Customizing Capability: The domain, course structure, learning and practicing contents, user profile
access restrictions, test restriction parameters, scheduling the courses, reports can all be customized
as per the need of the institute

iamneo understands that the requirement for each college, for each drive
and even for each student is different. The platform is hence built in a way to

1. Preparatory Course

a. Aptitude Preparatory Course

The course contains in-house trainer’s lecture videos for all aptitude, logical
reasoning and verbal topics required for placements

b. Gamified Aptitude Practice Course

The course has structured practice tests and assessments on each topic of aptitude
preparatory courses with increasing levels of difficulty. The progress of the student
can be monitored and controlled by setting up the qualification requirement at each
level. Contents for 35+ topics from Speed Math to Comprehension covering
Aptitude, Logical Reasoning and Verbal.

c. Technical Courses
Technical courses include C Programming, C++ Programming, Python
Programming, Java Programming (Basics and Advanced) and Data Structures and
Algorithms. The courses are structured with learning contents, practice tests that
can be completed at individuals coding pace and assessments with real-time
testcase scenarios and analysis of space-time complexity. For further details like

d. Custom Courses for Science and Humanities branches

For the science and humanities branches, the courses can be built with the contents
developed by the institute including learning contents, practice questions and
assessment. The course can be customized as per the requirement of each
department. Contents for the courses like Economy, Financial Markets, HRM,
Accounts, Commerce can be provided by iamneo

2. Company Specific Mock Test

Company Specific Mock Tests (CSMT) is helpful to get the students prepared for a
specific drive. CSMT has multiple practice and assessments and the tests are
updated with the recent pattern of each company.

300+ company specific tests are currently available with iamneo. Other company’s
mock tests can be catered on request in 5-10 business days.( Please refer the

3.Custom Tests
On request custom tests can be delivered to the institute based on the topics to
fill the skill gap found in the students or additional/different difficulty level focusing on
improvement of the batch

4.Neo Employability Readiness and Development Program

NERD is 300+ hours In-house Virtual Instructor Led Training module on all the
placement preparatory topics. The sessions are handled by industry experts and our
product developers with 10+ years on industry experience to help the students get real-
time coding exposure (Refer Appendix D)

5.Placement Readiness Club

In the effort of encouraging peer-peer learning engagement, a dedicated
communication channel is created which also helps to engage the students on the
participation and to resolve the queries of the students.

6.Placement Automation ERP

All the drive activities from publishing a drive, screening students for each round,
communications related to placements and to provide offer letters can be managed using
ERP. For all Neo PAT subscribers, Neo PAT ERP is provided as a value addition.

7. Courses for Non-CS branches

Admin access for the portal will be assigned to the faculties with the privilege to
add custom made courses with learning contents and practice tests and assessments.
The knowledge transfer and support will be provided by iamneo for detailed
understanding on how to use the platform.

8. Interview Preparatory Course

The students are also supported to be well prepared for their interview rounds

NOTE

All the courses are divided into topic-wise modules with 60+ inhouse trainers lecture
videos and reference videos. Every course will have a minimum of 3 tests under each
module.
On request, the students can be provided with additional tests and need not be
refrained to only the mentioned quantity of tests
Neo Codeathon

1. Neo Codeathon is a national level monthly coding contest run exclusively for
iamneo’s premium partners across India

2. The contest happens in the last weekend of every month with one preliminary
and then a final round.

3. Each round poses up to 3 interesting programming questions on various

topics.

4. The student who writes the most efficient and optimized code, wins an Alexa
enabled device and the runner-up wins a smart watch, every month!

5. The faculties will also get the codeathon reports of all the participants from
their institute along with ranking. Neo Codeathon is one of the effective ways to
engage students in practicing coding!
