In my opinion, in different cultures and between individuals, there is often
significant variation in what people say and do when meeting for the first
time. For example, in my country, Vietnam, I usually have a warm smile and
slight bow of the head to express my friendliness and respectful. It also can
shake hands toghether, especically use both hands with elder or those of
higher status. And then I can engage in small talk such as What do you do
or Where are you form? That's what I usually do to be polite when meeting
someone for the first time
In my point of view, There are many ways to be polite, it includes both
verbal and non-verbal behavior. In Verbal Behavior, you can use respectful
language, especially with elders, or ask polite questions to show your
interest. In Non-verbal, using body language such as Eye Contact and facial
expressions is appropriate for expressing a respectful. It's also good to give
a present to make a good impression on them. Those are all the ways I
usually use to be polite for the first meeting.
In my opinion, it is more polite to build relationships through conversations
before focusing on work. Because I want to build trust from both sides,
thereby understanding each other's way of working and avoiding
misunderstandings. In addition, building relationships first also creates a
comfortable working environment, and healthy competition and builds long-
term relationships.
I prefer to choose relationship-building when meeting people for the first
time. because I want to build trust to find a connection with each other and
understand that person better. This also creates a more comfortable
environment for future appointments.
The advantage of focusing on relationships is that it helps build strong,
trust-based connections with others, which can lead to better teamwork and
collaboration in learning and working. However, it also has the possible
disadvantage is putting too much emotion into work. If a conflict occurs at
work, you must continuously manage that person's emotions and
expectations over a long time. This will lead to exhaustion and reduced
work efficiency.
In my opinion, different people in a group all have their own interests and
problems. Regarding benefits, they will give some very good ideas or
perspectives that can help innovation.
Regarding issues such as, if they give too many opinions but cannot solve
any of the group's problems, it can cause a conflict of opinions.
In my opinion, I want to work with people who have different views from me
more. because when talking to those people I will likely see different
perspectives and this will lead to newer ideas.

In my opinion, Both of the ways also have advantage and disadvangtage . But I prefer
to choose to show my feelings when talking about work-related. Because this can help
me build better relationships with colleagues or business partners. In addition, I also
get to know them well as friends, not just colleagues.
Acting neutrally and hiring feelings:
The benefit of acting neutrally and hiding emotions is that there are objective
evaluations that do not involve emotions. Additionally, it can handle challenging
situations without being influenced by emotions. However, it also has drawbacks
causing a lack of connections with you and others and also reducing trust from your
boss and colleagues
Expressing feelings when talking about work-related:
The advantage of this ways is helps me build better relationships with colleagues
or business partners. In addition, I also get to understand them well as friends, not just
colleagues. But the disadvantage of this is depends too much on emotions. Being
too emotional in business may make you unprofessional and also lead to wrong
choices in decision-making.
When talking to others, I usually have many questions in my conversation. It may be
"How are you today?" if i know that person. "What's your name? or How are you?" If i
meet firstly.
In my conversation, I often use " I think" to express my ideas and perspectives and
"We should" to give someone pieces of advice or suggestions. And I also prefer to use
"I think" in all of situations.
One advantage of “I think” in conversation is that I can easily express my personal
opinion or viewpoint, helping others understand my perspective on a certain topic.
The drawback to this is that it can sometimes make your statement sound less
trustworthy and confident, especially in situations where clarity and conviction are
important to create a strong impact or influence the opinions of others.

In my opinion, different people in a group have their own
problems and usefulness. What is useful is that they will have
many different perspectives and opinions when debating the
issue, helping them understand the problem more deeply and
find the best solution. Regarding the problem of difficulty in
harmony, not being able to find harmony between members
when working. I recommend that each person try to
communicate with each other in a friendly and open manner,
listen and respect each other's views.
