OVERVIEW
ARC-5 BOOKKEEPERS stands for AR- ARLITO, C for
CASAS. The owner of the business who lately passed away, in
short, ARC. Number 5 was added to indicate the 3 remaining
employees of the company namely: Melanie, Ivy, and Janno,
along with the two and only son / daughter of the late Sir Lito
who is Ms. Glenda C. Casas, the eldest, and last but not the
least, the youngest son, Mr. Argwin Casas.
The departed wife, of the late Sir Lito, my mother, Gloria, still,
has the willpower to continue to support and give care to the
business. An informal meeting was held during the interment
days of SIR LITO, headed by his son, Mr. Argwin Casas, the
employees, majority of them said that they still want to stay on
board with us, and thus, upon telling them about future
alignment of the co-ownership restructuring setup, all of them is
feels excitement & are more determined to their task and their
respective responsibilities, without the need to be constantly
monitored or frequently asked to do so.

Given life’s constant uncertainties and trials, some early efforts were made while he
was still alive, maybe it wasn’t still the right time, thus, for me to gather more skills,
knowledge and understanding, I was encouraged to start back from the bottom, sent to far
areas, to apply, to struggle, to start back my own company and to be the man I want to be,
choosing my own path & making my own decisions, facing my own consequences, and
finally to make better realizations and to adopt more in-depth virtues in business industry,
for my personal growth advantage , and to generate value for customers & clients.

BOOKKEEPING SERVICES / Ai MANAGED OPERATIONS
ARC-5 BOOKKEEPERS BOOKKEEPING SERVICES aims to
use the latest technology, including Ai (Artificial Intelligence)
SYSTEMS & PROGRAMS which benefits both clients and firm:
to reduce cost, and to generate more value to the
clients & to increase efficiencies in eliminating errors;
to still use traditional bookkeeping slowly combining
with cloud based google expertise for easier file
access and will have more transparency to users,
clients, and all types of third-party audience/viewers;
to implement a 5-year business plan strategy in order
to anticipate any significant changes in accounting
industry moving forward.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR) has change
over the past two decades. An example would be is how they
mail our Letter Notices or LN. Before, it is course through via
MAIL SERVICES or postman, now they’re upgrading, through
registered e-mail already and just when every morning we
check our G-mails or AOL, etc., we can see it right away in just
few clicks though our mouse.
The clacking sound typewriter is over, digital forms or E-BIR
FORMS flourished and replaced the old method. Thus, the
new package aims to modernize the tax filing process. It saves
time and effort by eliminating the need to do the manual
process of filling out forms and submitting them physically to
the BIR.
ONLINE PAYMENTS is the new normal way of paying our
bills too. Ever since the pandemic, the people prefer not to wait
for long lines. The government has made ways for easy
management of paying bills, and so also, with the BIR tax
returns. WE can actually pay our taxes right in the comfort of
your homes, offices or anywhere else as long as there is
internet data connection. Unlike before, wherein you have to
queued in the banks very early in the morning, just to avoid late
payments.
OUR SERVICES, “WE WILL CONTINUE THE TAX - PLANNINGS,
THE TAX STRATEGIES MY FATHER FORMULATED FOR YOUR
BUSINESS, WHATEVER HIS STYLE AND WAYS, WE FOLLOW”
i. Determination of the monthly and quarterly Output Vat Payable and
preparation of its corresponding forms (2550M & 2550Q now only
quarterly) and reflecting them in SLSP (SUMMARY LIST OF SALES
& PURCHASES) E SUBMISSION;
ii. Determination and preparation of the Quarterly Income tax and Annual
Income tax of the Corporation & Individual. (1702 & 1702Q / 1701Q &
1701);
iii. Preparation of the necessary forms and determination of the
corresponding amount to be remitted to the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR) for Withholding Taxes on Compensation (1601-C),
Final Tax (1601-F) and Expanded (1601-E now 0619-E & 1601-EQ), if
any;
iv. Assistance in the preparation of the necessary forms and
corresponding amount to be remitted to the Social Security Service
and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, PAG-IBIG, if any;
v. Sorting and recording of clients Business Documents / Purchases / in
their corresponding Journals / Ledger, provided by the BIR;
vi. Perform Consultation to client for any question/query that may arise in
its day-to-day transaction, including assistance to client in matter of
government compliance such as BIR, LGU’s and SEC;
Deadline for Completion of Services:
The deadline for the preparation and submission of the Monthly
Task shall be communicated, monitored accordingly by the
clients in charge personnel and the firms assigned officer;
Schedules / Needed Receipts Folder to prepare such reports
shall be submitted by the client on or before 5th day following
the close of the taxable month.
Payment of Services:
Monthly payment of Twenty Thousand Pesos (P20,000.00) for
the services rendered shall be paid on every 15th of the
succeeding month.
The preparation of the Annual Audited Financial Statements
and Annual Income Tax Return shall have an additional lump
sum fee STARTING FROM (P10,000.00 up to P 30,000).
Other service that is not enumerated above will be charge
according to the extent of services rendered.
Term of Agreement:
The agreement shall take effect starting on December 2023
and shall continue indefinitely. However, a contract may be
provided anytime at the discretion of either party.
