ABSTRACT

This Project involves the design and construction of a rustic wooden Toolbox, providing a functional
and aesthetically pleasing storage solution for tools, equipment’s and other items. The Toolbox is
created from reclaimed wood, featuring a distressed finish careful planning, precise measurement
and skilled craftmanship to ensure a steady and visually appealing final product. The completed
product is a continent and organized way to manage

AIM

To prepare a wooden Toolbox with a handle as per given dimensions by wood piece

MATERIAL REQUIRED

Soft Wood 40 x 30 x 5 cm and screws

PROCEDURE

1. The given wood is checked for dimensions


2. Cut the wood pieces according to the cut list, ensuring accurate measurement and
square cuts
3. Used a saw to cut the wooden planks into the required pieces: base, side panels,
front and back panels, and handle support.
4. Applied wood glue along the edges of the base plank
5. Cut a wooden dowel or a sturdy wooden strip to serve as the handle.
6. Drilled holes in the side panels to fix the handle.
7. Checked the stability and durability of the toolbox
8. Then the completed is Wooden Toolbox

PRECAUTIONS

1. Do not keep the tools at the edge of the work bench


2. Do not keep the plane horizontal in idle mode
3. Care must be taken while sawing operation
4. Do not keep the tools at the edge of the work bench
5. Keep your work space clean and free of cutter
6. Be careful while applying glue to wood
7. Have a first aid kit easily accessible in your work space
8. Understand how to use all tools machinery before starting work
9. Sandals and Chappals are not allowed
10. Clean your bench and equipment’s before you leave the laboratory

RESULT

A Wooden Toolbox as per given dimensions by given Wood Piece is prepared
