Terms and Conditions:-

1. Whereas the tenant sha ll pay the monthly rent of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Five Thousand Only) every m onth regula rly to the owner.
Excluding of maintenance cha rges , without car pa rki ng.

2. Whereas the lessee ha s agree to pay an adva nce amount of


Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) a s a security deposi t amount

t shall pay the rent regularly on or before the 5 th day of every

5 . Whereas the tenant shall use the said premises for House purpose only
and shall not use the House for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Whereas the tenant sha ll not have power to sub-let, underlet, renovate
and alter the said premises without written consen t permission from the
owner. If the tenant fails to pay the rent consequently for th ree (2)
months, then the owner ha s the righ t to ded uct the rent from the deposit
amount, the tena ncy te rminates a nd is not liable to fit to live in the said
premises.

7 . Whereas the rental period is being for Eleven ( 11) months From the
date of 01.05.2023 . After the period of eleven months the re nta l period
may be extended by mutua l con sen t of both the parties fro mt the time 1.0
time after 11 (eleven) mon th s the rent will increase 5% on existing rent.
Wherea s both the parties should give Two (2) months prior notice in
order to help themsel ves for their resource s a nd altrrna tivc
accomm odation .

9. Wherea s the tenant shall pay electrici ty charges to the BESCO M a nd


water charges to the concern authorit y every month without fail.

10. Wherea s the lessee shall pay the electrici ty and water charges to the
concern ed authorit ies as per the demand bill issued by the authorit ies.

11. Wherea s the lessee shall keep the said premise s in good tena ntable
conditio n, and shall use for their bonafide resident ial purpose only.

12. Wherea s the lessee causes any damages to the building in case fa ils Lo
pay the rent, electrici ty, water charges etc., during the tenancy period the
