Task 1 – Evidence Document
• Open the file Evidence.rtf
• Make sure your Name, Centre number and Class Division Roll No will appear on every page of
your Evidence Document by placing these details in the header.
• Save the file in a document format with the name EvidenceRev_ followed by your class division
roll no. (Eg - EvidenceRev_10A01)
Task 2 – Presentation
You are required to create a short presentation. All slides must have a consistent layout and
formatting. Unless otherwise instructed, slides should display a title and bulleted list.
1. • Create a presentation of 6 slides using the file RevGrowth.rtf [1]
• Create a master slide to display the following features on all slides: [7]
• the company logo RevLogo.jpg positioned in the top right corner, appropriately sized
with aspect ratio maintained
• a 3 to 4 point wide horizontal line across the full width of the slide and below the logo,
about 3 centimetres from the top
• the text Tawara Cruises in a black, italic, 48 point font, above the line, aligned to the
top left of the slide. Make sure the text does not wrap
• format the title so that it is in a dark blue, 38 point serif font aligned to the centre below
the horizontal line.
• your name, Centre number and candidate number in the bottom right corner
• automatic slide numbers in the bottom left corner.
• Apply all master slide elements to all slides.
• Make sure no master slide elements, text or chart overlap each other on any slide.

2 • Create a pie chart using the data in the file RevPassNo.csv [5]
• The chart should show the number of passengers by region for 2019 only.
• Label the chart with the title: 2019 Passengers By Region
• Display a legend
• Display on each sector only the percentage values.
• Place the chart to the left of the bullet points on the slide with the title:
Worldwide Cruise Passengers
3. • Set the slide show so it loops continuously on-screen. [1]
EVIDENCE 2: Place in your Evidence Document screenshot(s) showing your method.
4. • Change the layout of slide 1 so it has a title slide layout. [1]
5. • Apply animation on slide 2 so that the bullets appear one by one consistently. [2]
EVIDENCE 3: Paste screenshot of how you applied the animation on the slide 2 in your evidence
document.
5. • Save the presentation. [2]
• Print the presentation as handouts with 6 slides to the page.
• Make sure your candidate details are present in the header section.
PRINTOUT 1: Print these handouts. Make sure your name, Centre number and candidate number
are on all slides.
6. • Print only the slide with the title Worldwide Cruise Passengers as a full page slide. [1]
PRINTOUT 2: Print this slide. Make sure your name, Centre number and candidate number are on
this slide.
7. • Save and print the Evidence document with the same name as done in Task 1.
PRINTOUT 3: Print the evidence document. Make sure your name, centre number and candidate
details are present on all pages.
