OTURA OYEKU

1. Ifa says that the life of this person shall be very sweet and interesting. Ifa assures this

2. For a man who cast Ifa, Ifa assures him that he will be blessed with a compatible spouse.

money. On this, Ifa says:

Translation
It is from the hedge that will start clearing the farm

Translation
Powder your head with Iyerosun for the enemies to be filled with melancholy

5. Ifa advises the person for whom this Odu is revealed to go and feed the refuse dump close
to his/her house for protection against untimely death, ailments, contention, and loss.
He/she needs to prepare Egusi soup together with either with eko, corn meal or
pounded yam or cassava meal. He/she equally needs to offer ebo with three roosters
and money. On this, Ifa says:

Ka je sinsin lepo
Ka j’ado lagbe
Ka je eje lake nijo a ba peran bofa
Dia fun Orunmila
Ti nloo ba Iku je sinsin ni koto akitan
Ebo ni won ni ko waa se
O gb’ebo, o ru’bo
A wa baku jesinsin, awa o ku mo
Eso-eso lafi baku je sinsin

Translation
Let us consume Egusi soup prepared with palm oil
And lick honey from inside it container
And also lick the blood of a she-goat when will slaughter the animal to feed Ifa
Ifa’s message for Orunmila
When going to join death in eating Egusi soup at the refuse dump side
He was advised to offer ebo
He complied
We have joined Iku in consuming Egusi soup and will die no more
Gradually we joined Iku in eating in eating Egusi soup
6. Ifa advises you to offer ebo in order for you to be able to hold unto great things of life. Ifa
says that there are many Ire looking for this person. Ebo will make all this ire to
materialize in his/her life. Ifa advises this person to offer ebo with four pigeons, four
guinea-fowls, four roosters, and money. He/she also needs to add the debris carried by
the flood to the ebo. On this, Ifa says

7. Ifa says that the person for whom this Odu is revealed shall overcome all his/her enemies.
He/she shall also live long. Ifa advises this person to offer ebo with plenty of Iyerosun,
three roosters, one pebble and money. He/she will rub every part of his head with the
Iyerosun before offering the ebo. He/she will also feed his/her Ori with bitterkola. On
this, Ifa says:

Baba nje nirangun ota
Ebo ni won ni ko waa se
O gb’ebo, o ru’bo
Ko pe, ko jinna

dream on that trip. He/she will be given space even when the inhabitants of the place that
he plans to go to will be envious of his/her achievements. Ifa advises this person to offer
ebo with three pigeons, three guinea-fowls, three roosters and money. He/she also
needs to feed Ifa as appropriate. On this, Ifa says:
