_6:00 AM - 6:30 AM: Morning Routine_

- Wake up, exercise, meditation, or yoga


- Get ready for the day

_6:30 AM - 7:30 AM: Breakfast and Planning_

- Have breakfast

- Plan your study sessions and breaks

_7:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Study Block 1 (4.5 hours)_

- 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Physics (1.5 hours)


- 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Chemistry (1.5 hours)
- 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Biology (1.5 hours)
