Designation: Technical Research Analyst
Total Openings: 30
Responsibilities Include:
• Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines
• Provide online support or over the call for our learners
• Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments / revision sessions
• Do a continuous course QA
• Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Be the first point of escalation.
• Experience in Linux, Windows, Java (or any other programming knowledge)
• Strong troubleshooting skills of very complex systems
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high priority projects
Qualification : B.E(CS/IT), B.Tech (CS / IT), MCA
Location- Bangalore (Work from Office)
Working Days : 6 days working, week off on weekdays NOT on Saturday and Sunday
Working Time :Will be working in Shifts - 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM or
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation : 6 month training period 22,000 INR (Fixed Salary) per month.
After the successful completion of 6 months 28,000 INR (Fixed
Salary) +3000(Incentive)
Total CTC : 372,000 INR
Kindly please note that the first month salary will be credited after completion of 4
months oftraining.
