We do hereby state on solemn affirmation as under :
1] I declarent No.1 say and declare that I am a major Muslim
women and I am having full sense and conscion of marriage at present I am
residing with Mr. Ahmed Husain Jakir Husain at the above mention
address.
2] I declarent No.1 say and declare that I am having love
affection with declarent No.2 as I am very well acquiented with him. And I
am legally entitled to marry as per my sweet wish and desire.
3] I declarent No.2 say and declare that I am major Muslim man
and also having full sense and conscion of marriage and I have been
