1. The Petitioner/Accused was arrested by the complainant
for an alleged offence U/S 379 of I.P.C. r/w 21(1) of Mines and
Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in connection
with Crime No. 86 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution case is that on 27.03.2022,
the petitioners along with other accused have illegally transported
½ unit of river sand.
3. The Petitioner/Accused is an innocent person and has
been falsely implicated in the above crime. He has not committed
any offence whatsoever.
4. The Petitioner/Accused belongs to a respectable family and
is having permanent residence at Vilakkanenthal village.
5. The Petitioner/Accused undertakes that he will not tamper
with any witness.
6. The Petitioner/Accused was in judicial custody from
18.12.2022 and he is the sole bread winner of his big family. If he
is not enlarged on bail, his family will be put to irreparable loss and
injury.
7. The Petitioner/Accused undertakes to abide by any
condition of this Hon’ble Court to be imposed on his release. He
will regularly attend the Court. The petitioner/Accused is ready to
offer sureties to the satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.
Hence it is therefore prayed before this Hon’ble Court
pleased to enlarge the petitioner/Accused on bail and thus
render justice.
