* If the Rent amount is more than Rs. 8333/- P.M, then landlord PAN is mandatory.
* No revenue stamp required for online payment and if rented house is situated in Karnataka.
*Affix revenue stamp if monthly rent exceeds Rs. 5000.00 and paid through cash.
