First of all, we would like to thank you for your close interest and cooperation in Ramada Encore
Gebze.
RAMADA ENCORE GEBZE, which started to serve in the very center of Istanbul Anatolian
Side and Kocaeli Provinces, in the heart of industrial zones, can be reached by road and rail, as
well as by air and sea.
It was put into service in January 2017 for your business guest accommodation and meeting
organizations in the Center of Gebze, which is a rare settlement where transportation is available.
Our very special discounted room prices, which we will apply for the guests of your esteemed
company in MAY- JUNE 2024, are presented below.

Our prices are not valid during special organization periods such as national & international
congresses, conferences, meetings, seminars, fairs.
Child Discount ; 1 child between 0-6 years old can stay free of charge in parents' room, between
07-12 years old
For children staying with their parents, 50% of the price per person in a double room is applied.

Our check-in time to the hotel is 14:00, our departure time from the hotel is 12:00.
Our specified special accommodation prices are not valid during special organization periods
such as national & international congresses, conferences, meetings, seminars, fairs.

Your group reservation requests of 10 rooms or more will be evaluated separately, taking into
account the hotel's occupancy and/or seasonal characteristics.
For non-cancelled reservations, the first night's room fee is 'NO SHOW' until 16:00 on the day
before the check-in date.
It will be invoiced to the Company as ' NO SHOW'.
Payments for your reservations must be made at least 1 day before the check-in day, unless you
have a credit agreement. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled.
Wireless Internet connection is provided free of charge in the hotel's public areas,
accommodation rooms and meeting rooms.
If requested, early breakfast service (between 06:00 - 07:00) can be provided free of charge.
Tea, coffee and water service in the rooms during the stay. We have a daily newspaper service.
Special pillow menu service is available upon request.
Every morning, we visit certain organized industrial zones (Dilovası OSB, Gebze Küçük Sanayi,
Tübitak, TOSB, GOSB, GGOSB, GEPOSB, İDOSB, BIRLIK OSB, ISTANBUL TUZLA
ANATOLIAN SIDE OIZ, TUZLA CHEMISTRY).
