CAPADNGAN, HILARO LASULA who appeared on the bearing payroll the first name as Hilario
and last name Capadngan.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, the said person is a FISHERFOLK, since 2016 with a
monthly Income of 3000.00 peso, which considered a minimum wage earner under the category of
low income that were severely affected by rising inflation or whose income does not exceed the
statutory minimum wage.
