2) Students should know the Importance of the risk factors associated with heart attacks, including a
sedentary lifestyle, poor dietary habits, and stress.

Remarks/Conclusion:
The renowned doctors highlighted the alarming rise in heart disease among young adults and stressed the
importance of early prevention.both the doctors discussed various methods to prevent heart attacks, ranging
from lifestyle changes to medical interventions. They provided valuable insights into maintaining a heart-
healthy diet, the benefits of regular exercise, and the significance of stress management.
