1 INT. APARTMENT ROOM - NIGHT 1
LYLE is on his side laying on the floor covered in scratches
and breathing heavily. Footsteps grow louder as ELIAS walks
up. Lyle coughs up blood.
LYLE
I know...
He coughs again
LYLE (CONT'D)
I know what you are.
2 EXT. SIDEWALK - NIGHT 2
Elias is walking along the pavement. The only thing he wears
is a sharp looking suit. He stops at a crosswalk as his phone
rings.
Elias flips the phone open and accepts the call, raising the
phone to his ear.
He stands there listening.
ELIAS
Got it.
Elias flips the phone shut and places it back into his
pocket. The sign changes and Elias crosses the street.
He stands around watching traffic pass by. Elias changes his
focus to the only other people around.
He takes a deep breath before he's bumped into by a stranger.
Elias turns his attention towards the man.
LYLE
I'm sorry sir.
Elias notices that Lyle is hiding something under his jacket.
He stands there watching Lyle as he walks off.
Elias calmly walks in Lyle's direction.
Lyle glances behind himself. Elias quickly shuffles behind a
corner. He waits a few moments.
Lyle still keeps his attention towards Elias' direction.
Elias gently closes his eyes as the sounds of the busy street
slowly fade out.

He focuses in on Lyle's heartbeat.
Lyle turns back around and continues walking. Elias opens his
eyes back up and rounds the corner.
He follows Lyle to an apartment building and waits for him to
enter.
3 INT. APARTMENT BUILDING LOBBY - MOMENTS LATER 3
As Elias enters the building he spots no one else is around.
He walks over to the elevator and watches as the light stops
on floor 5.
4 INT. APARTMENT HALLWAY - MOMENTS LATER 4
Elias exits the elevator. He walks through the hallway.
After stopping at the first door he moves on. The same with
the second door.
The third door he slowly turns and knocks the door open.
5 INT. APARTMENT ROOM - PRESENT 5
Elias tips Lyle onto his back with his foot.
LYLE
You damned monsters always taking
from people.
He coughs.
LYLE (CONT'D)
Just do it already...I'm a dead man
anyways.
Elias walks through the room into the kitchen. He passes by
the knives, dancing his fingers along the handles.
LYLE (CONT'D)
(irritated)
Just take it and leave!
Lyle points to the small box on the kitchen table.
Elias walks over to the box and opens it up. He stares into
it before turning his attention back to Lyle.

LYLE (CONT'D)
Why are-
ELIAS
(sternly)
stop talking.
He walks over to Lyle and the two stare at one another. He
crouches down to Lyle's eyeline.
Elias' eyes give an apathetic look as he grabs Lyle by the
shirt and hoists him up.
Elias pushes Lyle into the wall and promptly buries his fangs
into his neck.
He jerks his head back, ripping out parts of Lyle's throat.
Lyle's body slumps to the ground as his clothes begin to seep
with blood.
Elias goes to the sink and wipes the blood from his mouth.
He walks over to the box, stares at it for a moment, then
looks over back to Lyle.
He swiftly turns Back to the door, and takes a deep breath
before flipping the light switch, and shutting the door.
