Nov 8, We started doing the business, first we contribute 140 pesos each of us members, with a total
amount of 980 pesos as our *puhunan*, and then we bought ingredients for our first main product, the
mini crispy turon or cryspyron, we bought wrapper for 100, brown sugar for 33, oil for 130, eden cheese
for 60, and banana for 37, a total of 360 pesos, Kelly and Kevin were the one who did the grocery, after
that we created mini turon about 81 pieces and we tried selling 24 pieces for 3pesos each, it sold out
quite quickly and made a profit of 72 pesos.

Nov 9, as we have extra money on our *puhunan* on this day we started selling ballot, as for our
alternative, just for an income, we bought 1 tray for 420 it was 30 eggs, and we also started selling the
remaining 67 pieces of the mini turon but this time for 10 pesos for each 3 turon, and surprisingly they
got sold out quick too, we got 750 for the balot, selling them for 25 each, and 190 for our mini turon, so
our money on this day was 1,212

Nov 10, we process the second alternative product here, the okoy, we sliced and soaked it in the water
with salt and ref it, the ingredients were free as we got the susop on the baryos of my groupmates.

Nov 12, We bought here ingridients for our susop, Prince, Jm, And rhedin were the ones who bought it,
We bought magic sarap, paminta, and sibuyas for 27, harina for 20, eggs for 54, and 20 for the bananas,
a total of 121, so we did the okoy now and at the same time the 2nd main product, the turon pie, we
have extra on the last wrapper so that’s the one we used, in the process we made, 63 pieces of turon pie
and sold it for 5 each making a profit of 315, and for the okoy we made 140 for 5 each too we also
bought vinegar for 16 pesos, making our money 1,530

Nov 17, we bought bottles for our milky buko, a total of 117 pesos and 420 for our balot

Nov 18, We bought ingredients for graham bar and 2 wrappers, Hazel and Kevin were the ones who
bought it, the wrapper cost 110 each making it 220 and the ingredients of the graham bar was a total of
359 pesos and the balot was sold for 750

Nov 19, we started doing the graham bar at night and made a total of 20 pieces
Nov 20, we sold our 20 graham bar for a total of 600 pesos and our mini turon for 190 and onother 64
for the other turon we sold, making our money 2,018

Nov 21, we made 10 bottles of milky buko, our buko is free from the baryo, and we bought ingredients
for our buko, a total of 181 pesoss, they are sold for 350 pesos and another mini turon for about 220,
and onother mini turon was sold in john mark house for 160

Nov 24, we only bought balot for a total of 420

Nov 25, we sold our balot on this day for 750

Nov 26, we bought ingredients for our graham bar a total of 269 and wrapper for our mini turon a total
of 220

Nov 27, we sold our 36 pieces of graham bar for 1,260 and our mini turon for 430 in the school of
minanga, making our money on this day 4,098

Nov 28, we bought onother ingredients for our graham bar, a total of 607 and wrapper and oil for our
mini turon for a total of 205 making our money on this day 3,286

Dec 3, kevin, hazel, john mark, and prince made mini turon, making a total of 114 pieces of it, and 44
pieces for the graham bar ready to be sold
