Objectives of the Study
The study focusses on Assessment road safety conditions along the BCIR segment from
K1276+00 to K1276+400 in the Carmen section of Agusan Del Norte. This assessment aims to
identify safety hazards, evaluate traffic patterns, and improvement recommendation to enhance
road safety for all users.
The following are the objectives of the study:
1. Identify potential safety hazards and traffic flow patterns within the K1276+00 -
K1276+400 segment of BCIR in the Carmen Section, Agusan Del Norte.
2. Identifying the cause of accidents within the scope area.
3. Evaluating road pavement with in K1276+00 – K1276+400 which is Slippery that can
cause accident
4. Develop targeted mitigating strategies to address specific road safety concerns within
the Carmen Section.

This work will help and can be used as a starting point for further research.
