cases of demon-possession are one of these,
though not all demon-possessed persons were substance
abusers. The major damage on the spirit is the destruction of the
god-self and the transformation of the individual into states of
animality. And once this is achieved, it would take more than a
miracle to restore such a one into sanity.

The numbers of people who resort to addictive substances with

the excuse of seeking pleasure or as a form of escapism from
their problems are only doing to themselves the very works they
attribute to a devil as being the cause. They are their own devil.
The younger generation need to understand the destruction they
do on their lives with substances. With varied consequences
attending the use of substances such as hallucination,
schizophrenia, insomnia, confusion, insanity, loss of bodily
functions, nerve breakdowns, stroke and heart attacks, to
mention a few, these people must open their eyes to the reality of
their actions. There isn't any good in the use of addictive
substances. The feelings of pleasure are gravely deceptive
because destruction and death are masked as pleasure and
freedom from pain.

And, though those who use these things do not necessarily use
them for evil purposes, there are, however, certain persons who
use them as aids into the realms of darkness. Their case is
sometimes worse than others because at the end they become
empty cases for vile entities stronger than they.

Do away with addictive substances if you are a user. Seek help

while it is near, before you wake up and you're gone.

There is a final suppressant of the human god-self that is often

talked about in religious circles but of which information is

inadequately given. I call it –

Forces Behind the Curtain of Reality

You have probably read of this before now, or this may be your
first time reading it, that behind the curtain of all we take to be
reality, behind all you see and are conscious of, there exist a
myriad of outerworldly beings deliberately influencing the
directions of nations, peoples and individuals. Their agenda is
control and they employ all sort of means to achieve this
including technologies and all the varied practices of darkness.
They are way higher up the hierarchy of intelligent beings in the
universe, and possess powers a little part of which humanity is
beginning to have knowledge of. They are more than just
humans who have grown to such point of power as to be able to
direct events and control fellow humans from secret chambers.
They are more than just disincarnate human spirits roaming the
earth for years and who took up characters of evil, or otherwise,
in their need to influence.

The powers that exist behind the curtain of reality are more than
just demons. They are highly developed intelligent beings far
older than the first human that walked the earth. They are not
from this world but have stayed long enough to know humanity
like a book. They have forms different and similar to ours, and
are of different sizes. They are spirits and can close themselves
up in fleshy cloaks. Their control is subtle and covert,
imperceptible to the undiscerning individual. Religions call them
demons, jinns, and by various other names. Though these beings
hiding behind reality oftentimes perform aggressive and
adversarial roles to earn for themselves such ignoble names as
demons, there are categories of them who intelligently design
the destiny of nations and individuals to their whims and

caprices. Like chess masters, they enjoy the power to make and
unmake kings and queens, to build up governments and to tear
down. They control the religions of the world and hide behind
the images of the gods and saints that humans claim to worship
in order to absorb the worship to themselves. They feed off the
fears and spiritual life force of people, and work ceaselessly to
suppress the god-self in people because as long as humanity
grows in the use of its spiritual power, as long as humanity's god-
self breaks forth in power, these things hiding in the dark will be
exposed.

In the league of forces behind the curtain of reality are lesser

spirits employed to carry out a variety of assignments. There are
humans too who are contacted and enrolled into service to this
forces, those mentioned above to practice all forms of darkness
– the witches, the sorcerers and sorceresses, the diviners, the
necromancers, the occultists, and blind slaves who do not know
they are in service to dark overlords. Some of these people could
have crossed your paths at one point or the other without your
awareness. They live amongst us – human satellites of darkness.

Why are these forces behind the curtain of reality not seen? Because
they are behind the curtain of reality! While everything goes on
normally in the world, they look on from the dark places from
where their influence is programmed, coordinated and executed.
They cannot be seen because they dwell in spiritual dimensions
far higher than ours. Some dwell in the cold dark reaches of the
universe and on other planes in our solar system. It would
demand a different kind of perception to see them. However,
there are humans who are spiritually developed to the point
where they can see into these dimensions and not only see what
these beings look like but what they do. And through intuition
and through dreams, humans who don't yet have the spiritual
sight into these dimensions can be shown pictures of that realm.

As pointed earlier, there are malevolent and benevolent beings

amongst the creatures above the hierarchy of humanity.
Benevolent beings also dwell behind the curtain of reality and
their works are in opposition to the malevolent set. The works of
the benevolent set are furthering and progressive and the works
of the malevolent set are destructive and regressive. So it
becomes understood that forces wrestle for the destiny of
humanity, just as religions say angels and demons do.

Good thing to note is that Earth is first and foremost the

habitation of earth people, this is our home. Life could have
placed us in some distant planets far away in the galaxies, but here
we are. The destiny of earth is in the hands of its people. We have
proved it so in the past years as we responded to the changing
tides of our lives through inventions and innovations, through
the advancement of knowledge and through the diverse
initiatives to protect the planet. Though the threat of terrorism,
wars, nuclear war and other weapons of mass destruction is a
concern to all of us, the greatest power we possess is the power
to make life and not to destroy it. The future of our lives and of
the earth is in our hands as intelligent creative beings. Not in the
hands of wicked extraterrestrials lurking in the dark with grave
machinations to puppeteer us to their wishes.

So, you have seen through the screen of your imagination that,
like the woman on-board the ship, you may not know the full
extent of your rights in God and the fact that the universe is a
realm called In-Possible where your most sincere wishes could
receive life. You see that life is like a superstore and that you have
the power to take for yourself as much as you can with the power
and time you have at your disposal. You have also seen how the
suppressants work to burn out the light of your god-self and to
deny you your power. Knowing these is the first step on the
process of activating your god-self. Each of the above
suppressants must be carefully analysed in your consciousness

for you to see where their hold on you might be active. Then
awakening to full control of your life and all your thoughts and
creative processes is the next step in bursting into your glory.

THE AWAKENING

The Realization

Imagine that all you have read up to this point was a life
documentary granted you to see at somewhere mysterious.
Maybe you and other individuals reading this book. You went to
sleep last night and before rising up from your bed, the preceding
chapters of this book had played out on the screen of your mind
as a sort of education or some kind of orientation into a new kind
of life you are expected to take on after the viewing. Imagine
yourself on your bed frightened, overwhelmed, confused, and at
the same time informed about something you never knew or that
you have little knowledge of. You saw what the future could look
like, understood that through the fiction of today the facts of
tomorrow are predicted. You learn of your heritage in a universe
vaster than what you have been told and that the universe is a
matrix where creative power can cause ideas to come into forms.
You have an idea of the one power which stands ready to be used
for purposes and that it is either used for the good or for the evil.
You learn that you are a miniature god by virtue of sharing

spiritual, intelligent and creative qualities with The Almighty and

that a number of suppressing factors stand to put out the light of
your god-self.

Now, after all these, what do you do? Simple. You stay awake!
You have encountered truth and the bandage before your eyes
shreds into pieces as things become clearer. The whole
information you have been given is like a multidimensional
mirror that reflects to you your true self and shows you where
and how you stand in the world. The realisation of being awake
from such state of ignorance and the consciousness of now
being brought into light and knowledge now stirs in you a greater
hunger for increased knowledge and for conscious creative
activity in a world full of bliss and creative power. You know that
now, like a fellow just brought out of prison, there stands before
you a new reality, a new understanding, a new day to start afresh
and powerfully. The fetters of wrong beliefs and the bondage to
false truths are now broken. This awakening is so strong looking
and turning back is impossible.

But, as beautiful as the morning looks, as sweet as your

awakening is, there is still work to be done. Consider false beliefs,
ignorance, and the condition of the suppressed god-self as
murky water you just arose from. Apart from your eyes which
now shine with the realisation of truth, the whole of your body is
drenched in foul-smelling wetness from which you must take a
wash before you continue the journey onwards. Gradually, with
every shower of clean water on you, every trace of stain should
be washed off you. This washing of water entails stepping off
the dirt you just washed off yourself, embracing your godness,
reprogramming your mind, changing how you look at the world
and fellow humans, and then consciously deciding to begin to
adhere to the laws and principles of playing your god-role. Let us
go deeper into these:

Stepping O the Dirt

Imagine having suffered much stomach upset as a result of the

wrong and false foods of beliefs that you have digested and
which, after much painful hampering of the proper functioning
of your system, you finally had the opportunity to vomit out.
Looking at your vomit with the unpleasant look and stench of it,
would you rather walk away from it or return to it to take it back
into you? Your decision is as good as that of any sane human.
You walk away. Only a spiritual pig would after being led out of
the mire return to it for the sake of ease.

What glorious help has been brought to you, reaching out to you
deep down in the hole of ignorance and darkness, pulling you
out into light so that henceforth you should live as you ought.
And then, would you turn back? No, you wouldn't! Like a child
running from the scare of a shadow, you would run as far as the
light embraces you and the darkness is no longer present. This, in
real sense, means putting away every sources of misinformation
that has misdirected your mind, every form of it; run as far as you
can from their teachers and preachers, and those who like slave
masters hold onto your soul with fetters of lies and deceit,
manipulation and bondage. They have fed you with stone instead
of bread, now you have vomited all out right to their faces.
Would you wait and allow them back onto you?

Renew your strength with the resolve to step further into Light,
to know, to understand, to consciously direct your life as the
intelligent and creative being that you are. And as you do, the
blessedness of the Light would enwrap you and strengthen your
resolve to feed your god-self rightly, continually.

Embrace Your Godness

You're the god-child woken up from slumber to the

consciousness of being a beauty of the universe, with godhood
in you. You have been made to remember who you are in God
and, like the rebellious royal child who ignorantly wandered away
from the palace of his father and who upon remembering who
he is returned to his royal status to live as one, you return to your
Creative Father from whom you proceeded and in whom you
live. Now it is time to embrace the fact of your godness. Be the
You that You is!

Embracing your godness is the call to living right. It is

conducting yourself and your affairs in such ways as to keep
yourself from the corrupting influences of the world which has
the one single purpose of spoiling the good and deforming the
god-self.

Embracing your godness is a call to righteousness, and

righteousness in this case doesn't mean the feverish and fanatic
religiosity that characterize the lives of many people today who
think they are more holy than others. Righteousness is
cultivating rectitude, sincerity, honesty, and a regard for the
sacredness of life. It is to become a reflection of God first to
yourself and to those around you.

Embracing your godness entails consciously channelling your

thoughts into creative purposes.

Habitual thinking and feeling structures your reality and how

people see you. Realising that you have the power to make your
days sunny or full of dark clouds, you would consciously direct
your thoughts into keeping your days sunny for people to take
warmth from you. And when you do, you help people learn from

your knowledge and share from your light. You cultivate the
divine qualities of love and caring and in you people find
comfort like birds find shelter under a tree.

Reprogramme Your Mind

The human mind is not easily changed. With habits, thought

patterns and a rigid perception of self, the mind would
automatically seek to keep you in the form of the old man and
protectively fight against the new man like a service dog protecting
its owner.

Understand this: a different kind of mindset ruled the old man.

The mindset formed upon false beliefs and false truths, and
upon a false perception of self. The old man is the man who
encountered the laxative of truth and vomited out the dark
forms of lies and deception that disturbed him. The mind of
your old self is still with you. It is a property of your being. To
have the mind aid you in the full activation of your god-self, you
would have to re-educate it by first making it unlearn what it has
gathered as an operating knowledge – beliefs and worldviews.
Then make your mind learn the new knowledge. Constantly
serve it truth and light and it would be reprogrammed to a totally
different entity of self. Indulge in the habit of thinking the right
thoughts of yourself and forming the right image of situations.
Much creative power is expended in idle and unconscious
thoughts. And the words that you speak about yourself are only
thoughts verbalized.

The mind does automatic controlling through habits, impulses, and

continued patterns of behaviour. Observe yourself and see
which traits of the old man are manifested through these modes.
Then correct them by replacing them with the opposite action

of the re-formed mind. And the more you impress these new
behaviour, new habits and manners onto your being, it becomes
encoded on the processor of your mind and the mind begins to
naturally direct this new mode.

A systematic process of reprogramming your mind is feeding it

wholesome literatures, impactful audio messages, and elevating
music. The intention and will to reset your mind is like a
command to it to do so and at the same time acts as the whip that
enforces it to obey. The now popular phrase that people do not
change has it origin in the assumption that people do not change.
People do change, but much re-creative acts are implied. The
process of transforming the mind is a creative activity in itself
that brings about a change in mental states and completely
changes the personality in the same direction that the mind had
gone.

There is a profound change that occurs in your mind when you

encounter truth, a real transformation occurs when illumination
floods you.

If your mind functions with an operating knowledge of the facts

that you are a god-being with intelligent and creative powers and
that you lived in a universe called In-Possible, there will be much
forward thinking and behaviour in you. You will do your works
on the progressive mode. This would affect your health
positively and condition a loving and understanding atmosphere
with people you come into contacts with.

New Perspective

Waking up to the morning comes with a new view on the world.

The light of the Sun reveals object for what they really are. Same

as waking up in truth: you see the world and its people for what
they really are. You understand that people are of the same
essence as yourself, the only difference being the degree of their
enlightenment, or their wallowing in the dark. You come to
understand that the same ignorance that blinded you has others
lost of true seeing. You understand that if they know the truth
of life, their actions and dispositions would reflect the truth. You
learn to accommodate people, to tolerate, to conduct yourself as
best as you can with everyone. To live in peace.

Every human walking the street – the poor, the rich, the big and
small, every one of all races – are children of God, members of
the universal family of The Almighty. How they live their lives is
determined by the truth they have, or the lie they live with.
Understanding this evokes your sympathy on those seemingly
lost but who think they are on the right way. And on those who
have come or are entering the Light, your fellowship with them is
defined.

Your perspective of the world also changes as your god-eye

begins to open. The littleness of the world, as you have been
made to believe, dissolves into the grandness of the universe.
You now come to learn that the earth upon which you live is just
one tiny part of the grand universe and that other beings inhabit
other worlds. So, you consciously try to be an active member of
the earth family and to be responsible to your environment in
your best capacity. Keeping the world save and clean is one of
our greatest acts of worship to The Almighty. Earth is our home
and now you want to be an active member of it.

And, being truly alive in every moment of your life, every day,
becomes a normal event to you. However the day presents itself,
come rain come sun, you take it with full acceptance, because the
truth is, how each day turns out to be to you, the degree of
happiness that characterizes it, is dependent on this healthy

perception about life that it is good and that too much worry
about the wrongs of everyday living drains you of strength.

The healthy awakened mind finds contentment in life. The

unhealthy mind doesn't and wants everything that everything
offers and is never satisfied.

No one should live in lack, it is not allowed in God's abundance.

But the error of human administration is responsible for lack of
a great majority. Everyone has a right to basic needs. Everyone
should feed; everyone should be sheltered, and clothed. What
every man or woman then becomes without the worry about
these basic necessities, is left to everyone. And one of the
common traits of those awakened to the truth of the common
destiny of the human race is their kindness towards others.
When you have so much, you let others have. You don't take
material things along with you when you die. You deposit it in
people.

Learning Godactivity

Godactivity is the demonstration of your creative powers, the

activities of creation that you are naturally inclined for, the
trademark of your god-self. Imagine yourself as a creative cook.
You cook concepts into form. Before you is your pot into which
a number of creative ingredients are mixed. Like water, salt and
fire, some of these ingredients are constant such as will,
intention, and the laws of creative activity. The other ingredients
that go into the pot are the thoughts, words and feelings that you
give to the form you are creating. While thoughts, words and
feelings are constant in the sense that you release them daily, they
are not always constant in their creative direction towards what
you want, towards your cook. Godactivity is gathering these

ingredients in a willed and intended direction for an imagined

form. The form you are cooking can be anything from your
identity, a situation, an invention, a healing work on another
person, a business –any form! You have a picture of what you
want to cook, how it would look and how it should appeal to the
senses. The cooking is the process to creating such form, the
cooking is the godactivity. In a separate chapter, godactivity will
be fleshed out because so much of it necessitates all that this
book is about.

There is a popular image of an overweight stone man using a

chisel and a hammer to carve out the fat in his body image. From
the obese structure of the stone man became evident the new
image he was working on, something muscular and admirable, an
athletic body. This said image is used in situations where the
recreation of man by man is emphasized. That man has the
power to remould himself into the image of his heart is what is
implied in the image of the stone man, and the chisel and
hammer are only symbolic representations of the creative tools
at the disposal of man to re-create himself.

Your most important step in the activation of your god-self is

your self-recreation, the creative process of refashioning your
identity, redefining yourself away from the common identities of
the world, the falseness of yourself that you have been made to
live with all these years. And this re-creation can only be effected
in the knowledge of who you really are.

The knowledge of you is the truth about the who that you are.

Through the preceding chapters of this book, you see how that
you live with a false, incomplete, inadequate identity depending
on which earthly institution you allowed to define you and which
part of earth you are born into. And then the stuff of wrong
beliefs, and the mental build-up of a false self, wrap themselves
about your being like excess fat that turn people obese. Under
the weight of these junks you have seen a false reflection of
yourself in the mirror of life. Under the junk of falsehood and
lies and deception, your god-self lie suppressed, inactive, idle.

Having woken up to this sad condition and seeing the reality of

things as they are, you decide to stand up and function in the
knowledge of your true self. If you had not known the false, the
truth will do nothing in you. If you had not known that you live
with mental junks, belief junks, perception junks, and all the
junks that turn you spiritually obese unable to function in your
true identity, if you had not known you stand almost deformed
in life, there wouldn't have been any need to recreate yourself.

Your encounter with truth and the facts of life, through what
you have read in this book, about your heritage in a world of
creative and intelligent power, about your origin in God, about
your god-self, this knowledge, is the framework upon which you
re-create yourself. So you take your creative tools and begin the
process of trimming off the junk on you and carve out the god-
self that has been suppressed inside you. And when this god-self
stands out with a redefinition, it becomes time for you to activate
it, time for you to settle into the godactivity that is your normal
function.

Your knowledge of your identity is crucial to demonstrating

your god-self. If you are the son of a king and have no such
knowledge you will live like a pauper. If you are a god and think
you are a mere evolved animal, you will live like an animal and the
powers of your godhood will lie dormant in you. But, if like the

engineer who knows his identity and the skills and power that
attends to such identity, you have knowledge of yourself, you
would function as you are with the powers that attend to you. So
your job is to recreate yourself into yourself.

Fact of the matter is that you are not really recreating yourself as
if the essential substance of your being is any different from
what you were before. You are the same person. The work you
are doing on yourself is but carving out the junks of false identity
heaped on you by beliefs and wrong perception of self. What
you can recreate is the image the world sees of you, behind which
is your real identity. This image will be definitive of the
godactivity that you get involved in.

To make identities and images clearer, understand it this way:

your identity is who you basically are. This identity the rest of
humanity shares with you, and it is that each and every individual
originates in God and are essentially spirit, intelligent and
creative, and are fused into a material body that is itself made of
the same basic substance of which stars are made. Your image is
what other individuals see you as and this image is tied to what
you do and how what you do defines you. What you do is in turn
a manifestation of your godactivity, those ranges of creative
endeavours and engagements that your inner power fuels. You
may be a physician with the ability to transmute herbs into
healing properties, and that would be your image. Essentially you
are god. Someone else is a writer through whose pen and fingers
words are manufactured to slice into the stubborn forms in the
minds of men and to educate them with corrective and blessed
prose, yet essentially his identity is god. Another is a nurse;
another an inventor, another an ardent farmer, another this, and
another that, yet, essentially, all are gods. Humanity has one
essential identity from God; racial identities are only secondary,
existing as a result of the law of varieties. Your identity is formed
by virtue of your heritage as child of God. Your image is what

you give yourself as manifestation of your godactivity, that is,

your work.

The work of recreation is to re-embrace this identity that has

been mired and suppressed through factors of which you are
now familiar. Re-embracing your god-self identity comes with
the consequent imperative of functioning in the capacity of who
you truly are.

Re-embracing your god-identity is a creative act involving an

intentional and careful play with power, forms, and time. The
power here involved is the creative power that exists in the
universe, the neutral One Power earlier mentioned from which
forms and realities manifest. It exists in its basic form in your
being as the power of thoughts, imagination, belief, words and
actions. The proper and improper use of thoughts, imaginations
and words has produced a blessed living in the lives of many, and
a hellish existence in the lives of many other persons. What
people think of themselves, imagine of their conditions and
speak continually of, has the deciding power in their beliefs, their
actions, and their fate. The same applies to you. And in re-
creating yourself to yourself, these same powers would have to
be employed in the most intense manner because this creative act
is a battle in itself, a battle to break rigid forms and strongholds
that have wrongly moulded your mind into an entity against your
own god-self.

Thoughts, imaginations, and words are the creative powers you

will use in carving out your god-self out of the false form that
reflects itself to you as you. As you begin to see yourself as you
truly are and speak words that align with such mental picture, you
feed your mind with this mental form of your true self in its
detail, and through time the mind will reprogramme itself and
your whole being into the form you create.

Your mind uses the thoughts you feed it in moulding you. And
the re-creative thoughts you form in your mind become like an
anti-virus, some corrective algorithm, which plays down into
your psyche, the deepest subconscious part of your mind, and
breaks down the forms upon which your false image stands all
these while.

The mental forms you feed your mind with as you recreate
yourself to yourself are the details of the pictures of your
identity that you consistently hold in your thoughts and
imagination. These details are the various aspects of your
essence and function as a spiritual, intelligent, and creative being,
walking through a vast spiritual and energetic universe, in
material body. Imagine the diverse pictures that come to your
mind when you think of yourself as spirit in essence, in form,
and in function. Pictures like being connected to the realm of the
spiritual, to high spiritual beings that populate the unseen world,
to spiritual power, to The Great Spirit out of which all spirits
come. These random thoughts receive strength the longer they
are held in your mind as you remind yourself of your identity and
then the mind begins to redefine itself. Though the totality of the
spiritual cannot be at once pictured in your mind, the continual
dwelling on your roots allows you into what is. These pictures are
the forms that your mind beholds as it obeys your instruction for
a re-creation of self. Without it, or with the wrong forms, the
shape you are carving out of the deformity may be worse than
the former state.

Time is important is this crucial work of returning yourself to

yourself. It is deceptive to think the job of self re-creation is
easily completed. The tiring work has left many with despair and
returned them back to the worse of their false selves. To many
who took serious this job of conversion to their original self, life
eventually turned out extraordinary for them and their full
powers became activated beyond their wildest imaginations.

Irrespective of the degree of damage that falsehood have done

to your being, time would be required to strengthen the building-
up that your mind is making on your being through the
impression of your creative powers. The false structure will first
be brought down so that the new real structure can build up. This
building-up takes time like every building up and the strength of
the forms the structure comes up with will determine the
strength of the structure.

And in this work, the words you speak about yourself are like
announcements you make to life about what you want for
yourself. Remember that words are verbalized thoughts having
increased power than the thought itself, though concentrated
thoughts surpasses the strengths of a word. Words, spoken
continually, are unmatched in their power to cause forms into
reality. Words have more vibrational power than thoughts
though it is essentially thought. Words become a positive power
in your self re-creation as you declare what you want as though it
is.

The words you speak will require refinement to reflect your new
state. If you want to observe yourself, listen to what you say,
unconsciously. It means some wrong forms of thoughts still
reside in your mind if words that proceed out of your mouth are
those of vile, negative and corrupt nature. Words would also
reflect the level of your re-creation. The thoughts that you
constantly behold of your real identity eventually become things
you speak of since the old nature no longer has its hold on you.
The words that you speak become a language of your god-self,
positive, vital, creative and enlivening.

For words to effect much power upon your work, life and
circumstances, it must be backed with the knowledge that words
are life and that they form and de-form. This knowledge of the
power of word is active, producing faith in the words uttered. I

am the captain of my life. I move in the direction of my mental power. I am

open to ideas and knowledge from the beyond. Everything I can be, I will be.

Words like these are uttered first from the knowledge of your
identity and then in the faith that the words uttered are power in
themselves to effect the thought of what is uttered. For example,
the words I am open to ideas and knowledge from the beyond is proof of
your knowledge that you are connected to the beyond and that
you can learn and gain knowledge by just sitting on your bed or
even dreaming; it is also proof that knowledge exists out there!
The faith in these words is the confidence that you trust the
channel of knowledge transmission from the beyond and that
though you might appear to be in great need of some kind of
knowledge to enable you in some creative activity, such
knowledge would come in time. The thoughts behind these
words are that you see yourself functioning in the knowledge
that you seek for, doing the things such knowledge facilitates.
And these thoughts, directed with intensity, fuels the words with
added power.

Self-creation is work and whether people know it or not, they are

the god of their own image. They are their own cook using
thoughts and words to cook a better meal for themselves, or
something terrible. And the same is said of you too. You are you
own self-builder, your own cook. What you cook, what you
build, is what you see as what you want.

What you should keep in your sight in this work of self re-
creation is the nature of your true self and the image of what you
can be.

REWIRING THE BRAIN

There is an unconscious work than goes on in your brain as you

carry on the conversion into your real self. This activity is
responsible for picking up new habits and learning new things.
Understanding this process would help speed up the image-
building of your god-self. The science of neurology terms this
neuroplasticity. Before now, scientists thought the brain to be a
machine that is capable of doing a lot of things but which
doesn't change or grow. At such time, the brain's microscopic
activities were not observable. As scientific research deepened,
and the brain's activities were observed under new instruments
of technology, it was discovered that the brain is plastic, able to
change based on experiences. And even in old age, the brain still
retains neuroplasticity and is able to change its structure and
function.

Neuroplasticity is responsible for the forming of healthy and

unhealthy habits. Unhealthy habits, for instance, which turn to
disturbing addictions, were formed as neural pathways in the brain
were established through repetition of what grew into a habit.

All your actions, beliefs, thought processes and behaviours have

pathways in your brain that make them a rigid part of your mind,
sort of a control centre. These pathways connect relatively to
distant areas of the brain or nervous system. Each time you
think, feel or do something this particular pathway is
strengthened. It is through the pathways that habits travel
making the brain find things easy to do. New thoughts and skills
create new pathways. Repetition and practice strengthens these
pathways and in turn forming new habits, new mindset. Old
pathways gets less used and weaken.

The brain, the nervous system and your spiritual sense all make
up your mind. The nervous system is fed through the brain to
which it is connected. Your brain holds up your beliefs, your
behavioural patterns, attitudes and your deep-seated emotions in
your neural connections. The information in these centres is
transmitted across the brain and passes on through the channels
of your nervous system to your whole body. Automatic actions
and behaviours are regulated by these neurons after they have
been structured into pathways criss-crossing over one another.
These pathways have been closely knit together over periods of
interconnection and carrying more or less of the information of
the other so that they produce common triggers that lead you
into certain actions and behaviours.

The beliefs, false knowledge and general mindset that you are
working on to remove as you re-create yourself are lodged inside
your brain in these neural pathways and the only way to break
them is to render these pathways weaker through discontinued
use of the beliefs and false knowledge they are made of. You
achieve this by unlearning the wrong stuffs education, religion
and certain experiences have strengthened in your brain. And
just replacing a false thought or belief with a true one doesn't
automatically weaken the brain pathway where this false thought
and belief usually pass. You must demonstrate this new thought

or belief with continued reinforcement of the details of the new

thought and belief, followed by the right actions and behaviours
that these form.

For example, you may have this strong religious belief that God
needs ten per cent of your monthly income as a show of worship
and appreciation for your life. This belief has been strengthened
by the very dogma which demand that this action be made, by the
imaginary fear that attends to not doing so, by the sight of other
people doing so, and by the ignorant allusion of prosperity to
this tithe paying. You now naturally pay tithe because you have
pathways in your brain that enforce it in your thoughts and
actions. But when you wake up and realise that God never
demanded any percentage of your income for whatsoever
reason, that dogma are man-made, that your practise of it is the
result of the programming of religious dogma and belief over
periods of time, that this same percentage has enriched someone
else other you and that it could have been saved for your own
good; that the wealth of the richest men in the world is not tied
to tithing but to creative entrepreneurship; when you understand
all these and that prosperity is tied to hard work, wisdom, and the
application of the creative laws of life, you will weaken that nasty
spot in your brain which up until now used to believe otherwise
by denouncing it. And as you channel your ten per cent tithe to
something that brings production and progression for you, you
will no longer live up to the false belief that God needs your
money. Then this tithe-giving pathway in your brain weakens,
thins out, and dies off from disuse.

This same process of unlearning beliefs can be applied to a

whole set of wrong beliefs and thoughts that condition the lives
of people. Another example is the false belief that your salvation
work of self re-creation is the work of a saviour or an individual
more informed than yourself. Remember that the condition you
are transforming from is one indeed requiring salvation because

such state of wallowing in the mire of false beliefs and

knowledge that blinded you from the true knowledge of
yourself and also suppressed your god-self, is indeed a condition
that calls for a saving. But in this case of stepping out of this
mire, you are the one who has all the work to do, not an imaginary
saviour, and not anyone with more knowledge than you.

There is no magic that transforms people from a state of

ignorance to that of knowing. But there is a transformative
process which starts with the realization of being ignorant on to
seeking knowledge and living by this new knowledge. With the
knowledge you now have, you will have to work out your own
salvation. People and the knowledge you have may serve as ropes
down there at where you are stuck with falsehoods, lies and
deception, but it is you who will have to make the painful steps
up out of the mire, a step at a time. It is you who will pour the
water of truth over your mire-stained self for a thorough wash
of all the junks of falsehoods and lies; it is you who will use the
truth to reprogramme your mind back to your identity; it is you
who will activate your god-self, and not someone else. How do
you do this? Neuroplasticity! Reprogramming your mind.
Pruning out the weeds grown over the garden of your mind.
Watering the natural healthy seeds and flowers that carpet the
soil of your mind with truth, with facts, with the right
knowledge, and over time your mind becomes a beautiful fruitful
garden from which the fruits of self-knowledge, creative
activities and peace of mind are produced.

One thing of important note in neuroplasticity, however, is that

this same plastic characteristic of the brain which makes it
amazingly resilient also makes it vulnerable to outside and
internal, usually unconscious, influences. There are triggers that
can cause a reversion to the old state you are deprogramming.
These triggers are like buttons which when switched on can
bring back thoughts that form certain actions you are

programming your mind to cease from doing. Triggers are of

three broad types: environment triggers made up of places,
locations, smells, and sounds; social triggers composed of
family, friends, and other people still reflecting the condition you
are breaking away from; and, emotional triggers such as
depression, stress, frustration, anger, anxiety and loneliness.

Triggers cause a downward spiral taking you into gradual

thought processes that cause a relapse back into the condition
you are re-creating yourself from. Call it backsliding into the
mire. Take an alcoholic as an example. Alcoholism is an
addiction that forms in the life of the alcoholic through the
neural pathway that has strengthened itself over periods of time
through the alcoholic's continued consumption of alcohol. One
thing the brain does that keeps the addiction stronger is to attach
feelings of pleasure and escape to alcohol consumption and the
addicted individual mistakes the true pleasure he seeks to that
which alcohol consumption gives. So he finds or creates
opportunities to consume alcohol and of course feels not only
the pleasure of doing so, and the escape that such fleeting
moments afford him from unpleasant emotional states such as
depression and loneliness, but he also does damage to the vital
organs of his body.

The pleasure gained blinds the addict from the harm being done
on his liver, for instance. He might feel the nudging to
discontinue alcohol use, but because the habit has become part
of his brain functions, he finds it difficult to do so. When the will
is finally summoned and the decision is painfully executed to
discontinue alcoholism, the individual starts enjoying the
freedom and health that such change brings. But, one day, he
might get depressed or stressed on a task and decides to take a
stroll to some part of town and then his eyes catches sight of a
popular place he frequents where he normally gets his servings
of alcohol. He walks into the place and without thought sits

down and orders for a serving of alcohol. Or, he might visit

friends or family member where alcoholic serving is a normal
feature of such occasion. These places and the family member
are triggers that switch on the action of consumption, and the
single unprotested serving of alcohol have often backslidden
individuals back to alcoholism after some period of
discontinuation.

Triggers of smell can switch on a craving for cigarette in a

former smoker. Triggers of the sound of a lewd music can
switch on thoughts of sexual escapades that lead a woman into
consensual but immoral intimacy with a man or a group of men.
Until the habit pathways which strengthen these habits have
been completely rendered weak and eliminated, they can be
switched on from any one of these triggers. Replacing these
cravings or actions which these triggers switch on can be done by
rechanneling the brain to more healthy-activities any time these
triggers are cued. Rather than accept an offering of alcohol, the
former addict can request for a non-alcoholic drink or water
preferably. Replacing all the negative self-destructive habits and
actions with positive ones eventually replaces those pathways
that control them and then new healthy habits are formed.

Neuroplasticity as a process is deeper than what is covered here.

It is a broad science with its own neurological terms. But the
heart of the matter is that you have the power to bring about a
transformation from what you appear to be, that hinders your
growth and the manifestation of your god-self, to who you are
meant to be with unlimited manifestation of intelligence and
creativity.

Through repeated and direct attention towards a desired change,

you have the ability to rewire your brain. You are the
programmer of your own brain. When you change your beliefs,
when you learn something new or become mindful of your

habitual reactions to unpleasant emotions, you actually alter the

neurochemistry and structure of your brain.

Become consciously aware of your thoughts and decisions and

observe your inner experiences as if they were happening to
someone else. This would give you feedbacks on the progress of
the transformation carried on in your mind.

TAPPING INTO YOUR CREATIVE POWERS

In the work of self re-creation, the deliberate, conscious and

consistent employment of the creative powers at your disposal
will be the greatest tools in fashioning yourself to yourself.
Because no one can do this work for you, you will have to call up
the resources in you, tapping into those creative powers you have
by your natural heritage in God. The creative powers are your
thoughts, your words, your imagination, and the range of
emotions you produce under different situations. A healthy
understanding of the laws governing these creative powers will
make you achieve your work in the best possible fashion that you
can and bring peace onto you. These, we will consider one after
the other.

Thoughts

The whole universe came into form as a result of thought.

Everything you see is first thought. Every form of life was first
thought. The cells in your body which as you know are the

building blocks of life are themselves first thought. Thought is

the basic material of creation; it is what gives birth to everything
that gave birth to anything.

You exist in a world of thought and live by thought. Think of it:

you wake up with thought, you walk with thoughts, you eat with
thoughts, you carry out all your activities with thought, and
everything that you are and will ever be is in the thoughts you
produce in your mind. To be anything, you have to think it, to not
be anything you must also think not wanting to be anything.
Thoughts create realities. Of yours and of every individual you
see in the world today.

Few know about the power of thought and its effects upon their
lives; many do not know. The creative image that you are building
of yourself cannot stand without the support of the blocks of
thoughts and therefore it is necessary that its nature, power, and
the laws that govern it be drummed into your mind.

Cells are the basic unit of life and cells are intelligent. Cells have
encoded in them the data for their functions. Some cells have the
function of secreting, while others have the function of
excretion. Cells perform the functions of maintaining the health
of the immune system, warding off and destroying radical
foreign agents that play into the body. Cells also receive your
thoughts through established channels from the brain and work
to perform the function of such thoughts. The transmission of
thoughts from the brain to the cells of your body and the cellular
performance of the dictates of such thoughts occur at the speed
of light. It is a process you do not need to bother about but the
effects are always evident. Thoughts shape your expression and
your cells are helping hands in chiselling your countenance to fit
the exact thought you feed to them. There is a thought behind a
frown; there is a thought behind fury and anger; there is a
thought behind sorrow; there is a thought behind joy; there is a

thought behind happiness; there is a thought behind laughter;

there is a thought behind every facial expression, every mood
that you are in at every time and the cells of your body are aware
of these. Think about the truth in this: you have the power to
condition every mood you can be in at any time of the day!

You have the power to communicate healing to your body

through the use of thoughts! This has been scientifically proven.
The thoughts of wellness, health and strength you communicate
to your body activate the cells and vital organs of your body into
that state, and then your whole outlook becomes sunny. The
thought of illness likewise passes such information to your cells
and what you ask for is what you get. Something of note here will
help to understand the body-mind relationship. The mind is not
only located in the brain, though that is where its centre is. The
mind is the whole body, and the whole body is the mind. Every
nerve in your body is connected to the brain, and information
stream up and down the channels connecting these nerves to the
brain. When you experience fear, the brain channels the emotion
of fear to your body and the effect is seen in your wobbling legs
or the unease that attends to such state. Excitement likewise
registers on your nerves and the feelings of joy and fun are
manifest. What you become is what you think of yourself; what
you think of yourself becomes accepted by your brain as what
you are and communicated to the rest of your body.

The complexity of the process of self re-creation can be seen in

a simple game children, and even adults, enjoy playing. Think of
the Jigsaw Puzzle game and the creative construction of images
and identities is well picturised. The Jigsaw is a tiling puzzle game
requiring the assembly of oddly shaped interlocking pieces to
form a complete picture. Each piece has a small part of the
general picture on it which when locked together with other
pieces produces a complete picture. Likewise, the image you are
refashioning is first a complete image in your mind. You have this

image of yourself picturised in detail, who you are (your

identity), what you are (your image) and the powers that
characterize you. This you do with the awakened knowledge you
now possess about yourself and the world in which you live.
Building this form into reality will entail the careful and gradual
assembling of the various parts of the image into their rightful
places. Thoughts make up the pieces that add up to complete this
form. Words add up; your feelings add up; your emotions add up;
your words add up; your beliefs also do, and then your
imagination adds up too. It doesn't stop there; the consciousness
of your whole body to this person that you are is the board on
which these pieces complete the image! The greater part of these
pieces of your Jigsaw image will be contributed by your
thoughts. Science has also shown that daily every individual
releases thoughts in their thousands, and ninety per cent of these
thoughts are repeated thoughts. Understand that how you think
of yourself, how you see yourself in the eyes of your mind, how
you communicate this image to your brain and the rest of your
body forms the you that you become. It then becomes a law that
with your thoughts you form your own image.

Productivity is likewise a function of your thoughts. If you think

you can do something, you do it; if you think you can't, you are
equally as right as thinking otherwise. And because you believe
you can do it, the powers of your brain and your whole body
come together to make that happen. Not only that, your thought
of confidence in yourself knocks on the door of invisible
helping powers of the universe which come in to fuel you with
additional help in ways you can't explain. As you carry on your
work with this mindset, you become unstoppable, your
momentum is maintained every time you resume on the work
until it reaches its completion. And the satisfaction and elation
that comes with a creative task completed can be the foundation
for something even better.

Thought power is not easily attained. Random and unproductive

thoughts are released daily by people. Only a few release
concentrated thoughts. When thoughts are charged with intense
focus and attention for a desired purpose, they become
concentrated to that effect. Concentration infuses the thought
with the life and substance it needs to create what the thought
dictates. This book you are reading is the product of
concentrated thoughts. The material things you daily use are
products of concentrated creative thought. Anything of worth
that you will do will likewise be products of concentrated
thought. Concentration is, however, not easy to attain. The
world is full of distractions and sometimes most of these
distractions come from your own self. To attain concentration,
you not only require the discipline to have a single focus at a time,
but being smart enough to banish intrusive thoughts. Intrusive
thoughts have their origin in different sources and their purpose
is to distract you from the concentration you are feeding to the
work of re-creating yourself or a creative activity you might be
engaged in.

Intrusive thoughts are sometimes projections from other people

and beings swimming the spiritual field around you. They are the
slave masters of souls who are in anguish at the fact that you are
waking up and functioning in your true self. They intrude into
your mental space with dart-like thoughts with the purpose to
distract, to halt momentum, and to steal the life of what you are
creating. Like spoilers that they are, they throw poison into the
stuff that is cooking in your creative pot and then watch to see
how their machinations take form. These intrusive thoughts, as
much as they contain in themselves the power to effect their
dictates, are as well breakable by your counter-thoughts. You
break their power by ignoring them and this in turn denies these
intrusive thoughts their power because they require your
attention to do what they are sent to do.

Thought power is acquired through moral purity, no other way

else. This is attained by keeping your mind clean of all manner of
unclean thoughts – fear, hatred, anger, malice, jealousy, and
vengefulness; and then, redirecting mental energies that would
otherwise be wasted and dissipated in worthless worldly
thoughts into conserved states. The energy of thought now
conserved should be directed into spiritual and creative channels
like the job of adding value to yourself, elevating a person, a
process, or an item of use to humanity. Thoughts are made
stronger by continued focus. The attentions you give on pure
thoughts strengthen the purity of such thoughts and make it less
of a problem for you to ward off impure thoughts when they
intrude into your mind. Seeing that thoughts lead to words and
actions, it is natural that to maintain spiritual and mental health is
to not allow impure thoughts stray into your mind. And because
thoughts attracts thoughts, the thoughts you give dominance to
in your mind attracts like thoughts to themselves. And in this lies
the power of thought.

Another way your thought power is strengthened is through

your reflection upon illuminating thoughts. Often, through
constant seeking, you send out thoughts into the universe on
which you need some clarity, knowledge and understanding.
These kinds of answer-seeking thoughts are unique especially
when there are no available sources of knowledge to inquire of,
or when the sources of knowledge are distant away from you or
unapproachable. At some point, most times when you do not
expect it, a thought rushes on to you carrying information to the
questions in the thoughts you sent out. Capturing this thought,
and others like it, and allowing the information they carry to play
down into your mind through meditation and reflection add up
to your bank of knowledge. Because the answers to your thought
questions do not always come fleshed out word for word, your
job is to bring the thought up to your mind and open it through
intense thinking of which the powers of logic, reasoning and

imagination are part. These illuminating thoughts sometimes are

a thousand words in a single picture, and oftentimes acting as
magnetic thoughts that attract, through the same channel they
travelled to you, more like thoughts that further on expand the
answers that you seek. Like thoughts attract like thoughts; this is
another law of thought.

Words

The power of words follows that of thought because of the

common force both produce. Thoughts become words, and
words are thoughts verbalized. Words consist of vibration and
sounds, while thoughts are pictures and images. The sound of
words is the vibration that creates the reality around us. Words
solidify thoughts into actuality, giving a sort of the Judge's gavel
upon what the thinker accepts through thoughts. Words also
perform the function of commanding into being the many
thoughts being released by the thinker. Singly, thoughts, in
concentration, are enough to cause forms into being. But when
spoken words are involved the solidity of the form of thought
around the individual who utter them would require increased
force to undo should the form be contrary to the wellbeing of
the individual.

There are two ways words are uttered: unspoken and spoken.
Unspoken words are words you make without opening your
mouth but which relies on the soft, imperceptible movement of
your vocals. Spoken words are those you make with your mouths
open, vocals fully functional, and voice heard across distance.
Do you realise your thoughts are oftentimes worded? Some of
the thoughts that run through your mind are word-thoughts
which can stand as thoughts alone without those inaudible
sounds of words. Your internal monologues are word-thoughts;

the thoughts you sometimes have of people are word-thoughts.

These word-thoughts are thoughts that are inaudibly worded
and which possess their vibratory quality like spoken words.
Unspoken words are most times unconsciously uttered and
behind them are powerful strings of thoughts and imagination.
Unspoken words possess the same power as spoken words but
differ in the degree of their sound, vibration and consistency.
Many of the things people say of themselves are unspoken
words and the assignment of controlling the effects of words
upon your life would take its start in observing the nature of your
internal monologues. Once control is mastered over unspoken
words, spoken words will find its right form.

Society conditions people to talk about their misfortunes, the

multitudes of their problems, and to complain endlessly bitterly
about this thing and that. They take their misinterpretation of
events, situation and problems, and then broadcast it in the
world, thereby bringing the reality of such words upon
themselves – through the power of the words they ignorantly
release out. You are probably guilty of this also. You have
carelessly used the power of words to create your personal world
and then you complain about the same thing you worded into
existence. Through words you defined yourself to yourself first
and then to the world next.

The power of words will come in handy in your self re-creation

work. Through observation consider the stream of your
unspoken words that you consciously or unconsciously release
and work to structure them to align with the picture of yourself
that you are working up to. When you hear a word-thought
sounding negatively, arrest it by arresting the main thought
behind it. Reconstruct this thought into your desired picture and
re-word it. This can happen in split seconds and comes with
observation and practice.

For example, a thought of weakness strays into your mind and

you word it with an inaudible sound as this is too hard for me.
Because you do not belief in that thought and you just realised
you actually said it to yourself, you catch it and give it a new word-
thought quality as I can do this. I've done something like it before. The
thought behind this positive unspoken word maybe an image of
yourself as superman, or the state of victory you had when
similar task was conquered, or a belief in your mental powers to
get something done. Any of these, or all of it, can be the thought
behind the positive inaudible word you just made in response to
the negative word-thought that strayed into you. Similar other
negative thoughts are similarly caught and re-dressed. You use
thought to overcome thought, words to overcome words.

Likewise spoken words are as powerful, more powerful, than

unspoken words because they have a louder sound and a higher
level of vibration. They travel further than unspoken words and
have strong emotions attached to them. Spoken words are
thoughts themselves and their force can be detected in how they
make other people feel and react. The words we say to people are
thoughts worded. People take these words, strip them of the
letters of the alphabet that compose the words and then picture
the very thoughts that the words convey. If the words are
positive, the thoughts they get from the words will be positive
and their reactions and feelings will likewise be positive. If the
words are negative, the same interpretation follows and a
negative feeling or reaction is effected on them.

Words spoken to people have the power to live with them for the
rest of their lives. Words other people speak to you have the
same power to live with you for as long as you allow it to.
Through the word-exchange we have with other people, we take
on a co-creator responsibility of their reality as they do to ours.
If you have said negative things to people you share a part of the
cause of their reality if how they see themselves is tied to what

you have said of them. There might be years apart from when
you said such words to them, but the effect of it still lives with
them. Likewise, people may have deposited wrong words in you
that still live with you till this day. Every time a remembrance of
such word is triggered, it brings up the same negative picture of
yourself that the thought behind the words suggest and causes
the same feelings you expressed on such pictures years back to
resurface, affecting your present moment. When negative words
are uttered by loved ones or those closest to you they tend to
have greater power than those made by strangers or outsiders.
You live with your memory and all it requires to plunge you into
despair is the trigger of a negative word someone has said to you
in the past which you have not dealt with. Breaking the memory
of wrong words require concentrated thoughts, and sometimes
positive affirmations, on the opposite of the word/thought you
are trying to undo in your memory.

In the important that the words you release into people's life are
healthy words. Words that inspire, words that heal, words that
encourage, words that motivate, and words that lead them
towards the light. Consider your words, what you will say, how
you will say them and the impact they can make on listeners,
before you say them. A lot of people are quick to give voice to the
feelings, thoughts and impression that pass through their
attention. They offload their mind without consideration of the
significance of what they give their expression to. Don't be too
quick to speak. This plea to put your words under scrutiny before
you make them is like the instruction to you not to be too quick
to pull the trigger as your go through a jungle haunting for wild
animals to make a barbecue of. You might release a shot that kills
another human instead!

Understand this: one of the most obvious sign of a moral life is

right speech. People cannot always see your thoughts. They may
be unable to interpret how you feel every time. But they can hold

on to your words. Words are to be chosen wisely. The tone in

which words is spoken also matters. Gentleness in tone of voice
does magic in every situation where words are used. Even when
the waves of anger and frustration rock the base of your being,
try to be gentle. This will produce an effect first on you and next
on those who hear you.

Words must align with your positive inner state. Because words
provide affirmations of your innermost thoughts, care must be
taken to always keep your thoughts as clean as you can. Words
confirm to the world of how you think of yourself. Perfecting
right speech is a keystone of mature people and you must work
on this as much as you can.

On the power of words, there are times also to be silent. Silence

has as much magic as voicing. In those moments of meditation
where you seek answers to deep questions, in those moments
when you are birthing and nurturing ideas and concepts, keep
silent and allow the process complete its cycle before words are
impressed on it. Being silent also allows you to listen to feeds
from the beyond. That alone is what silence does, to protect the
thought-matrix that your idea is taking shape in. And when the
idea is fully born, when all its parts have taken form in your mind,
then speak forth words. When it is time to speak words on your
creation and you hold back on it because of the need to protect
your idea form from evil ears, you starve such form of the word
power it requires at that stage in its realization. There is time to be
silent and time to speak.

As guides to the employment of words in your life and in your

relationship with the world, set these following counsels before
your mind to aid you in the proper use of words: always speak the
truth; be simple and avoid exaggerations; be consistent in your
words and desist from double standards; don't verbally
manipulate people, and never use words to belittle or insult

people. When you need to empower your thoughts and the idea
forms you are creating, use positive affirmation to give them life.

Having touched on the power of thoughts and of words in

considering the creative powers in your disposal, move on now
to another creative force in you. The power of imagination.

Imagination

This is the force that runs the world, nations, governments,

institutions, peoples, minds! Human civilization was founded
upon the stirrings of imagination. Every feature of the modern
world, the technologies, the concepts, the ideas, the knowledge,
everything you can see and touch were birthed through the
activity of imagination. This propelling force of civilization is so
strong Einstein said imagination is greater than knowledge.

You probably are confused as to the difference between thought

and imagination. While both of them operate with the same
substance, they are different from one another in the nature of
their activity, but work together. Imagination is a faculty of the
mind where images or concepts are formed regarding a subject.
Thought is the result of the thinking process as regard the
imagination. Imagination feeds the mind with images; thinking
feeds the mind with thoughts.

Consider how a camera works. The camera lens captures an

image with all its details in foreground, midground and
background. The image is processed in the image processor of
the camera, impressing the functionality of the particular type of
camera in defining the image. The photograph is the result of
this capture and processing. The mind is the camera, imagination
is the image-capturing centre of the mind, cerebration (the

process of thinking) is the processor of these images, and

thoughts are the photographs. Thought is different from
imagination because thought is defined, and imagination is the
definer. Thought is conclusive like the photograph of the
camera. Thought is done, defined, formed. Imagination is the
process where the elements with which thought is defined are
sourced. Imagination is imaging, thought is the image. Thinking
is the bridge between imaging and the image. Unlike the camera
which receives images that it captures, the images which
imagination forms are non-existing self-generated images.
Imagination is thus imag.e-i.nation.

Imagination forms images and concepts of things that are not

present to the eyes, things which none of the other sensory
organs has any input in. Imagination is the function of the
human mind to construct forms, ideas, and concepts out of
nothing. Thinking is the process of rationalising the forms of
imagination in the details of the speculative structure of these
forms until a defined image is formed.

The focus on imagination will be covered in this book as it relates

to two subjects: you, and your creative activity.

Imagination, like thoughts and words, has its own power over
you and your world. The same creative energy that goes into
thoughts and words also goes into imagination. The ideas you
have of yourself have been imaged in your mind and defined.
These images were created chiefly out of nothing, even when
ideas are borrowed from existing concepts. Your mind isn't the
camera which captured images of yourself. Your mind is a
computer which generated its own images of who you think that
you are. Your creatorship is seen in this unconscious activity of
you creating yourself in your imagination. You formed images,
you gave them form and life, you defined them, and then they
formed you. Everything that you are today is everything you

have imagined about yourself. And everything you have imaged

of yourself is either completely wrong, or partially so.

The re-creative work of yourself will rely on the power of

imagination to restore you back first to your identity, and then to
image how you function with the powers at your disposal. The
first work of identity restoration will operate like the camera.
There is the image of who you are and then there is the image of
who you've been up on till now. The image that you've been is a
corruption of the image that you are which from the time of its
conception in the Mind of God remains uncorrupted. To
restore yourself to the image that you are, you will have to
consistently capture the image of who you are into your mind
and then process the image that you've been into this
uncorrupted image. To drive home this point, remember the
story of the prince that became a pauper. He wandered away
from the mansion of his father through the misleading of those
he trusted and got corrupted the further he went. He lost touch
with his heritage and forgot who he is. He forgot he is a prince;
he forgot he had a heritage in the vast estate of his father. He
forgot he had incontestable power over the scoundrels who
pester his life in this desolate wasteland he had wandered into.
He is still a prince, the son of a king, heir to glory, but lives as a
pauper. There is the person that he is, and there is the person that
he has been. The person who he is, is a living fact, so that it is
inappropriate to describe his identity as something he was, or
were. He is still a prince. But he lives as a pauper.

Then, on a fateful day, some travellers journeyed through the

wasteland where this degenerate prince is managing a life. These
travellers have in their possession treasures and artefacts from
the land of the prince. The prince, awed by the strange
procession of these travellers, played into their company for an
experience. Such day became a fateful day for him, the day he
encountered truth. The travellers, as they rested the night under a

tent, told the denizens of the wasteland tales of their travels. In

one of the tales is a story about the land of the prince. The
mention of names triggered faint recollection of where he had
wandered away from. He pressed the traveller telling the tale if
he had proofs to show he indeed journeyed through the land of
the prince. The traveller presented an image of the king of the
land and his family and in the picture is the image of the prince in
his royalty. Though he looks like a corrupted version of who he
is in the picture, he was clear this is he. On that night, he made the
decision to find his way back to who he is. And with the help of a
friendly traveller, he found home. The story did not end there.
On the journey towards home, pictures of who he is began to
supersede pictures of who he has been. And when he got home,
and after the grand welcoming made by his family, he took him
consistent imaging to wear back on his royal identity. It is one
thing to remember who you are and it is another thing to be
restored to it. The work of returning to who you are is the
essence of activating your god-self.

Who are you? We made mention of this earlier. You are a spirit,
proceeded from God, fused into a body made of energy and
dust, and living in a vast energy realm called the universe where
everything and anything can take form. You are naturally built,
fitted and complete with intelligence and the creative powers of
imaginations, thoughts and words. Your identity is god. You are
naturally a creator. Through you, the Supreme Being from which
all life proceeds furthers on the creative work of progression.
Try to picture this as a photograph for a moment and keep the
image before your mind's eyes. We will return to it in a while.

Who have you been up till now? One word: a corruption. You
have been everything that you are not. Miseducated,
misinformed, misled, and enslaved by the very people and
institutions that you trusted. Lied to, deceived, stolen from;
abused, confused, lost and tossed to and fro with every wind of

doctrines and dogma. You are suppressed and programmed

against actualising your god-self by forces you refused to unravel
because they are the very ones who masterminded and
manufactured the very false enticements that led you out of your
rich identity into desolation.

Consider a mirror showing you who you have been and at the
same time reflecting to you who you are. The job you are now
doing is breaking this nasty false image and replacing it with the
true image of You.

So now, to the work. With the same imagination with which you
have constructed a false image of yourself, and defined, to all the
cells and nerves of your body, with this same imagination,
consciously, consistently restore yourself by looking into the
image of who you are and restoring unto it.

Feelings

Feelings are expressed emotions, and emotions themselves are

defined as energy in motion. An emotion is a strong feeling that
moves you. Experiencing emotions is all that makes living such a
wonderful experience. You desire things because of the prospect
of certain positive feelings such desire produce. Same way, there
are some things you also deliberately avoid because of the
negative feelings they engender. Without emotions and feelings
you cannot enjoy the fun of being with friends, the thrill of
seeing a movie, or the pleasure that comes from the delight of a
meal, nor could you dread the ferocious yapping of a mad dog,
or a ghost. But with feelings, you can become miserable or
extremely joyful.

Feelings are not just an integral part of the human biological

structure; they are an aspect of the creative powers. Feelings

come from our thoughts, our beliefs and our interpretation of
what is happening in and around us. The nature of your feelings
and the effect they have on you and on those around you is
determined by what you believe as causing the events or
situations that impress upon your emotions. Upon these events
and situations are the images you form about them in your mind
which in turn trigger the emotional state that make you feel joy or
sadness.

For example, someone does something that upsets you and you
interpret such action as stemming from enmity because such
person thinks you are trying to be better than he or she. Your
belief that enmity is founded on such grounds could have been
passed over to you by some tradition, or thought processes. And
because you belief someone is fighting you to overcome you
from being better than they, this interpretation causes an
emotion of anger and revenge. And whenever you see or think
of such person, you project feelings of animosity to them which
can be noticed on your facial expression and actions, and which
in turn affects you.

Feelings reflect how you see yourself and how you live your life.
Feelings receive health from your self-esteem. If you have a high
esteem of yourself, you feel top of the world and this expresses
itself in how you carry on with your life, your attitudes, and how
you see other people. Low self-esteem belittles you before
people and makes you think that the whole world is ganged up
against you. As true as these are, your feelings are not always tied
to the level of your self-esteem but to your beliefs and
interpretations of what is happening in you and around you by
people.

Feelings are extension of your imaginations, thoughts and

words. Together, they are powers with which you condition your

reality. Understanding the power of feelings like you now do

those of imagination, thoughts, and words, completes your
grasps of your creative powers. Feelings are not independent of
imagination, thoughts and words. Feelings are the result of the
grind of imagination, thoughts and words. Imagine pouring
these three into a blender, what you get is the feelings. The
feelings are your personally designed feedbacks that your beliefs
and interpretation impresses on the grind. These beliefs and
interpretation may be false, or may be true.

As you carry on the work of recreating yourself to yourself, you

must pay attention to your feelings. Events, situations, and the
actions of people will play into your mind. Your old beliefs
surrounding why people do the things they do might step in to
interpret what is happening in and around you. If these beliefs
haven't been deprogrammed, they are going to affect the way
you see things and in turn condition your feelings, and finally
disturb your self re-construction. You want to keep your work
clean from the influence of negative thoughts, so you would
have to enforce positive feelings on things that happen in and
around you. You will feel differently by looking at people's
actions through different lenses.

Another cause of feelings is the interpretations you give to extra-

sensory perceptions. Extra-sensory perceptions are those
impressions you get from the world of thought, or, bluntly
speaking, from the spiritual world, which register on your sixth
sense, and not on the five senses you know very well of. These
impressions are purely subtle, touching upon your mental senses
through extra-sensory images and sounds, and sometimes
through sensations. Happening beyond your physical senses,
these impressions are not easily expressed in words, but you
always attach meanings to them through what you believe about
them and how these beliefs further interpret them.

For example, through some sensations that impress themselves

upon your mind you may feel that some outerworldly force is
sapping you of your energy. You may have read about psychic
vampirism and believe that there are spirits which crawl up on
people and suck spiritual life force out of them, making people
weak, or to fail in life. Because you believe in such phenomena,
whether they are true or not, you interpret a common extra-
sensory sensation upon your mind as the activity of a spiritual
vampire. Because the thought of losing something of worth, of
losing your spiritual goodness, is very disturbing and distracting,
it produces a feeling of depression, despair, or sorrow in you. A
different belief of this happening, however, will produce a
different interpretation and different feelings.

If for example, you believe that your spiritual core is constituted

of a force that replenishes anything that you lose, or you belief
that these impressions you experience are only illusions and are
not real no matter how real the sensation of their happening is
on your mind, then you will interpret as nothing what someone
else takes as the activity of a psychic vampire or witch. And
because beliefs are a body of thoughts, your belief is a fact and
would manifest itself in your reality. While the individual who
believes in the activities of vampires experiences some negative
effects of the same impression you experienced, the effects they
play out on you would be positive because of your beliefs about
them, and the feelings this generates will be healthy while the
other fellow suffers unhealthy feelings.

Many of these extra-sensory happenings are most times

generated in your mind, and oftentimes the activities of forces
not yet in your understanding. But whatever it is that impresses
itself upon your mind, whether they are the words and actions of
people, the triggers of your past emotional experiences, or extra-
sensory perceptions, you have the power to control your
interpretation of them and how you feel. Feelings cannot be

controlled by circumstances. Everyone determines how they

respond to events and situations with different modes of
feelings. Accepting responsibility over how you feel means
having the power to control your feelings. Blaming events and
other people for how you feel is giving this power over to them.
For your personal well-being, and to function healthily and
optimally in the activities of your god-self, you must expel
negative feelings every time they show up. Because feelings are
creative powers, they can make or mar your cook. Consider
feelings as seasonings to your broth; you sure don't want to add
negative seasoning, so endeavour to produce and maintain
positive thoughts that generate positive feelings.

Lastly, of important note are the effects that emotions and

feelings have on the human body. Negative emotions and
feelings hamper your ability to think clearly, causes inefficiency
in decision-making, increases blood pressure and can cause heart
attack. Positive emotions and feelings engenders creativity and
problem-solving skills, allows you make better decisions,
improves your memory and immune system and lengthens your
life span on earth. Which would you rather indulge in?

Actions

As you succeed at the work of re-creating yourself to yourself,

your actions, as your feelings do, will also be the manifest proof
of your new state of mind. Feelings can be feigned, but actions
are all too evident to be contrary to what they prove. The former
self had its own programmed actions which the former beliefs
dictate. Things we do stem from our beliefs about ourselves,
other people, the world, and our place in the world.

Imagine a humanoid robot designed with its own unique

operating system. It is able to carry out a wide range of functions

to serve human needs; maybe able to predict tomorrow. Along
the line, some cruel robotic engineers tampered with the
programmes of the robot and brought about a malfunction
which is all too evident in the way the robot does its normal
functions. The robot malfunctioned for some time until the
original prog rammer came over and cor rected the
malfunctioning and then the robot returned to its original mode
of operation. This analogy shows you that the programmes of
your operating system determine how you function. In the case
of the human being, the programmes are beliefs, knowledge,
values, body of thoughts, and the attitudes that make up the
mind. These different programmes come from different sources
– the family, the school, social institutions, governments,
religions, and the likes. They all have degrees of damages done to
the human mind, causing the sub-excellence performance of
people in the various aspects of their lives.

Having seen this yourself, and having begun the creative work to
repair your mind, what you must understand is that the new
actions that would come from your new state of mind might
appear rebellious to those who expect you to act according to the
norm. These actions will not be forced; they will be the natural
expression of your new state of mind. Some of these actions
may be the irreverence shown to persons and institutions
responsible for the ignorance and suppression of the masses; it
can be the disconnection from sources of indoctrination, or the
renunciation of faiths and dogmas. And then the other side of
these actions can be a declaration of yourself as the opposite of
the image that you have been, or it could be your adherence to
new beliefs and modes of life, and the performance of serious
creative activities and endeavours that reflect this new state of
mind. There must be some demonstration of everything you are
learning in the truth. And it is in this case that we define the
nature of a type of action that must be seen of you as a reflection

of recreating yourself to yourself.

Another type of actions which reflect your new state of mind are
the actions reflecting your positive mental states. Remember that
imagination, thought, words, and feelings are elements that
condition your reality. Actions are what manifest these internal
workings externally. The things you do reflect the things going
on inside your mind. As you use feelings to gain feedbacks on the
success or failure of your work on yourself, you also use actions
to promote yourself or to bring about demotion. The things that
you do, everything that you do, takes you forward or backward.
Positive, well-thought out actions that align with the positive
transformation taking place in you are accelerators. While
negative, ill-conceived, ignorant actions that misalign with your
new state of mind are pull-backs.

Actions must be progressive; whether acted in the imagination

or in reality, your actions should move you forward. Little steps
now and then, with knowledge and wisdom and the guidance of
spirit, bring you to your placement.

The third type of action that reflect this new state of mind are
creative actions, things you do that display the powers within
you. Mention is made earlier that creation is the natural activity
of the human mind, whatever it is that the human is creating, he
should create. There are a variety of creative activities under this
type of actions and you would be learning of them in a
subsequent chapter

A final type of action is rest and rejuvenation. Rest is an act, and

rejuvenation is a process. Both give almost the same result. In
rest, you do nothing by doing rest. In rejuvenation you do
something by doing nothing. Rest calms down agitated and
stressed nerves, while rejuvenation converts the energy
expended in work into new modes of energy for the next work.

The activity of creativity is an energy consuming activity and

many creative people burn out just like the engine of cars that get
overheated after much travel. And this is one of the reasons why
a lot of people do not engage themselves in creativity. They run
away from the heat of the kitchen. Finding the right time to rest
and rejuvenate is important to enjoying the life of being a
creator.

Recreating Situations

The ultimate result of all these tapping into your creative powers
is that you are recreating the situations of your life and that of
those who choose to be part of your recreation. The first
evidence is seen in your life. The light of your soul breaks out
through you; your mindset cannot return to the level it came up
from; things now look different on the outside of your life
because the inside of your life is now different. Your outer world
reflects your inner world. It cannot be different. Maintain this
change happening in your mind through the digestion of the
spiritual food offered you through this book; cultivate the very
steps to activating your god-self, and see if men will not come
begging for your light.

Do not however be misled by the prospect of instant miracles.

Personal transformation doesn't happen overnight. It takes time
for the larva to become a butterfly the same way time and energy
is required to transform water into steam or ice. Consistency on
the meditation and of the practise of the guidelines offered here
will produce the result of the particular purpose of this book –

poison, any virus, or any trace of corruption in your system, deal
with it mercilessly until there are no trace of it.

Be unapologetic about succeeding at being yourself.

EXPLORING CREATIVITY

Every human in life will have to make a choice between being

creative and not be so. How they live their lives is determined
from a choice of one of these. If you choose not to be creative, it
is okay. You will go about your life as you want and no one will
judge you for it, but you will live an ordinary life and become
useless in the grand scheme of life which is the progress of life
and all things that compose it. If there is a hell, it might be where
this set of people are consigned to after death, because like
machines without use, they have to be recycled. The
employment of the term useless is not in any way intended to
denigrate the worth of the non-creative person, because there
are incapacitated individuals who through being badly
handicapped can't function creatively. But, because it is the
natural life of a human being to be creative, not being so is akin
to being useless, having in mind that every grand and little
creative expression moves human progress a step further and
every human being must be creatively involved in that forward
movement no matter how little his or her contribution is.

On the other hand, if you choose to be creative, then your place

in the universal family of creative creatures is defined and carved
out. You will be useful in the grand scheme of life. Like every tree
that makes a forest, you will have your place, and your supply of
power and creative ideas will be constant because you are
connected to the soil of creative power and you grow in your
creativity by growing. You will truly be alive through the
expression of your creativity for this is the juice that your soul
lives on, nothing else.

The world is filled with people who don't know what to do with
their lives and how to call up the powers of their mind for
creative activities. This indeed is a sorry state. The cause of this is
the damage done to their mind through years of religious
indoctrination and social programming. People are made to
believe that they are just some social higher animals with their
basic needs of food, clothing, shelter and procreation as all that
matters. They look up to imaginary deities for help to get these
basic needs and the creative energy that would have gone into
manifesting positive situations goes into creating gods and
goddesses of stones, woods, and iron, and in concretizing beliefs
and dogmas that become chains over their necks. Communing
with the Power of God through prayer is a noble act in itself. But
when you pray for everything you need, you lose your power to
create many things you can get without being on your knees.

The field of creativity is an expansive one. There is no end to

what can be created, only self-imposed limits to the expression
of creativity, and, of course, time. Remember you live in a
universe called In-Possible and every impression you make on
the One Power through your mind can be manifested. This is the
knowledge behind creative exploits.

There exist no confusion as to the area of life one may express

his latent creative powers, and there is no limit to the extent of

creative expression. Right where you are, with the simple basic
knowledge you have of anything, you can begin to command the
motions of creativity and form something. You can ignite a
creative bulb that add luminesce to the ideas that have given
lights and colours to our world.

Expressing creativity is a life and a process: a life because

everyone has it and can be it; and a process because certain rules
guide it. To be the creative god that you naturally are, you must
understand these rules.

Conditions for The Creative

To create anything, you must understand the basic principles and

laws that govern the field you want to explore creativity on. Lack
of knowledge of this will take the would-be creator nowhere. He
would have to learn the basics and then impress the faculties of
his mind on the object of his thought that he seeks to manifest
into creation. The field of creativity is wide and diverse forms
and grades of forms can be created in the areas of all of human
knowledge: science, technology, art, engineering, and diverse
other areas. All these have diversities of areas that the creative
can take up creative activity on. But no one can just jump into a
field because of the desire to create something. The first
condition for exploring creativity is a basic knowledge of the
field you desire to explore. Grand rules, terms, and practices rule
diverse fields, but you do not need to know them all, but the
basic.

To create a drug that cures disease, you must have the basic
knowledge of medicine and of chemical compounds. To create a
device of technology, you would need its basic knowledge as
well, of mathematics and of logic. To create a masterpiece of a

book that touches into the soul of your readers, you must
understand the use of words and their effective composition. To
compose music, you need the knowledge of its composition. A
simple knowledge of a particular musical instrument is enough
to make a soulful song. To make a delectable cake, you have to
know about the basic ingredients, how to mix them and how
long the cake should stay in the oven. Basic knowledge is the first
condition to exploring creativity and everyone has basic
knowledge in one area or another.

There are two ways to fulfil this condition of having the basic
knowledge of the area you desire to explore creativity in. The
first is the acquired knowledge you have up to the point you
made the decision to create. This could have been acquired
through the school system, through apprenticeship to someone
well advanced in the field, through self education, or through the
experiences of the years. With this store of knowledge or
information, you can set out to explore creativity and what you
have might be enough for your work. But if your knowledge
cannot meet the form you set about to create, then you would
have to seek for new knowledge. This might be in the same area
you already have knowledge on so that the new knowledge you
get only add up to what you already have. Or, it might be a totally
new area of knowledge where you learn things new for the first
time. Remember, the knowledge has to be basic, not requiring
laborious study and decades in school. Though study of new
knowledge can be arduous, it doesn't have to steal the whole of
your time so that you eventually do not have the time to work
your creation.

If you lack acquired knowledge, and cannot trouble yourself to

spend time and mental labours getting new knowledge, what you
can do is employ knowledge heads, a group of skilled men and
women who have knowledge of the basic area you desire to
create in. But you must first have a clear understanding of your

mental creation and be able to communicate it to them before

they can help you bring it out to form. This would require more
resources than setting out alone to do what you need heads to do
for you.

Reflect now on yourself. What knowledge do you have with

which you can work? Can you rely on the knowledge of your
school days, or the knowledge or information you learnt through
some experience of life? Can you learn something new? Will a
formal education environment be necessary, or can you teach
yourself what you need to know? Whatever your answer is, this
first condition of knowledge must be met.

The second condition to exploring creativity is the right frame of

mind. This entails having less worry, or a conditioned
contentment, for the basic needs of food, shelter, clothing, and
so on. And then, having a positive mindset that anything is
possible in a universe called In-Possible and being able to
generate positive feelings that aid you. The problem of solving
the basic needs of life has shut out people from the glories of
creativity. Focus is key in creativity, and a mind consumed with a
focus on the basic needs of life can't focus on creating things.
The right frame of mind also involves having the power to ward
off negative elements from interfering in your work; these
elements can be in people, habits, or the extra-sensory
impressions. Denying them the admission into your mind
maintains the health of your creation.

The third condition is the willingness to learn from failure.

Perfection is sometimes not arrived at in the first attempt.
Several attempts might be required to gain mastery, but the
lesson learnt in the failure of each attempt would turn out to be
added knowledge of the nature of what you are working on.
Except this willingness is there to learn from failure, you can
abort your creation too soon and deny yourself the opportunity

to learn.

A fourth condition to creating forms is synergy. Depending on

what it is that you are bringing into form, you will need a number
of people to work with. The more complex the form to be
created the greater the imperative to seek like-minds for a
synergy. However, wisdom must be applied in dealing with
groups of people on an idea that you are the chief creator.

A fifth condition for creative exploration, and the last of it, is

patience. You will need this even in greater measure than the
others mentioned. The creative process has turned out to be
frustrating to those without the patience to see it through. Most
times frustrations attend to complex creations, but even simple
creative activity might cause impatience on the creator through
the time it takes for it to have its complete form. And most times
the frustration with the timing is related to the need of the
creator to reap instant reward from the creation or to impress his
friends and enemies. But when the genuine desire is to solve a
need or to enhance living, time becomes a most important
element in the work, and here it is where patience is spent.

So it is that the conditions for creative exploration are a basic

knowledge of the field of interest, the right frame of mind,
willingness to learn from failure, synergy and patience. And the
good side of it is that you can learn and increase in all of them
while you are working.

Categories of Creation

There are two broad categories of every creation: inventions and

innovations. Inventions bring new forms into being that has
never been in existence on the earth, while innovations are the

advancement of the forms of previous creations. Both

categories require the same elements of imagination, thoughts,
words, and time, but inventions take more creativity and energy
to bring into form, coupled with lots of trails, errors, and
failures. The progress of the world has been rested on new
inventions, though diverse innovations have made the
enjoyment of inventions broad. The modern creations that has
become part of the our modern world came into being about
300 years ago, though 700 years before then, and even extending
many years back, little items were invented. And as the
knowledge of man increases in diverse endeavours, the
possibility of greater inventions becomes limitless. And in the
years to come, many of these new inventions will be witnessed.

Innovations are necessitated because the forms of the previous

creation were crude, on the one hand, and were subject to
advancement, on the other hand. The law of change causes
innovation the same way that necessity brings about inventions.
Think about the first radio instrument, a crude box initially
designed for wireless telegraphy and later being used for
broadcasting. Today the form of the radio device has changed
dramatically to such extent that a child could have a device in its
pocket. Radio technology now has forms of instruments that
can broadcast. The same is said of the first computer device that
was created, a humongous structure that could fill an entire
room and with infinitely small memory space than what you have
on your mobile phone. But what is the form of the computer
today? It has taken diverse forms and grades all over the word,
and soon it would take on totally new forms but still being a
computer. Every other firsts came into reality in crude forms –
the airplane, the automobile, weapons, and various other
inventions. The innovations made on these changed their forms
completely and further enhanced their functionality.

Your creative exploration would have to be made on any of these

categories of the fields of human knowledge. If you desire to

create something new, work on it. If you desire to innovate on
something already existing, work on it. Weigh your desire against
the conditions of creativity and adjusts yourself them to
accordingly. And then apply the creative process.

The Creative Process

The creative process has stages every creator traverses, and as

there are many thinkers, they are different outlines of the
process though the outlines say the same thing. I lay four stages
in the creative process which are the intention, ideation,
conceptualization, and formation stages.

The Intention stage is the first stage that every individual who
will impress creative thought upon the power of the universe
first touches upon. An observation is initially made on a
necessity, a need, or a problem that demands solution;
something to change the way people live, something to elevate
man or his community. Then a strong desire to create something
that meets such necessity, need, or problem is then sent into the
universe in the form of a question. At the stage, the first thought
that springs out of the mind of the individual on what form of
creation could meet the problem is always a question. And the
question doesn't have to be expressed verbally, it is thought.
What solution can meet this problem? What can be created and
what would it entail? Questions like these are the first response to
the problem. Because the form to be created will be a totally new
material in the world, the question will grow to a level of
importunity, where the question in the mind of the would-be
creator knocks on the gates of the realm of the creative with
persistence. It is from the depth of his being, where the core of
spirit dwells, not just from the mind, that the creator engages the

power of the universe for a form to meet the problem. His whole
being is involved in the task. The universe doesn't send the
answer immediately. It never does. And while the individual goes
about contemplating possible forms of solutions through
imagination, and through a dwelling on the problem or need, he
begins to weigh-in his knowledge upon the problem, how what
he knows can respond to the problem. It usually is from his
knowledge that the answer comes because he cannot discover
what he has no aid to reach for. The knowledge he possesses is
his aid to receiving answer from the universe. If he doesn't have
any such knowledge, either he borrows heads, or he is fortunate
to have extra-physical communication with an extra-terrestrial
being who tutors him.

In some cases, the intention stage lasts a short time, in others a

longer time. But, when the answer comes, the process launches
into the ideation stage. The ideation stage is where the idea for
the solution of the problem is born – a light bulb to fix the
problem of darkness. It comes as a thought, a hunch, a dream, or
is intuited in the way a child plays or in the chaos of some
situation. It might even come with some form of disaster, or a
huge loss on the part of the creator of something of treasure.
But through the loss, the chaos, and in the most unseemly places,
the answer comes!

Now that the idea is born, it doesn't stop there. For now, it is still
in the mind of the creator who will have to give it more thought
through a period of silence and meditation so that his mind
could capture the details of the form of the idea. Here also, his
knowledge his called upon to demystify the concept and to think
thoroughly on it because, being new, he is like a stranger to it.
And when he earns the confidence of his knowledge, he sets out
on to the third stage of the process, the conceptualization stage.
This is where the initial sketch of the idea is brought out of the
mind onto the physical plane though intense thinking. Using ink

on paper, or with the aid of a computer, the design of the idea is

fleshed out with all its details and particulars. Then it undergoes
tests and trials until the perfect form is achieved in the formation
stage. The form of the idea usually undergoes changes in its
construct as more trials are carried on it and more understood of
it, depending on the nature of form. Having passed through all
these and certified to meet the problem or need it is conceived
for, it becomes a living reality.

In all through this process, the would-be creator is in

communion with The Power, through thought, imagination, the
words that expresses these, and through the feelings poured into
the work. Invisible help also attends to him whether he accepts
its reality or not. When a man decides to create something for the
benefit of humanity, the whole of the universe supports him.

The creative process to birthing new things into the world is the
same process to innovating upon something already in existence,
only that the problem of the work is half-solved.

It is a great pleasure to have your name attached to the invention

of a work. The whole world stands in ovation for you. But no
matter how good and perfect the work is, it is subject to change.
Though the one who innovates upon your idea will likewise be
praised as yourself, you will get increased renown and earnings if
you are the innovator of your own invention.

Innovations happen more than inventions because the inventive

process usually takes longer than the innovative process.
Birthing something entirely out of nothing from start to finish is
not the same thing as innovating upon what has been invented.
Invention grows its own hands while innovation works on the
hands of invention. Without the form of the invention,
innovation cannot be.

It seems everything which humanity needs has been invented.

The sciences, technologies and other endeavours seem to have
inventions that service them and make their processes smoother.
Many inventions feature our world today, but there are still many
things to be created. It takes the imaginative mind to peer into
the future to see what inventions could be made to cater for
mankind's tomorrow, or how the inventions of today could be
modified.

The inventions of today still haven't met the comfort needs of

humans. People want to do things with lesser problems and with
more ease. You can discover this yourself. After the printing
machine was invented, words were formed onto papers in large
streams. If words were a drop of water, every word that has been
printed could have made an ocean. Diverse printing machines
were invented and innovated upon the concept of the first
printing machine. Books, upon which the school system built
itself, have also been printed in large numbers with millions of
books now in the libraries across the world. Books give us access
to the thoughts and knowledge of the past and present and even
an insight into the future through the imagination of fictionists.
Along the line, humans developed the need to read with less
trouble of traveling to libraries or of piling hardcover books.
With the advance of computer technology, books went from
being hardcover to being electronic books and you can carry a
whole library in your mobile device. Now that's solution!
Creations that bring ease to humans and lessen problems are in
high demand and it takes a simple browse through the internet to
see how creatives from around the world are tapping into
necessity and change to carry out inventions and innovations.

Creativity is life and a process; you have the life, follow the
process to impress your creative powers upon the needs of man.
From where you are you can create something that enhances the
life of humanity and your creative exploration doesn't have to be

just within the areas of science and technology. You can create
things that lesson problems in the homes, on the streets, in
remote parts of the world, in schools. You can make songs that
elevate the human spirit; paint pictures that direct the mind of
people to the sacred and the sublime; write books that question
ignorance and bring light to the souls of men. You can proffer
solutions to the problems of governments and device methods
that drive economies forward and eradicate poverty. Amongst
the inventions that currently exist, you can find something to
improve upon and there are many of such things available. The
extent to which creativity can be explored is limitless. You only
have to realise that you are a creator, fulfil the conditions of
creativity and employ the process to work out your own magic.

Forms and Grades

Everything in creation has forms and the forms have grades. The
grades are the varieties in which the forms manifest. The grades
may be defined as the types of a form. For example, the human
being is a form of life, an intelligent creature. We all look the
same but are of different races. The human species is the form,
and the races of humanity are the grades, or the types. The dog is
an animal with grades of different animals. To bring home forms
and grades to things created, picture the airplane and the
different grades of it. Think of rifles, cars, trains, computers,
houses, and the diverse solutions that were created in response to
the needs and problems of humanity – all have grades to one
extent or another. And the gradation of a form can be limitless
depending on the mind that impresses thoughts on the form,
and the functionalities that the new grade enhances upon the old.

So, there are creative opportunities around you in everything that

has been made. If the act of bringing new things out of nothing

poses a hard task for you, start with innovating on the old.
However, never settle with the thought of being unable to birth
novel idea out of thin air. You are capable of it, not only in
simple areas, but in complex fields where deep thinking and
intense imagination are required.

The Power of Curiosity

There is a power in not knowing. The condition of ignorance is

not a curse, but an opportunity for learning. A strong desire
often crosses your mind to do something in response to a
problem or a need. You observe a situation, maybe the
malfunction of a device for example and a thought crosses your
mind about a possible way for the problem to be fixed, but
because you do not have knowledge in the field of such device,
you do not give an extended thought on how the malfunction
could be fixed. Or maybe you gave it a thought and your
imagination ran into a process of correcting the malfunction,
however logical or illogical your imagination is. But you have a
knowing that you do not have the know-how to bring your
imagination into reality. This knowledge of not knowing has led
individuals into fields they have no prior knowledge to learn
something new. Curiosity has given birth to a lot of things. The
need to want to know what a thing is made of leads you into
knowledge of the details of such thing, and when you have such
knowledge, you can make exploits with it. And we live in a world
where information and knowledge abound! There is nothing you
want to know that you cannot know if you but create time and
effort for it. Many of the areas of life that some individuals
succeed in are areas they had no previous knowledge on and
quite different from what they learnt in school. But with the
decision to learn something new, backed with discipline, effort
and time, they made great substance of themselves. This can

happen to you too if you but will it. If you seek knowledge of a
particular area of life in which you want to explore creativity on,
go for it; fill up the space of ignorance, work with the knowledge
you have, create something; innovate!

Your Creative Image

It was brought to your knowledge that you have an identity and

an image. Let me remind you of that so that you understand how
it applies to your creative exploration. Your identity is your
heritage in God as a spiritual, intelligent, and creative being who
is fused in material body and is on an experience in the universe.
You share this identity with other creative families spread across
the universe who are at different levels in the manifestation of
themselves. Then there is the image you have, the image you
create for yourself that the world knows and remember you as. It
is composed of the actions, words and feelings of your self-
perception, your worldview, and the creative activities that define
you. This image is not a positive one if you merely go about
seeking for your basic needs rather than contributing to the
advancement of humanity creatively.

Create an image for yourself by the creative activity you engage

in. Working in an organization under employment doesn't stop
you from being creative. Many of the employees who work in
organizations do not work in organizations that fit their creative
gifting. And those who can creatively contribute to the
organization they work with don't do so. Creativity is life.
Wherever you find yourself, command the faculties of your
mind to impress changes upon forms and situations you observe
every day. Let the image you show the world be the real you.
Everyone is creative. Everyone is talented. Everyone is gifted,
but some people just never open their gifts. Your mind is a rich

well of treasure; dig further down there and what you dig out will
surprise you and others.

Mastermind Alliances

There is a concept of a group of individuals in a setting for

mutual benefit called the mastermind alliance. Coined by a
prolific thinker, it explains the necessity for an individual to
create or join a group where knowledge is shared and where the
whole group plan out and work towards a goal in harmony.
Because standing alone in life sometimes isn't healthy, being in
such group allows the individual expand what he knows and to
receive emotional and motivational support when needed from
the other colleagues. In such a group, it is said that the individual
minds of the members create another mind called the
mastermind, composed of the common grounds the members
share in their agenda. And this mastermind, has a separate mind
of its own, has its own life and energy and contributes to the
health of the group as a whole.

As much as this mastermind concept is good, it is not the idea

that I seek to communicate here. I think of a creative
mastermind group set up with the common goal of creating a
form or innovating on a form. Such a group, apart from sharing
knowledge, working towards individual goals, and offering
support to one another, have a common goal to invent, or to
innovate, a form. The members of this group may be composed
from the same field of knowledge, or from different fields, but
the contribution of each member solves the detail of an aspect
of the form they are working to create. Usually a member, or
two, of the group is the initiator of the idea that the group would
impress their individual creative powers on. The group as a
whole may, upon noticing a need or a problem, decide that

something should be created to meet such problem or to solve

the solution. They pull knowledge together, exchange ideas,
come up with a common idea, think upon it, conceptualize it,
and eventually bring it into a form. Through their deliberations,
not only is a bonding created within them, but a mind-force is as
well created called the mastermind. It sits as an invisible entity
over them and processes their individual thoughts into a
common result and as long as the bonding stays strong amongst
the members, the form of the mastermind becomes stronger.

There is something unique in the operation of the mastermind.

Composed of not only the thoughts of each member, but their
feelings, their words, and their imaginations, and even their
breath, the mastermind gets a life of its own. While the members
are carrying out their individual duties and activities, the
mastermind courses through the realm of thought to attract to
itself thoughts similar to itself and ideas that may be wandering
in space. It processes these thoughts and ideas and feeds them to
the minds of the members. It continues this process as long as
the goal towards which the members are united is in formation.
And the members don't have to always meet in the group setting
to receive the feeding of the mastermind. Because they are
individually connected to the mastermind, each one may receive
parts of the feed of the mastermind so that in deliberation while
each one contributes to the ongoing thought process towards
their goal, each is actually re-communicating to the others what
the mastermind had fed him.

Creative mastermind groups should not exceed seven or ten

members; too many members can cause a malformation of the
mastermind. And for the form of the mastermind to be strong,
the members must learn to deal with the weaknesses of their
individual natures so that it doesn't affect their common goal.
Ego, greed, and selfishness often break a mastermind group.
Mutual respect, tolerance, love, and shared values strengthen the

group. And as long as the creative power of each member is

consistently focused on the goal at hand, they would manifest
their creation.

The mastermind concept is brought to your attention so that you

understand how working with other individuals can help bring
your imagination into reality. Except the form you are creating
can be manifested singly on your own, at your own pace, the need
of a group of minds will be helpful in cases where the form is a
complex one. And a lot of the inventions of the world were
achieved through such settings as these.

There are people you know, or may meet, who share the same
inclination as you do. Creating a connection with them can turn
out to be a significant one. There is fun in being in such
mastermind group and the emotional support gained can help
reduce the stress of working alone. Seek such group, or create
one.

IMAGINATION
AND YOU

IMAGINATION AND YOU

Imagination is your strongest tool in whatever creative activity

you set out on. And as it has been shown through the analogy of
the camera, what goes into your mind and comes out as defined
thoughts are your imagination. The difference between the
camera and your mind is that the camera captures images while
your mind 'creates' images by imagining them. The images of
your imagination are not before you. They are generated in your
mind and this process allows your mind the freedom to assign
diverse forms and varieties to whatever it holds up as an object
of thought. Imagine if there never was a cup and you begin to
think about a small receptacle that can hold liquid and other
small substances. In your imagination you create pictures of the
form of a cup, its height, depth and width. You imagine how it
would look like without a handle or if the handle can be placed
atop the cup rather than beside it and if ceramic, metal or plastic
material will be better to manifest the design of your
imagination. In settling for the form of a cup with a handle on
the side and with ceramic as its material form, you bring your
creation into reality. Did you realise that in imagining the cup,

other associated forms and grades were created? Yes, you did!
You imagined a cup with a handle over it. No one uses a cup with
a handle over it. The handle is always by the side. So what this did
was give you another picture of another form of a receptacle -
the bucket. That's a form. In imagining what material you should
manifest your mental creation in, you thought of the metal and
the plastic. These are grades, types, of the same cup. In imagining
the picture in your mind you generate its form and many ways it
could be formed. This is not a thing that the camera can do.

Imagination allows you give life to an idea in your mind. As you

imagine it, it plays out in your mind like a motion picture, and this
is where thought differs from imagination, though both work
together. Thought is a single defined picture. Imagination is a
reel. It is many thoughts created at the same time in motion.
There is movement, there is dimension, and there is a feel. The
feeling of sensing the object of your imagination as though it is
physically before you is the doorway to manifestation. It is how
the object get its life. Feeling your imaginary form brings it closer
to the eyes of your mind and further magnify its details.

Relying on the power of your imagination and applying its full

force in your mental form will deepen your creative process on it.
Don't hurry in and hurry out in the imaginative process. Allow
time in the process. If concentration on the picture in your
imagination is hard, or distractions interfere too often to steal
your attention, imagine on paper or on a device that gives you
interaction with your design. Eventually your imagination would
have to come on paper, some individuals first allow the object to
incubate in their minds before they go the next stage of
transferring the form on paper.

Knowledge is said to be a condition for creative activity but

people don't always have knowledge of the field of creation they
want to act in and these people fear the process of learning new

things because of the body of unfamiliar language, theories, and

lessons they will encounter. Sometimes at the initial stage of
learning something new some individuals abandon it for the hurt
they experience in their brains. The best way to understand
knowledge is to imagine it and the best way to apply knowledge is
to use your imagination. Imagination pictures the world and
process of what you learn and as long as the terms used in
communicating such knowledge isn't totally strange to you, your
imagination will aid understanding. And when you have a full
grasp of such knowledge and are ready to apply it in whatever
creative activity you set out on, your imagination will aid you.
Imagination makes knowledge understandable and helps
knowledge applicable.

Igniting Imagination

There are simple ways that your imagination can be turned on.
As a matter of correction, the imagination is always on in
automatic mode. You use it every moment to remember the past,
to replay the present and to guess the future. This is passive
imagination. You use imagination to remember your first love
and how passion got you two intimate. The recollection is so real
you feel the sensation in your body. You were away when an
event happened at home and when you returned your mother
shared the story with you from start to finish. You were not there
when it happened but your imagination enacted the scenes and
details of the event. You see it after the event had been done. You
have a scheduled meeting in the future, maybe some days ahead
and before the day your imagination helps you guess what the
details of the scenes and the people you are meeting may be like
and you even see yourself interacting with them. In imagining
the past, your memory helps you. In imagining the present and
the future, your intelligence helps out. In all these case, thought
was active, had motion, had space and dimensions, had sound,

and was real to you, even if not accurate. That is the working of
the power of imagination but this is not the imagination we are
talking about igniting. This form of imagination is passive in the
sense that it requires external stimuli to prompt it to action. The
imagination which needs to be ignited is your creative
imagination, what can be termed as the active imagination.

Active imagination is stimulated from within and called upon

when the mind needs to think through a problem or an idea. This
type of imagination must produce result because that is why it is
called upon; to think through, to conceive. This is this type of
imagination you engage in when you need to create a form into
reality and it is more 'active' than the processes of the passive
one. Active imagination draws your mind closer to the object of
your thought, literally bringing it up your eyes so that you see the
form taking shape in your mind with the same clarity your
physical eyes sees physical objects.

With active imagination, you see the details with magnified

focus, you feel the object and can tell the mass and dimensions it
will manifest in. Active imagination relies more on the thinking
process unlike the passive mode. Reasoning, logic, and a wider
range of feelings pour into active imagination. During active
imagination, the whole world shuts out, distractions are
drowned and it is only the mind and the object that matters.

Active imagination is not easy to engage in. For the stretch of

thinking involved, people run away from it. I know of a situation
where an individual got serious headache trying to think through
a problem. It takes practice to master active imagination. But
you can launch yourself into it by learning how to ignite active
imagination.

To ignite active imagination, seek inspiration from a form that

resembles what you are trying to create. This should not be an

attempt at complete imitation but something to spark up the

light bulb of your own imagination. Finding the flaws of such
object will direct you towards perfection and the details that
come into perfecting an imperfect form will be set in motion. If
what you are creating is a new concept, use models to inspire
further imagination. A model of a form is what the form may
look like, and this could be made on paper, on your computer, or
massed together from trashy materials. The longer your mind
dwells on this form, the deeper the penetration of your
imagination. Use models to ignite imagination.

Another way to ignite imagination is to see people actually

creating things, to see imagination at work. And there are ways to
do this. You go to places where people are creating things and let
your mind absorb their work. You can see such activities also in
picture books, on television, or on the internet. In fact, the
internet alone allows you to ignite your imagination just watching
videos of imagination at work in the comfort of your home. As
you see these activities your mind feels them as its thoughts,
figuratively, and you could sense movements on your face and
body as though you were involved in the creative process of
other people. Your mind is programmed to believe possibilities,
and inspired to set out on its own creative exploration. So, look
for food to feed your mind.

A third, but not final, way to ignite imagination is to get a large

doze of emotional motivation. The mind is always ready to work,
but sometimes the worries of life weigh it down. Communicate
with your mind that work has to be done and attach pleasure in
the final result of what needs to be done. The pleasure of
completion, the pleasure of an increase in self-confidence, or the
pleasure of material gain, is the reward you can motivate your
mind towards. Listen to soul-inspiring music; let the stream of
positive motivational messages drown the voices of doubt and
fear. Feel good and get more of everything that makes you feel

good. And when your imagination is ignited and ready for action,
do not wait. Get on with it. Imagine. Create. Do.

Through the years, life has taught us one thing – which is that
nothing remains the same over time. Change is constant; it is a
law. Nations, peoples, forms, and conditions all bend to the law
of change whether they like it or not. Change occurs to move any
form further in progress, or to slide it backward in regression.
Every form receives life to progress further, and at the height of
its progress it transforms into something new. Any form that
lacks life, being static, slides into cessation. It might completely
go out of existence or transformed for something new.
Everything has within itself the seed for change and
transformation. The imperfection of everything made is the
seed for new forms in the strides for perfection. And nothing can
be perfect in this material world of time and space. That is the
beauty of life; it affords us the opportunity to experience a
variety of forms. Sameness is boring; variety is fun.

The law of change applies to every area of life. This can be

understood in three broad areas

Human Realities

Individual conditions always changes whether these are brought

about through the natural aging process or through the occasion
of fate. Biological changes cannot be altered, age must effect
itself on the human biology even when a substance is discovered
to lengthen the human aging process. The changes which
determines so much sadness or joy for the individual is the
change of fate, the changes of circumstances. The change is
determined by a number of factors but the individual is at the
center of it, his change in circumstance is dependent on him.
Only he has the power to set in motion the changes he wishes to
experience and he does so in partnership with the laws of
change. Nothing can remain the same in the universe, nothing
can remain static. Everything must either change forward or
change backward. Your condition either moves in a positive
direction or in the negative. Either way, change occurs. With the
knowledge that change must occur, your responsibility is to
cause the positive direction that you want by setting things in
motion. With your creative powers of imagination, thought and
words, create the condition that you want. The present moment
may be hurting and frustrating. The future might look uncertain
and your enthusiasm to life may have waned. This is just the
circumstances and it has within it the seed for a negative change
and the seed for a positive change. The seed that grows into
reality is the seed that you focus on with your creative powers.

Understand this: the wind of change is imperceptible until the

change itself begins to take effect. While every activity in the
world follow its normal course, the undercurrent of change
works itself from below upward. Change, however, is set in
motion by the prevailing thoughts of the moment. Everything
we live with are thoughts even after having been brought into
reality. Their basic nature remains thought. And thoughts are

living things which grow. So while the physical form of a thought

exists, its basic thought-form feeds on creative energy for its
growth. And when the next level of growth is reached it takes the
mind of a creative individual who is already sending questions
into the universe to catch the idea for an innovation or a
completely new invention. And this brings about change. The
feeding of the thought-form and the importunity of a creative
mind are the undercurrent of change.

The positive conditions you imagine for your life are living
thoughts that receive life with consistent positive thoughts and
words and the appropriate feelings to back them. And as you
creatively act on your mental creation, you set in motion the
undercurrent of the change that you desire. And life always
surprises us with more than what you asked for. So in this case
you are the one who charges the motions of the change fate
brings to you. Your circumstance will reflect this change. But if,
on the other hand, you misunderstand your current situation and
then blow your frustration out of proportion with negative
thoughts, imagination and words, creating in your mind the
worse that may happen to you through the fear of not being able
to surmount the present circumstance, you will effect a negative
change in your life that slides you backward rather than forward.
Change will happen. You will be responsible for yours.

Social Realities

Societies will also bend to the law of change and the process that
brings about social changes is similar to that which brings about
individual changes. There is also an undercurrent but in this case,
the motions of change will break forth like seething larva in
surprising eruptions, in direct response to the actions of the
people. Social changes happen as effects to the causal actions of

a people to give to them what they ask for. The prevailing

thoughts of the people get fed with creative powers to effect the
appropriate circumstances that their thoughts and actions
demand. A depraved society gets the appropriate conditions it
deserves. A just society gets the same that it deserves. Corrupt
people don't make a righteous society, and righteousness
beatifies a nation. If a corrupt nation escapes the fatality of
sliding into further decay, it is either because the righteous
people in it hold it up through the counter currents of positives
creative activities, or an iron hand leader rides the reign of power
and authors in such great measures drastic changes that holds the
society from falling. A thinking mind can discern the inevitable
changes working in on a people by the motions that characterize
such people. Where the activities of creativity plays in in
whatever condition a people find themselves is that there will be
things people need to live on and the creators of the solutions of
these needs will be the suppliers no matter the weather.

The Changes of Forms

And in the midst of whatever changes takes place in the lives of

individuals and through the society, there are changes of created
forms taking place also. Things created will be re-created. Some
will go out of use and something better to replace them. Some
new things will be invented. Everything will bend to change,
nothing will remain the same. Those who consciously apply their
creative powers to romance the changes will be the movers and
shakers of the world. Their lives will first experience the change
and their place in the society will be established.

To flow with the currents of change, stretch your neck into the
future. Desire creativity. Observe your life and your
surroundings. Be conscious of the conditions of things and

impress your thoughts on how they could be made better to ease

life. You will see that invisible help will furnish you with strength
to catch ideas, conceive, conceptualize and then bring them into
form.

Be wise. The world is a good place to be but there are wicked and
unkind people. Protect your creation from these set of people
until there is no way they can claim as theirs what they did not
think on. Ideas can be registered to protect your intellectual
ownership of it. Follow such process. Never mind if another
mind births an idea as yours. You are connected to an expansive
realm of thought and creative power like many others. But as
your fingerprints differs significantly from that of another man,
no man can have exactly the same idea as yours except there is a
foul play. Aim for the perfection of your creation, and though
you may be not reach perfection, your work will have a seed for
something better.

Life is Not in Turns

There is a false notion people live with today as regards

'placements and limelight'. It is the notion that, when it has to do
with human successes, life is in turns - 'turn by turn'. The implied
sense of this simple but unfair notion is that every individual has
his or her time to step into his or her place, a time to come into
limelight. In fact, a right meaning of 'turn by turn' is not stepping
into 'your place', but stepping into 'the place' where someone else
is supposed to give way for you, or, when life decides to give you
your own share of the goodies.

Many individuals live complacent, idle lives waiting for 'their

turn' to shine, their turn to prosper, their turn to come into
limelight, their turn for this and that. People imagine themselves
in a queue without a knowing of their positioning. It has even
become ingrained in the mind of religious people that they pray
and fast for their time to come. They wait for a time when their
sorrows become alleviated or disappeared and when all they see

around them is the good life. Meanwhile they fail to make the
best of the time they now have.

But, think about this: does life establish us in 'turns'? The answer
is no! We're not in a life queue marching towards the platform of
placement and limelight. Your turn doesn't come before mine,
neither does mine before yours. As adventurous beings as we are,
we all are scattered in our different walks of life 'walking towards
a personal goal'! How our success comes, how we are placed on
that platform of achievement, how and when the light beams on
us, is a function of a number of factors, all of which boils down
to us!

These factors are time and opportunity. Things change -

societies, institutions, systems, fashion, music, knowledge, tastes,
technology, everything changes. And time is responsible for
these changes. The first condition of things always influences
what the status is changed into. And every person who ushers the
new change is influenced by the old. The impulse to bring in new
things, new fashion, knowledge, music, technology, and anything
new is within everyone who is influenced by the old state of
such. This desire to birth something new is the starting point for
placement on the platform of achievement. Wanting to create
something new doesn't bring the new. Principles must be
applied! Knowledge acquired! Wisdom must be sought! And
connection must be made with those who are already there,
directly or indirectly. The strivings of the person wanting to
usher a new thing must find reward in the law of change. Being
an agent of change in whatever vocation you find yourself is the
currency of placement. No one who is doing nothing ever does
anything. No one who is going nowhere ever goes anywhere. No
one who is not fanning embers ever gets aflame.

The opportunities we get in life are often life's payback for our
efforts. Life's single business is the continuation of life through

changes - through Time. The man who becomes a change agent

enters into partnership with life and must be rewarded. And life
rewards anyone at just any time. There are people who come
from nowhere and turn millionaires, while many with even big
school degrees are still there! What happened to their turn? The
reason why many are placed in their place and come to limelight
is because of what they did that they should do! And the reason
why others are still where they are is because of what they should
have done that they didn't do!

How life rewards us is in tandem to our striving, our wisdom and

preparation. Not because we're on a queue and life has pity on
our conditions and decides to help. Many people live and die as
nobodies! Life would be unfair if it brings some into their time
of enjoyment and leave out those who were even before them!

To work out your placement, understand the times that you live
in and what the times crave for. Gather as much knowledge as
you can, spice it up with wisdom and success principles. Leave
your comfort zone. Be patient and consistent. And see if the
laws of God will not live true to its function and reward you for
your effort.

Understanding the Times

Change is the only constant; you've heard this many times.

Change ensures nothing remains the same. A thing, condition, or
an individual either changes progressively, or regressively.

Seasons are nature's order. Things come in succession. A rush of

everything spoils everything. A little this season, a little next
season, makes the enjoyment of all blissful.

Time regulates changes. Time regulates seasons. The

transformation from a seed into a tree is a function of time. The
changes of the past that brought humanity this far are functions
of change. Your maturing from a child to a thinking adult is the
function of change. What you will be 365 days from now will be
defined by what changes occur in you, positively or otherwise.

What will be of any nation years from now is likewise

determined of occurring changes.

The seed for a change is in the condition or state of the thing

change must act upon. Discerning this seed is a power for
anyone who will usher in something new.

The seed is the imperfection in the first state. From the condition
of imperfection every new thing had been born out of the old,
or born from a complete departure from what was. And time
determines when the new comes.

Change is what keeps humanity moving; otherwise we would still

be in the past. It is the responsibility of every creative individual
to play a part in the progression of the human race.

Look around you to find a condition you can impress your

creative intelligence on. It may be an idea, a product, knowledge,
or an institution, anything in its old condition even if such was
only recently created.

You are a creative being and are programmed for creative works.
Your work will place you above average and bring the limelight
on you.

Having a conscious connection to God is very important for you

to access the deep wells of creativity in you. As the fish cannot
live without water, so you must abide in GOD, The Source of All

That Is, consciously. This knowledge of your vital union with

God 'spiritualizes' your creative endeavours and everything
Spirit breathes upon receives life.

Grace in Warfare

Your desire to step into creative and productive venture towards

your placement in life should take into consideration the fact that
you would have battles to fight. The battle involved in the pursuit
of social relevance has made thousands of people quit the race
and resign to a life of mediocrity.

You want to go into business; that is great. You want to become

creative and inventive and usher in new things; it is honourable.
But the most glorious thing is that you have to be ready to fight!
You cannot escape the fight, nor can you act careless when it
comes. It is the natural antagonism that confronts everyone
doing something meaningful, or going somewhere with
purpose. Preparation and fortitude assures you victory.

Enemies are not just people, but unseen entities who operate in
the dark, whose agenda is to retrogress people and nations and
would seek to divert if not destroy anyone coming out with
change or revolutionary ideas. These spiritual entities enjoy
masking their existence through people, pretending not to exist.
They can work through those closest to you and if not
discerning, those close to you may not be aware.

The world of business and creativity is an arena for spiritual

warfare. Spiritual warfare is inevitable. You are either fighting or
not. God is interested in business because business solves
problems and meets people's needs. Business is spiritual warfare.
If your business is to present new ideas, teach new knowledge, or

invent new things, you have signed in for the battle to keep the
world in progression rather than regression.

When you take practical steps to add value to people's lives and
solve problems, miracles happen because you are on the side of
The Good.

Establish your position, take your stance. Rely on the strength

and wisdom of God. Don't give in to threats. Isolate yourself
from people who drain you. Seek the counsel of the Spirit in
knowing the right people to work with. And always commit to
the expression of your creativity. You will earn your place; the
light will shine on you.

I sadden when I consider the abysmal condition of a nation with

huge potential for glory and world domination but which
squanders its opportunities and rights to reign, pretending it has
no problems and that its house is in order. Within this nation are
a people with a huge population about crossing the 200 million
figures. A people with tribal varieties, beauty and splendour,
from which many citizens had crossed seas to make ground-
breaking works and achievements in distant nations. A people
with some of the best minds the world has in its intelligence
storehouse. This is a nation fitted with diverse natural resources
the exploration and exploitation on which the progress of its
people could have been masterminded. A nation blessed with so
much and yet a pity onto itself, accruing mockery upon itself as
rewards for leadership folly and the complacency of the
governed. I speak of Nigeria.

Nigeria lives below its potential. It is a land of waste where the

very pearls that should further its development and beautify its
landscape are thrown to scoundrels and wild beasts. The country

displays irresponsibility with reckless abandon in the very

responsibilities that the universe assigned to it. This is a nation
sick from greedy, selfish, visionless and wicked administrators.
And these administrators only reflect the majority of the people
the nation is composed of. No nation gets rulers whose
characters are alien to that of the people. The values and
consciousness of the majority of the people sculpt the leaders
they deserve.

In the last five decades, Nigeria has demonstrated the wicked and
myopic racial theory that the Black Race lacks the power to
govern itself and construct a force that matches, or even
surpasses, those of the Caucasian and the Asian. There is
currently no black nation on earth that is prosperous and
powerful. It is sad. The prosperity and power of nations are not
built on the corruption of rulers or on the frivolity of the ruled,
but on knowledge, on vision, on the drive to extend knowledge
and vision to the far ends of the world. The power of a nation is
built on the security of its people, by equipping them with
education, with all the basic needs, and creating conditions
where its people have only creative aspirations as their 'business'
and not poverty, sickness, tribal rivalry and death.

Nigeria has the resource to command formidability in the comity

of nations. She has the means to transform her land into a haven
and to increase the living standard of its people. She has the
power to lead the Black nations of the world, to transfer
knowledge, to secure the poor of them and to build with those
with potential as herself. But she cannot be and do this because
her own house lacks order. The house called Nigeria has some of
the worst of forms in its rooms; ghoulish entities are the people's
bedfellows, created through the perpetuation of dark practices
too abominable of mention here. And the people, blinded from
the real condition of things, go with the flow of the darkness,
revelling in the escapism of their problems, inducing temporal

pleasures through religion and hallucinogenic substances. The

government knows of its failures and the people have a limit to
their complaints. Things just be as it is.

There is a choice Nigeria has to make. It is the choice of

progressing or of regressing. There is no static middle point. The
middle point is where the decision will be made and the decision
is being made. The coming years will show it. If she will progress
she would address her problems. The monster of bad leadership
and corruption will be blown in the head, the menace of tribal
sentimentality and intolerance must be nipped in the bud, the
false comfort of religion would not escape exposure, and the
immorality of the youth who make up a greater percentage of
the people must be arrested and corrected. Education and
creative activities must gain ascension over every other affairs
apart from the business of feeding the people and securing their
lives. If the nation will make these progressive changes, sacrifices
will be made. If she would regress by disregarding the warning
signs of total failure, her case may be worse than nations torn
apart by war and destruction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Nigeria is in dire need of intelligent and visionary engineers to

design and chart the course that the nation should follow. Her
health and wealth has a ripple effect on neighbouring black
nations and those of the diaspora. Her ills likewise have an
opposite effect. Nigerians have a responsibility to pull their
creative powers together for a social revolution. A revolution
based on ideas, knowledge, education, and on the
deconstruction of negating forms and institutions that no
longer serve the people and her destiny. New forms must be
constructed to further the country into heights of development.
