White Banner Travel Solutions is a comprehensive website designed for a tour managing company. It aims to
provide users with the ability to select and enquire about various travel packages easily. The platform will
ensure seamless management of tours, packages, and other essential features for both users and
administrators. The website will be developed using PHP technology, featuring a custom design to meet the
client’s aesthetic and functional preferences.
Objectives:
• Develop a user-friendly website for White Banner Travel Solutions.
• Provide an intuitive and comprehensive admin panel for managing tours, packages, users, vendors,
agent coupon codes and website content.
• Ensure secure and efficient handling of user enquiries and bookings.
• Deliver a visually appealing, responsive, and fast-loading design.
• Offer 12 months of complimentary maintenance post-launch.
Detailed Scope of Work:
User Journey
1. Homepage:
o Banner Section: Display rotating banner images showcasing top destinations and offers.
o Exciting Offers: Highlight special deals and discounts.
o Trending Tours: Show popular and trending tours.
o Upcoming Tours: List upcoming tours and events.
o Navigation Menu: Easy navigation to different sections like Categories, Sub-Categories, Tours, and
Contact Us.
2. Tour Packages
o Categories and Sub-Categories: Users can browse through various tour packages categorized under
different headings for easy navigation.
o Package Details: Detailed information about each package, including itinerary, inclusions, exclusions,
and pricing.
o Package Selection: Users can select a package and input the number of travelers (e.g., 2 adults, 2
children). The system will automatically calculate and display the total price.
3. Enquiry Form
o User Enquiry: Users can fill out a form to enquire about specific packages or request customizations.
o Real-Time Assistance: Option for live chat or chatbot support for immediate queries.
4. Gallery and Reviews
o Photo Gallery: Users can view high-quality images of various destinations and tours.
o Customer Reviews: Display reviews and ratings from previous travelers to build trust and credibility.
Admin Journey
1. Dashboard
o Overview: A comprehensive dashboard providing an overview of total tours, enquiries, bookings, and
website analytics.
o Vendor Management:
➢ The admin will be able to add/edit and delete vendors.
➢ The admin will be able to accept the packages created by the vendors
➢ Only on approval the package will be displayed on the website
➢ The admin will be able to see if any queries are raised from the vendor and will be able to post
once solved.
➢ Admin will be able to view the number of bookings or enquires generated from each vendor
o Employee Management:
➢ There will be A single employee login which can be accessed by multiple users
➢ The employee will have restricted access to the functions
➢ The employee will be able to add/edit/delete tours
➢ The employee will be able to access the booking enquires
➢ The employee will be able to access the visa enquires
➢ The employee will be able to see the tickets raised by users
➢ The employee will be able to see the tickets raised by vendors
➢ The employee can create Partner coupon codes
➢ The employee will be able to see the number of times A particular Partner coupon code is used
(Monthly, Yearly, Quarterly etc)
2. Categories and Sub-Categories Management
o Add/Edit/Delete: Admins can add, edit, or delete categories and sub-categories of tours.
3. Tour Packages Management
o Create/Edit/Delete Packages: Admins can create new packages, update existing ones, or remove
outdated ones.
o Set Pricing: Define the price per person for different packages and adjust according to seasons or
special offers.
o Change Currency Prices: Admin will be able to define the current prices of USD,AED, etc.
4. Content Management System (CMS)
o Banner Images: Upload, edit, or delete banner images.
o Exciting Offers: Manage special deals and discounts.
o Trending and Upcoming Tours: Update the list of trending and upcoming tours.
o Gallery: Add or remove images in the gallery.
o Customer Reviews: Moderate and respond to customer reviews.
o Vendor Management: As explained above
o Employee management: As explained above
o Create Partner Coupon Codes: The admin can create coupon codes with a special discount value for
their associate partners
5. Enquiries Management
o View Enquiries: Admins can view all user enquiries in one place.
o Respond to Enquiries: Directly respond to user queries from the admin panel.
o Manage Enquiries: Track the status of each enquiry (e.g., new, in progress, resolved).
