Module 1 forward growth

Nicotine and bones

Nicotine might actually prevent bone loss and reduce calcification of soft tissues.
IL-6 is an endotoxin which is increased by PTH and triggers bone resorption.
when IL-6 levels are high, Calcium is stolen from the bones and put into the
bloodstream, this weakens your bones but also calcifies soft tissues, causing:

- a calcified pineal gland

- hairloss (due to scalp calcifiaction)

- muscles to relax less

wrinkles

Nicotine (in the form of 7mg patches) have been shown to lower IL-6 significantly,
which is very good

Vitamin D is actually a hormone and is crucial for bone growth.

Best source by far for Vitamin D is the sun because Vitamin D in food works less
effective, but it's always good to get some Vitamin D from food when you can't get it
from the sun.
Most optimal would be to get it from the sun and food, not everyone has access to
good sun exposure so that doesnt mean you cant make progress, there is plenty of it
in foods

Alot of u ask me about jaw how to grow it etc and its something ive been learning
about for while now

About 5 months ago i bought myself a mouthguard, and started chewing it

Its called mouthguard chewing and i have seen very good results from it,eyes
became more predator looking and from side forward growth is much better

How do you do it?

First you need to get yourself double sided mouthguard online its about 10$ more or
less

When u get it,u should shape it a bit in boiling water just so it fits on ur teeth well
enough

When u put it in mouth u will try to chew it with ur incisors and open mouth, this is
open mouth chewing its

very effective

At first u only need 5 minutes u will feel crazy burn in jaw, work ur way up to 40 min a
day
If u get any jaw pain or discomfort like clicking stop immediately.

But dont confuse jaw muscle pain with actual jaw bone clickin (TMJ) cus at first ur
jaw will be very sore

Wisdom teeth

Teeth give support to the bone!!

Lack of teeth = lack of bone

If there is no enough room those are never straightening out on a narrow palate and
a recessed jaw

Things you can do to save urself:


• Chew mastic gum

• Tongue on palate

• Cervical spine mobility

• Myobrace device

And hopefully they will have more room\

Health and aesthetics

Expanding your palate is essential if your tongue does not fit on the palate.

Otherwise you won't get results from mewing.

Pineapple for Bones

Helps digestion primarily protein, but also fats. Able to eat with red meat. Helps build
bones. Breaks down lymphatic congestion.

pineapple helps to heal and regenerate bones

If you've ever seen under a microscope, bones have a web system that grows out
and then it fills in.

Pineapple for some reason stimulates this.

Perfect food combination

Raw red meat with pineapple, doesnt have to be raw if ur not eating raw foods yet

Cooked rare steak or burger is fine too


Maxilla and Strenght gains

Get urself a double sided mouthguard

Wearing a mouthguard can improve your strength in the gym. A research study from
Marquette University discovered that clenching your jaws while weight-lifting could
increase your strength and power by up to 10%

Super underrated thing to do

I chew on it when i rest between sets and during actual exercise i bite it down hard

It is very good for maxilla and jaw bone

My eyes have become more hooded from doing this

Improves your breathing

the right mouthguard for weightlifting can help you keep your lungs filled with fresh
air

mouthguard that keeps your tongue in place and opens up your airway can enhance
your workout's efficiency and effectiveness.

It will pretty much help u with mewing and teach u nose breathing, super super
underrated

Take a look of athletes that wear mouthguards all the time like football players or
mma fighters they always have developed faces
Part 1

Increasing bite strenght

There is relationship between strong bite force and wide muscular faces

If you observe animal in nature like wolf for example, watch the way its ripping flesh
out of prey's body with

their canine teeth and pushing maxilla forward

Same with our ancestors, the meat they ate was wild meat thats ten times harder
than foods we eat today, they didnt have grinders or anything like that they used
their teeth and pulled with their teeth

This exercise is closest to what u would do in nature, it mimics natural way of ripping
animal that
stimulates forward growth

It is very common among fighters

Lets get to point on how to do it

You will need short towel or shirt doesnt matter, some strong piece of cotton that
wont break, you loop that around weight plate and the end of towel you put in mouth
between teeth

This is important, do not use front teeth, put it a bit further back where u feel like u
can hold most weight,sit on a bench or standing (i recommend sitting on bench
where you can be more stable)

And perform neck extensions

This is how i do it just sitting down on bench

This exercise will pull your maxilla forward, train back of neck which is very untrained
and good for posture, will train ur masseter and jaw which are also what gives
forward grown face

I recommend this 1-2x a week on ur rest days

3 sets of higher reps 15 to 30 reps, you can also hold weight after u cant no longer
do any more reps

Also very interesting how animals hold and carry their prey exact way
Forward Thumb pulling

Im gonna try to make this short and simple to follow,thumbpulling is not magical and
wont expand ur

palate like expander would but it does work and i expanded mine

Forward thumbpulling is right below ur front teeth,it works for forward growth and
downswung maxilla

This techniques can help with many problems ranging from migraines and sinusitis
to vision and neurology. These techniques remove blockages from the central
palantine suture, allowing the bones to move and "breathe". In turn, that greatly
affects aesthetics - improves tissue nourishment, encourages lymph drainage from
the nose and eyes, relaxes brow area, helps to fix asymmetry, raises cheekbones
and nose These techniques also correct the position of the ethmoid bone, which is
located under the projection of the nose in the depth of the skull, and greatly affects
the aesthetics of the eyes, nose, and the area between the eyebrows

In the position sitting down, resting your elbows on your knees or on a table, place
the thumb of one hand behind your front teeth on the central palantine suture and
stay on this spot for 3 full breaths. As you inhale, press the suture very slightly,
pushing the bones apart. As you exhale, keep your thumb on the same spot
maintaining that gentle pressure. This allows the suture to unlock, then your maxilla
is able to move forward and upward

The pic under shows where u should apply force, also ur not really pushing it only, its
kinda sliding motion forward

This is one technique of thumb pulling and i recommend around 5 minutes of this
twice daily, at first u will feel great relief and ur bones will breath, we store alot of
trauma in our face and u might feel either emotional or just relief
Sq variant

When given the choice of performing a squat variant, any variation of a barbell free
weight squat can be performed. This could be high-bar, low-bar, front, Zercher,
safety-bar squats or squats with a pause or accommodating resistance.

Select the variant that is pain-free, a low injury risk, one that you enjoy, that you are
confident that you can master, and that suits your biomechanics.

DL variant

Deadlift variants in the programs refer to conventional, sumo, Romanian deadlifts,


good morings, or deadlifts with a modified range of motion or with accommodating
resistance.
I recommend RDLs since its easier on recovery.

SL variant

Single-Leg Squat Variants are primarily in place to ensure equal development across
legs, and to ensure adequate coordination.

I recommend bulgarian split squats, single leg press

Hor and Ver push

Vertical and Horizontal pushes simply refer to pressing work in the vertical and
horizontal planes. For example, an overhead press and a chest press.

For horizontal push use flat barbell bench or incline barbell bench and for vertical
push use seated dumbbell press or standing barbell OHP

Hor and Ver pull

Horizontal and Vertical pulls simply refer to back work in the vertical and horizontal
planes, i.e. a pulldown and a row, respectively. Choose whichever movements you
enjoy, that you can feel the target muscles working during, and that you have access
to.

For horizontal pulling you can use barbell row,cable row,chest supported row, single
arm cable row

For vertical pulling you can use weighted chin up,pulldown,bodyweight pull ups,
machine pulldown etc

HH variant

This stands for Hip Hinge variant, you can do rdis again or hyperextensions,
hyperextensions can be done weighted or bodyweighted and even single leg

Isolation Exercises

Bicep curls, triceps extensions, leg extensions, leg curls, and other single-joint
movements should be performed with a full range of motion and in a safe manner
that is pain-free. Whether you use free weights machines, cables or some other
variation you would like to employ is entirely your choice, just ensure that you are
able to perform it pain-free and with a full range of motion.
Flys can be performed with cables or dumbbells or machines and can be performed
at incline or decline angles if preferred.

Standing calf raises don't necessarily need to be standing, they just need to be
straight legged (for example a calf raise on a leg press). When you see the same
exercise listed on multiple days with a number after it, like "Leg Curl 1" or "Leg Curl
2"; this means to choose two different variations on the same movement. This could
be a seated leg curl on one day, and a lying on the other (or a standing leg curl if you
have access), or if you only have one type of leg curl, it can be a single leg on one
day, bilateral on the other day.

This is just an example and obviously, you will want to adjust according, to how you
progress.
The load is increased linearly using the same rep range. This is called 'single
progression' (of load) or often referred to as linear progression

► when target reps cannot be completed, load is maintained for next session

Sq variant

Here is a sample progression pattern for intermediate trainees with compound


movements. Let's say that we have 3 sets using the 6-8 rep range planned:

► Choose a weight where you can complete 3 sets of 8, without needing a spot and
rarely hitting failure on the last set (RPE below 10 on set 3).

► Increase the load and reduce the number of reps the next time you perform a
given exercise the following week. If a deload was needed, on the 5th-week workout,
start over at 3x8 and increase the load the next smallest increment from what you
used for 3x8 previously.

► If a deload wasn't needed, do that on the 4th-week workout.

MODULE 4: Food

Meat

Meat must always be fresh. Frozen meat is not acceptable unless you are in a
survival starvation situation. If you already have a freezer full of it, sorry, but your
money is already wasted. I recommend leaving it for emergencies or selling it to
someone else, that way you can actually make progress with your health by eating
fresh meat. It is fine to eat conventional meat from the grocery store.

Organs

The only concern is when you are eating organs, glands, and marrow. That is where
most of the toxins store. If the animal has received medication and undesirable food,
if it is fresh meat, most of the toxins will pass through you and the little bit of fat you
eat with it will absorb the rest
Beef

Of course it is preferable to have grass fed meat as there are more nutrients, but it
doesn't have to be grass fed for muscle meats. Just make sure the meat is fresh.
You only want meat from a grocery store when there is a butcher at the store. The
store will have a deal with a farm and they will get sections of the animal every week
that they

cut up fresh in the back. If you ask if it is fresh and they say is fresh, there's a 99%
chance that it actually is fresh. It is very rare where they lie or don't know. I never buy
the pre-packaged meat that comes from other locations, I only buy the stuff cut up
and wrapped in the back of the store, the stuff where it's on that paper tray thing with
the plastic wrap. Not the vacuum sealed packaged branded meats. I suspect that the
vacuum sealed meats have chemicals in them because they are produced where
nobody can see, so they can do whatever they want without anyone knowing. They
can easily and legally add chemicals, but the butchers at the store don't care to. The
butcher after slaughtering, before it is even sent to the grocery store might spray
citric acid on the outside of the carcass, but it doesn't get onto the individual cuts.
The real concern is when they clean the tables and don't rinse them off all the way.
Some places with higher regulations like California might deliberately put chemicals
on meat, so if you are concerned, you ask the butcher to cut you a fresh section but
to rinse the table and their knife with water before they cut it. You watch them do it,
or you ask for a piece of meat still in the big packaging from the cooler and just buy
the whole thing, like a 5-10 pound cut
Chicken

Preferably it is fed no soy and is non-gmo.

You want the chicken to at least be pastured raised. Free-range can still be locked in
a barn and have hundreds of chickens that have access to a very tiny space outside.
Pasture raised means they are mainly outdoors. Most whole foods have a pasture
raised chicken source.
Dairy

Hopefully you live in a country with easy accessibility. If you don't, you will need to
work very hard to find a farm, start your own farm, or move to another country. If you
have enough people in one area desiring raw foods, you could contract with a farmer
to produce specifically for you guys. All the members together could even invest in a
farm,

Start off by using the Directory websites at the top of the section. You can ask
Facebook groups local to your area. You can go to the Weston A Price website
(even in Europe) and find

the closest chapter leader near you, as they all have food sources for every area
they have a club. You can check out the Amos Miller co-op list. You can go to every
farmer market within an hour of you and walk up to every single stand and ask if they
know anyone that sells raw milk. They don't have to be advertising it, but if they are
at a farmers market they probably know a lot of farmers. You go to every single
person one by one and ask.

Honey

Honey must never be heated above 93 F degrees, and the bees cannot be fed
anything but honey. Lots of beekeepers feed them sugar or corn syrup in the off
season. It seems like most do, They'll argue and say it is fine, but it is not. Many will
also argue with you about the temperatures. Honey can be heated to high
temperatures and still legally be labeled as raw. Many brands claim gentle heating
like 120 degrees which would burn you. You can ask them if the honey is ever
heated and they'll say no it's not heated it is raw. But then they'll say they actually
warm it to pour it. Then you can ask how hot and

a lot of them will say 100 F degrees, "not hot enough to damage anything". Bullshit,
the honey is already ruined.

Red meat

Increases energy. Builds glands, muscle, and hormones.

Do not mix fruit with red meat, except pineapple and papaya. It will convert all the
protein into fuel and you won't heal with that meal. Remember, you want the fat to be
the fuel, not the protein converted into protein-sugar.

Do not mix sauce with red meat meals for longer than 3 hours. It will convert all the
protein to fuel which will not heal the body. The fat should be fuel and the protein
should heal the body.

Red meat too close to bedtime may prevent you from being able to sleep. It is
stimulating.

Water

You want naturally carbonated mineral water. If it doesn't say natural then it is
synthetic carbonation. The reason we want it to be carbonated is because it passes
the inspections without adding any chemicals. They add chemicals to all the other
waters to lower the bacteria so it will pass the bacterial inspections. The carbonation
is anti-bacterial naturally, but it won't affect the bacteria in our body so it is no
concern for us to consume that. There are local springs that may be good for you to
access and there are websites that help you find them. Gerelsteiner is the best brain
in the US. Mountain Valley treats their water with ozone. Be careful, do your
research. Gerelsteiner we know is good, as of now. You can always ask your local
farmer for well water, as long as they don't treat it.

MODULE 5: Meals

Steak and rice

Havent ate this meal in while, been eating raw for so long, and there is def diference
when it comes to digestion and energy levels from raw food compared to cooked

But this meal is better for optimizing ur Test levels.

Cooked steak in animal fats on cast iron or stainless steel is simplest way u can
increase ur Test and

strenght

I always eat cooked starch with steak,get rice and wash it thoroughly

Here i had

800g of steak

170g of rice

Cooked in pork lard


Thyroid Function

Ways to improve it

• Fresh unpasteurised orange juice: a few e ounces every hour or so

• Milk (find out which type you tolerate most: COWS, goats. raw, pasteurised non-
homogenised, UHT, etc)

•Glycine powder

• Grounding daily

• 7-8 hours of restorative sleep/night


• Nutrient dense, easily digestible foods, cutting out vegetables

• Collagen.Collagen.Collagen

• mastic gum

organic Honey

• physical touch (hugging Mum, sister, dog, wife..)

• coffee with sugar and raw milk

• kisses if you can

vitamin D3

• vitamin K2

• sun exposure

The healing power of sparkling water


Over the years, it has been shown that the co2 found in carbonated water is capable
of lowering

histamine, improving blood flow, and increasing cellular energy, all of which are
things that in fact can alleviate nervousness and low mood. Natural spring water also
tends to be high in magnesium which helps to increase GABA, the calming
neurotransmitter. C02 has also been shown to increase stomach acid

and speed up gastric emptying

Beef and rice

This is how i prefer to eat cooked ground beef with rice

Tried many versions of it like just plain rice and chopped ground beef in pan which
was always super

dehydrating and made me just drink tons of water

How i make it

200g of raw rice i rinse it under water at least 5 times very well then i add 400ml of
boiling water in stainless steel bowl where rice is, make sure that you cook rice in
stainless steel and not rice cookers that

are coated with non stick stuff,i did it and its big mistake

300g of fatty ground beef

I split it in 2 burger patties, for seasoning only use salt, u dont need bunch of toxic
seasoning, quality cuts of

meat will taste good no matter what

And make sure burger is rare inside, never overcook it just get good sear and crust

Use cast iron or stainless steel pan and cover it with animal fat like pork lard or beef
tallow, thats best for

cooking it has high smoke point

And last, separate yolks from whites and add it to rice on top,i like to add 5 egg yolks
This meal should make u hydrated and full of energy

Combination of rare beef and yolks with rice works very well imo

MODULE 6: Test Maxxing

The main pillars that contribute to testosterone are:

1. sleep

2. gut health

3. metabolism

4. nutrition & diet

5. dopamine dominance

6. xenoestrogen detoxification
The missing vitamin for testosterone optimization

The dentist Weston Price, who traveled the world and discovered that the native
people of each continent had about 10 times the amount of fat-soluble vitamins in
their diet which freed them of any dental issue: "the fat-soluble activators were
increased at least ten-fold."

Vitamin A can only be found in animal fats. Plants contain carotenes that poorly
convert into active A or retinol, making them an inferior source. Vitamin A is a
missing in the western diet because of the demonization of animal fat.

Retinol has many vital roles: eyesight-immune function - prevention of birth defects -
protein absorption & assimilation - protein synthesis in muscle-calcium absorption -
iodine absorption-thyroid function
Retinol regarding testosterone:

- Vitamin A is as effective as hormonal therapy

• Testis have vitamin A receptors

- Retinol decreases estrogen and aromatase

- Retinol increases testosterone

- Retinol is needed for sperm production

- In absence of A, the testicles atrophy

Sources of vitamin A are liver, fatty fish, egg yolks, butter, cheese, and cod liver oil:

How do hormones work?

The most common Hormones that people know about are Testosterone, Estrogen,
Insulin and Cortisol.

Almost every man has tried ways to increase his Testosterone at least once in his
life, but the results are usually not satisfying because of how complex the Endocrine
System works.

What most people do not realize is that Hormones are not separate, but actually
work in unison with one another. For Testosterone to be High, your DHEA needs to
be High and for DHEA to be High your Thyroid has to be working properly in order to
Metabolize things correctly.
On the other hand, some Hormones work conversely with one another. Here a full
list of Hormones which work against each other:

Most would be surprised that Estrogen and Testosterone are not actually
antagonistic Hormones, but can actually work in unison with one another if both are
optimized and have the correct Ratios with one another.

The Antagonistic Hormones all work against each other and slow the release or
production of the other Hormones as well.

This is why most Hormone Boosting Supplements do not work and give little to no
effect because, for one Hormone to go up, there are many different other Hormones
which also need to be elevated in order for that to occur.

This is why Nutrition, Lifestyle and The Mind are the basis of fixing your Hormones.
Few Supplements work, and even then, those are only small boosts

Prolactin

Prolactin is a Hormone which is responsible for Lactation and Breast Milk production
in Women, so as you can tell, it is extremely detrimental to Men's Health. Prolactin is
heavily secreted after ejaculation if done without a Female Partner. The spike in
prolactin is by about 12 ng/ml which is extremely significant. It is secreted during
ejaculation because Dopamine (Prolactin Antagonist) drops heavily, causing
Prolactin to rise significantly, anc also delay the refractory period. Prolactin is also
secreted in Men when a Woman is pregnant so the Man is more compliant and
docile which allows him to take the role of Ti Father, which is where the term "Dad
Bod" originates from.

Prolactin has a half life of around 30 minutes which means it is incredibly easy to
reduce, but also incredibly easy to spike. So you have to be careful.

Here are the best ways to reduce Prolactin:

- IncreaseLevelsofDopamine (Checkout DopamineSection)

Dopamine is an Antagonist of Prolactin and has the ability to drastically Reduce

Circulating Prolactin Levels.

Consuming Foods rich in Vitamin E

NoFap/No Porn (Ejaculation without a Female Partner spikes prolactin by

around 15ng/dl)

Boron (Around 6-9 mg per day for 1 week drastically reduces Prolactin

Levels)

Rubbing Vitamin E Oil / Olive Oil in The Belly Button

And smoking quality cigars

Nicotine is shown to lower prolactin by alot


Module 7: Jaw maxxing
Sleeping and mouth breathing

Open mouths at night are weak jaws

It takes some muscular activity to close the jaws lift the heavy tongue of the floor of
the mouth onto the roof

And with sleep, when control over muscles is even more minimized, and in relaxed
mode, U can't expect the mouth to be closed

Chewing raises the *strength baseline* making it to more effortless to surpass the
heaviness of the tongue and the weight of the jaw against gravity
Toned jaw muscles are able to handle the load/force without struggling, or needing a
mouth-tape to do so Ditch the mouth tape,u dont need it at night u can only use
nasal strips to open up nose a bit

maxilla very hard Raw milk that was never refrigated or raw colostrum are both
active sources of IGF-1

Consuming both those after workout can spike IGF-1 even more to get most out of it

I dont consume colostrum yet not sure where i could find it but i do have raw goats
milk that i keep in glass bottles outside fridge, this way it keeps growth hormone
properties

than just muscles and hypertrophy training thats why i dont like to preach this
training to failure thing

• for glycine best sources would be chicken drumsticks and raw bone marrow, its
found in all muscle meat in chewy thing,u can also make gelatin or eat moms soup
cuz those slavic soups are made with bones always, last option is to get glycine
supplement which i dont even see as supplement its sweet like sugar it can be
added to sparkling water or any fluid. Lastly raw eggs contain glycine too

• for creatine its simple really best way is to eat raw red meat or just rare steak, it is
not hard to get 2-3g of creatine from food and its wayyy better than a supplement..
just look at native americans they ate plenty of raw meat and smoked all day, by
their standard of living they had quite high DHT levels and nobody was balding, they
also had very big skulls and bones

• for taurine best source is sea food, oysters contain alot of taurine for example,
other things u can consume daily is goat milk which is extremly androgenic and high
in taurine, but in general u will get taurine from organ meat too, brain would be very
good cuz taurine is neurotransmitter so it is insane amount in brain

You see diet is not just like u see on ig reels its not that simple to just eat some red
meat and think u will

- goat milk

- citrus fruits

it seems to be exclusive to the lower jaw only, since it had no significant effects on

• chew mastic gum

• raw dairy

• creatine/taurinesandr (works best if its from food)

• heavy lifting (best time to chew also)

• raw unsalted goat cheese with honey

• unripe pineapple any time u eat loads of red meat

• walking in nature, sounds like cope but its real thing, nature heals just observe how
any time u look the best when u come home after long day of being in nature

• nasal strips if airways are blocked
