1. That I have made an application for allotment of residential flat in Affordable Group Housing Colony named as “ROF
Ambliss” proposed to be developed by by “M/s. Pegasus Land and Housing Private Limited” at Sector-78, Gurugram
(Haryana) under Government of Haryana Affordable Housing Policy, 2013 vide notification no.PF-27/48921 dated 19th
Aug 2013 and amendments therein. I have read and duly understood the policy.
2. That I have not made any other application for allotment of flat in the aforesaid Colony.
3. That I, my spouse and my dependent children are not the identified beneficiaries either under Town or under State
Category under PMAY Scheme.
4. That I, my spouse and my dependent children have not been allotted any Flat under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy,
2013 and amendments therein.
5. That I, my spouse and my dependent children have not applied for allotment of any Flat under Haryana Affordable
Housing Policy, 2013 and amendments therein.
6. That I, my spouse and my dependent children do not own any Apartment/Plot in any HUDA developed
colony/sector or any licensed colony in any of the urban areas in Haryana, UT of Chandigarh and NCT Delhi.
