(*note that we are using crossover cable because we’re connecting alike devices PC to PC, also ensure that you unplug
cables for router and WAP)

In Network connection (Server’s PC)

Now go to Server Manager> Add Roles and Features> Next>

Installation Type Role-based Next>


Server Selection (make sure that the ip you set appears if not ncpa.cpl disable & enable)> Next

Server Roles > select AD DS> add features >

After clicking add features you’re back again in Server Roles> Now Select DHCP Server> add features > Next (I didn’t
check the DNS server because it will automatically (idk the word) install I guess when you chose AD DS)

Wait for the Notification (the Flag icon) to promote and commit AD DS and DHCP
Promote this server to a domain controller> Click

Deployment Configuration> Select Add a new forest> Set Domain name> Next

Domain Controller Options> Set password> next


NetBIOS> This will be automatically appear do not change anything> Next>Additional Optional Next> Paths Next>
Review Options Next> Prerequisites Check Install> Wait

DHCP> Go to Flag Icon (Notifications)> Click Commit>

Description> Next>
Authorization> Commit> Wait

Summary> May mag popop up na notification for restarting close mo lang yun then wait for the pc to restart
