Roles and responsibilities:
● Manage, optimize, and automate end-to-end business processes for clients in line with defined
objectives
● Work on process re-engineering, developing process flows, and implementing best practices for
continuous process improvement
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business
requirements and tailor BPS solutions accordingly
● Provide timely updates and reports to clients and senior management on the progress and
performance of the project
● Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, and leadership, to ensure seamless
execution of business processes
● Use data-driven insights to drive performance improvements and operational excellence
● Lead process transitions and support smooth implementation of new tools, processes, or
systems
