I declare on oath that all the details mentioned by me in the application form are completely true and the photocopies of mark
sheet, caste certificate etc. attached with the application form are valid. I will have no objection if the university cancels the
examination application form/candidature without sending any information in case the information mentioned in the
application form/question paper is unclear or incomplete and wrong or if I am not eligible due to not possessing the required
minimum qualification. Every change made in the rules related to admission and examination at any time will be acceptable
to me. I will have no objection if the university cancels my entire examination if any error is found even after appearing in the
examination. I declare that I have not been punished for the crime of using unfair means in the previous examination years. I
have thoroughly studied the rules and instructions related to the examination and syllabus. The prescribed examination fee
(including all other fees) and other necessary forms for migration etc. for enrollment and eligibility for the current examination
are enclosed with the application form. I also declare that apart from the above mentioned examination, I am not appearing in
any other examination of this university / any other university. It is acceptable to me to appear in the examination at the
examination center determined / changed by the university. I declare that if there is any dispute related to the examination,
then its jurisdiction will be the court located in Meerut or the High Court Allahabad (Prayagraj).
Note-1:- If the candidate does not sign this declaration, the examination form should be considered automatically cancelled.
Note-2:- It is mandatory to submit the hard copy of the examination form to the concerned college within the prescribed time
limit.
