Special Rules and Regulations for Tirupathi Package
1. Pilgrims are mandatory to produce either the vaccination certificate(2doses) or Covid-19 negative
certificate obtained with in 73hrs prior to date of darshan at the time of availing special entry darshan.
2. Pilgrims to be noted that due to the new guidelines imposed from Tirupathi Tirumala Darshana there
will be no cancellations or any modifications allowed before 7 days of departure.
3. Pilgrims to be noted that the data of the tickets booked for Tirupathi Darshana is pushed to
Tirumala Tirupathi Devastham(TTD) server 7 days in advance before the date of journey, hence there
will be no any modifications/ cancellations allowed for any unforeseen circumstances (like sudden
death of family member, any accidental issues , etc..).
4.Piligrims to be noted that people boarding the bus from Bangalore will only be allowed for tirupathi
Darshana.
5. In case of any cancellation/ modifications to be done for the tickets booked for Tirupathi package,
the details to be mailed to reserve@karnatakaholidays.net within 05:30pm on working days before 7
days of date of journey.
General Rules and Regulations for all the Package Tours
1.The Fares Include GST As Applicable.
2. For Mysore Trips Chamundi Hills will not be covered on Fridays during the month of Ashada only.
3. All passengers should mandatorily carry the ID proofs for all the packages including TPT and TKT.
4. Dress Code For Tirupati/Shravanabelagola Men: Dhoti And Shirt And Women Chudidar Or Saree.
5. Please note for Trip Code MSS, during Special Pooja Days in DUSSEHRA it will not be possible to
enter CHAMUNDI HILLS.
6. Only Extra Mattress Will Be Provided to The Third Person in Triple Sharing Accommodation.
7. This ticket is not transferable.
8. The baggage is always at the risk of tourists.
9. The tourists are requested to co-operate with the Management to achieve punctuality. Persons
breaking company with the party should obtain due permission and persons not turning up at the
scheduled timings do so at their own risk.
10. Children above the age of 5 years will be charged full fare. No seats will be given to children below
5 years.
11. Purchasing articles from other than Govt. shops is at your own risk.
12. The corporation shall neither be held responsible nor the amount will be refunded in case you miss
the bus.
13. Tipping the staff including the guide is strictly prohibited. They are paid by KSTDC except for BHS
trip.
14. For various facilities offered by the corporation please demand for the itinerary.
15. The management reserves the right to cancel the trip in case the number of seats booked are less
than 15 and for any such other reasons.
16. No postponement of journey will be made within 24 hours. Once the journey is postponed or
preponed cancellation will not be considered.
17. Tariff subject to change without notice.
18. Senior Citizens need to provide proof of age while boarding the bus, otherwise boarding will not be
allowed. As the packages covered in Punitha Yathra are already discounted by 25%, no extra discount
is allowed for Senior citizen.
19. Suggestions and complaints are welcome.
20. Tourist, please contact TTD counter for extra Laddus. Buying extra laddus through KSTDC staff is
strictly prohibited.
21. Tourists need to carry the same ID card, as the details updated while booking the ticket.
22. In case of any issues related to booking of tickets, preponement/postponement of tickets or
cancellation of tickets kindly send the mail to reserve@karnatakaholidays.net.
23. Passengers booked the tickets through online can now Cancel/Modify the tickets through their login
from KSTDC website by logging in to your account.
24. Tours like Thirupathi, Jog Falls, South Canara 4 people will be allotted a room for freshening up.
25. In view of cleanliness and sanctity, it is strictly prohibited to carry all kinds of food items,
intoxicating substances, polythene covers, leather items to Shravanabelagola

2. Cancellation from the proposed date before 7 days of departure at 9pm, cancellation charges of
10% would applicable as per cancellation policy.
3. General Cancellation policy :Cancellation from the proposed time of departure before 48 hours –
10% – before 24 hrs. – 25% deducted. within 24 hrs. – No refund or cancellation
*Please remember to carry proof of identification of all passengers whose name figures in
the guest names above as you will be asked to produce the same while boarding
