Hello. I will talk about walking
love waking very much because it is good for my health. It helps me reduce the stress of everyday
life. Besides, it helps me keep fit. Every morning, walk in the park near my house. I think that
walking in the countryside is better than walking in the city because the countryside environment is
much cleaner and purer. I can enjoy the fresh air while walking in the countryside.
Now. I will talk about eating habits.
I eat healthy food every day. I try to eat more fruits, and vegetables because they are good for my
health. At work. I usually eat salad, fruits, rice, and meat. I don't forget to eat yogurt after the
meal to improve my immune system. The unhealthiest food I can think of is fast food as it contains
a lot of oil, and fat which cause negative effects on my health.

stretching during the trip.
Finally, they are uncomfortable. They are often overcrowded and dirty.
To sum up, if I were in that situation, I would choose traveling by plane due to the above reasons.
