Microzoological Alchemy the steamlets escaped from many years ago. Found in a locker marked
‘Catalyst EI-03‘, the contained liquid constantly changes its aggregate state and seems to give
chaotic elemental powers when consumed.
When you drink this potion, you gain an aura affecting your space for 2d4 minutes.
Each nonmagical liquid within the aura that isn‘t being worn or carried freezes and each flammable
object within the aura that isn‘t being worn or carried ignites. A creature that touches you or
hits you with a melee attack while within 5 feet of you takes 3 (1d6) cold damage plus 3 (1d6) fire
damage. In addition, you have resistance to cold and fire damage for the duration of the aura.
