We, the students at Emilio Aguinaldo College-Cavite, taking up a Bachelor of Science in Accounting
Information Systems, are currently enrolled in Accounting Research Method. We are working on research
entitled “Exploring the Practices of Utilizing Accounting Software in Selected Real Estate
Businesses.” This study aims to focus on the use of accounting software in real estate businesses.
Given the nature of your company’s operations, we believe your insights and experiences would be highly
valuable to our study.
As part of our pre-testing phase, we are inviting you to participate as a valued respondent. I would greatly

accounting software.
