an odorless and nonflammable, durable, high Ultimate Elongation 4.5 %
strength material, impervious to fuels, Most
chemicals and solvents. It permanently bonds to Density 0.092 lbs./ in.3 (2.55 g/cm3)
a wide variety of surfaces such as metals,
composite, concrete, plastic and wood. It Weight per sq. yd. 14.9 oz. (505 g/m2)
provides strength in two directions, hoop and
transverse. Thickness 0.026 in (0.66 mm)

* Bellin Composite Wrap forms a chemical barrier that is resistant to a wide variety of chemical including
caustic dilute acids, salt solutions, water, steam, and petroleum solvents.
* It is a wet lay up system so it can be used on straight pile, as well as bends, tees and other
odd configurations. This system greatly reduces the periodic maintenance due to its extreme
durability.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
* Perform surface preparation.
* Prime the area to be coated with Composite Wrap System
with totally thickness 2 mm (2000 µ)
* Apply the Composite Wrap using spiral wrap method.
