Player Contract
This agreement (Contract) is entered into between ROMA ACADEMY (“Team”) and the
undersigned player (“Player”).
1. Parties
The Team: ROMA ACADEMY
The Player:___________________________________________________
2. Position
The Player agrees to play the position of _____________________________ as
indicated in their bio data.
3. Term
This contract shall commence on 10th of March 2024 and shall continue until
terminated by either party as outlined below.
4. Duties and Responsibilities
The player shall
Attend all team practices, meetings, and games unless excused by the the
Team’s coaching staff.
Give their best effort and performance in all activities related to the team.
Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Team and governing
football organizations.
5. Compensation
There are no stated compensations however for any competition the team enters, a
certain percentage of the winning shall be shared between the team members while
the rest used to upgrade training facilities and equipment.
6. Termination
This contract may be terminated;
By mutual agreement of both parties.
By the Team for just cause, including but not limited to breach of contract,
misconduct, or injury preventing the player from fulfilling their duties.
By the player upon providing written notice to the team within the terms
specified in the contract.
7. Agreement
Training starts by 4:40pm every day and players are expected to be at the field
on or before 4:40pm.
The Coaching team reserve the right to choose those who will participate in
daily training sessions and on match days.
Players are expected to participate in at least 4 training sessions during the
week for them to be eligible to participate in matches unless the coaching team
decide otherwise.
Players are expected to be team players and should be able to assist however
the team requires them to for the overall development of the team.
8. Matches
Match days of the week are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays unless stated otherwise.
Players who fulfil every category in the agreement section above automatically
qualifies to be selected on match day but as stated above, the coaching team reserve
the right to pick the team on Match Days.
I have read and I agreed to all the terms and conditions stipulated in this contract,
vowing to fulfil the responsibilities and duties to the best of my ability.
