 Utilize Configure, manage, and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including
L1, L2, and L3 firewall support, IPS/IDS rules, VPN and proxy settings.
Understating of basics switching and routing
 Implement and manage cloud-based security solutions such as
AWS/Azure WAF.
 Configure and maintain FortiGate proxies for web filtering and
application access control.
 Monitor network traffic and security logs for suspicious activity and
potential threats.
 Troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues.
2. Server Administration:
 Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including installation,
configuration, and monitoring.
 Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data
integrity and business continuity.
 Optimize server performance and resource utilization to meet
organizational requirements.
 Knowledge of server virtualization technologies such as VMware,
Hyper-V
3. Active Directory Management & Office 365 Administrator
 Oversee the management and maintenance of Active Directory
services.
 Create, modify, and remove user accounts, groups, and permissions as
per organizational requirements.
 Implement Group Policies to ensure system security and
standardization.
 Set up and administer Office 365 groups, distribution lists, and security
policies.
 Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
 Diagnose and resolve issues related to Office 365 services, including
connectivity, performance, and security.
 Monitor system health and performance to identify and address
potential problems.
 Work with Pass-through, Federated auth, SSO, Hybrid access, Cloud
Sync, Delegation, Self Service. MFA, Conditional Policies, PIM,
Vulnerabilities and risk assessment.
4. Operating System Support:
 Provide comprehensive support for Windows, Linux, and Mac operating
systems.
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance,
software installation, and configuration.
 Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and
system optimizations.
5. Troubleshooting and Support:
 Respond to user-reported issues and provide timely resolution through
troubleshooting techniques.
 Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
and escalate when necessary.
 Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference and
knowledge sharing.
6. System Documentation and Compliance:
 Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations,
procedures, and policies.
 Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding
system security and data privacy.
 Participate in audits and assessments to verify adherence to
compliance requirements.
