work spaces, people transport solutions and last mile delivery to our customers
across India along with other services offered.

 Transformed the business from a liability to an asset for G4S producing

M Euros in revenue and worked with a team of 8 direct reports and a total
department size of around 100 people.

services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

During my role as Regional Special Services Manager, I developed the Asia


region Special Services business strategy to successfully meet revenue and
EBITA budgets. I was responsible for 24 million Euros in revenue in 2007,
working with a direct regional report and 9 country reports.

During this time, I also held additional charge as Country General Manager
for TNT Cambodia (February 2006 to March 2007), setting up the Cambodia
business and building foundations for sustainable profit with a revenue
responsibility of 600,000 Euros in 2007.

► Key Contributions:

 Established significant change in channel and product mix to boost


profitability and growth of the business
 Generated a 35% growth in revenue in 2005 and 2006.

As Manager, I was responsible for 13 million Euros revenue. During my time


as Manager, I developed the TNT Post, Netherlands’ international parcels
business.

 Successfully developed the international parcels business for TNT Post,


Netherlands to send products to customers outside the EU.
 Designed and launched the reliable and cost-effective “Gateway to Europe”
concept for postal operators to send parcels to the EU—used by several postal

postal world.

Marketing Management - TNT India

As Marketing Manager, I was responsible for developing and implementing
