The Importance of Mental Health Awareness

Today, I want to talk about a subject that impacts every single one of us, directly or indirectly
—mental health awareness. Mental health is as vital as physical health, yet it’s often
overlooked, misunderstood, or stigmatized. This has serious consequences for individuals,
