CNS: No FND ■ COURSE IN THE HOSPITAL Mr. GEORGE K J , 82 years old male came with complaints of le
shoulder pain and swelling for 2 days. Patientinitially underwentCAG(at VMCH)showed SEVERECALCIFICTRIPLE
VESSELDISEASE .Patient got admitted and all relevant investigations were done. Patient underwent PCI TO LAD
on 01.01.2025. Post procedure period was uneventful. Patient was treated with anticoagulants, antiplatelets,
beta blockers and other supportive measures. Patient was symptomatically better, hence discharged with
