Subject: Complain Against fraud Lab Status
Lab: i) P.P. Metallurgical Lab (TC No. 11245)
ii) DRDL Lab (TC No. 11452)
Sir,
We are introducing to you as Third-Party Inspection Agency (QIA) Testing actual quality
testing from NABL Lab at Howrah. On behalf of Govt. Industry/Rail/RDSO/NTPC etc. But during
our sudden witness the testing we are surprised how you have given NABL accreditation?
Last two days back we have visited P.P. Lab (TC No. 11245) for witness the Mechanical
Testing but we are surprised they have no technical person for testing. Lab told us there NABL Audit
has done on this month. We understand they show hire technical staffs at the time of Audit for three
days only. We are sure Auditor has not inspection status attendance or appoint letter. One chemist staff
has found but we are sure that man is not qualified. Please check original Education Certificate.
We are visiting for testing at different NABL lab for witness. We understand at the timing
NABL Audit Lab is hiring person from different lab to face Audit. These should be verified by you by
surprising visit or video calling as per technical staff’s name & qualification.
These Fraud Personal Person Showing at the time of Audit of NABL. Please do verified by
video calling form Quality Manager. This lab was suspended form NABL for this. After approval
same are going as regular practice.
One chemist he is working to another lab, he is coming at the time of audit & part time. Our
inspector wants to do wet analysis of Non-ferrous alloy but they have no CRM standard stocks. But
NABL giving wet analysis approved without proper CRM. We are depending on NABL Lab but these
are going how we can depend?
As per application staff list lab not showing that person, hire man saying that name at the time
of audit.
We want to open your eyes these type of manipulation about technical person. Please do
surprised visit sudden then you will get actual picture.
ii) DRDL (TC No. 11452) you have given metallurgy approval but they have no technical
person on metallurgy department. At the time of audit, they have shown one hire man to face audit.
Audit has passed. You please do video calling to verifying of that person. We except to look after on
above matters.
