include his legal heirs, successors, legal representatives, executors,
nominees and assignees, of the one part.

NOW THE SAID AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITION WILL BE
AS FOLLOWS: -
1. That the seller is engaged in a business of selling and
purchasing of Mobiles and Shop is located at 391/1, ZAKIR
N A G A R , S O U T H D E L H I , N E W D E L H I - 11 0 0 2 5 , b y t h e n a m e
A N A M I N T E R N AT I O N A L S .
2. That the agreement is for the Mobile Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5
bearing IMEI No. 355142630004282, Color- LIGHT BLUE and
the same is in possession of the buyer/ purchaser from the date
08.08.2024.
3. That the seller has sold the said MOBILE for Rs. 85 ,000/-
(RUPEES E I G H T Y- F I V E THOUSAND O N LY ) and Rs.
10 ,000/- for GST to the buyer and, buyer has paid the amount
by mode of CASH in four installments;

was 1st installment by cash dated on 08.08.2024.

on10.09.2024.
c. Rs. 18 ,500/- (RUPEES EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE
H U N D R E D O N LY ) w h i c h w a s 3 r d i n s t a l l m e n t b y c a s h d a t e d
on 08.10.2024.
d . R s . 3 , 0 0 0 / - ( R U P E E S T H R E E T H O U S A N D O N LY ) w h i c h
was 4th installment by cash dated on 08.10.2024.

pending.
4. That the possession of mobile phone was handed over to the
buyer/ purchaser with utmost clarity and security by providing
all the details related to the said mobile.
5. That the buyer/ purchaser shall be fully responsible for all type
o f t h e Ta x e s , D i s p u t e s , C o u r t C a s e a n d a n y f i n a n c i a l l i a b i l i t i e s
etc. in respect of the said MOBILE from 08/08/2024 and the
seller shall be responsible for the same prior to 08/08/2024.
6. That the seller would provide with Original GST Bill/ Invoice
Bill to the buyer within 15 days. If the first party fails to
deliver the said bill then the second party would return back the
phone and first party would be entitled to refund the said
amount.
