STEPS OF THE LOAN PROCESS

Purchasing a home is a big step, and it’s one we’re excited to take with you!
Below is some helpful information to have as we embark on this journey.

1 Prequalify Online
Visit dhimortgage.com to prequalify online and find out how much you may be eligible to borrow to buy a home. You can

Closing

Company or Attorney’s office. Once the loan is funded, you’ll receive the keys to your new home. Congratulations, homeowner!
