DISADVANTAGES OF SOCIAL MEDIA:

While social media has undoubtedly transformed the way we communicate and
interact, it also comes with several potential drawbacks. Here are some of the
main disadvantages:
 * Addiction and Isolation: Excessive use can lead to addiction, reducing face-
to-face interactions and potentially leading to feelings of loneliness or
isolation.
 * Cyberbullying and Harassment: Online platforms can be breeding grounds for
cyberbullying, harassment, and negative comments, affecting individuals'

 * FOMO (Fear of Missing Out): Constant exposure to others' seemingly perfect
lives can create feelings of inadequacy and anxiety.
 * Negative Self-Comparison: Comparing oneself to idealized versions of others
presented on social media can lead to low self esteem
