APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT FOR
RELEASE OF MOBILE i.e. LENOVO K3 NOTE BEARING
IMEI NUMBER 867970025518016 & 867970025518024.
Most respectfully showeth:
1. That the applicant is a law abiding citizen of India and is
presently perusing B. Tech (Computer Science) at Chandigarh
group of colleges, Landran , Mohali . That the applicant on
account of internship/training at Wipro Infotech had come to
Delhi for a period of three months i.e. from 27.01.2016 to
22.04.2016.
2. That the applicant had ordered Lenovo K3 note mobile from
flipkart on 05.08.2015 and which was duly received by him at
Chandigarh on 09.08.2015 vide Invoice no.
blr_wfld20150800287840 dated 06.08.2015 and since then
has been used by the applicant only. Copy of the bill and
invoice dated 06.08.2015 is annexed hereto as Annexure –
P1.
3. That the applicant on 06.03.2016 was going to Inter State Bus
Terminal, Kashmere Gate to catch bus for Chandigarh as the
period of internship/training at Wipro had got over and during
the transit from Noida to Kashmere Gate by metro, the
applicant’s aforesaid mobile got lost/stolen around 8:30 P.M
between Rajiv Chowk Metro Station to Kashmere Gate Metro
Station and was switched off instantly.
4. That thereafter on 08.03.23016, the applicant went/visited the
police station at Kashmere Gate metro station and was told to
register an F.I.R. online as the server at Kashmere Gate was
down. That thereafter the applicant lodged the F.I.R. online
and it was registered as F.I.R. No. MRD-KGM-000017 U/s
379 of Indian Penal Code dated 08.03.2016. Copy of the
F.I.R. registered online is annexed as Annexure – P2.
5. That after a month or so the applicant got a call from police
station Welcome by Sub Inspector Manish stating that they
had recovered and seized the aforesaid mobile along with
other mobiles and the case is being investigated.
6. That now the investigation qua to the Mobile of the applicant
has been complete and the said mobile is lying in the police
station Welcome, New Delhi. That the aforesaid mobile is no
more required by the police personal for further investigation.
7. That the applicant undertakes to produce the same before this
Hon’ble Court as and when directed by this Hon’ble court.
8. That the applicant undertakes to furnish the Superdari bond as
per the directions of the Hon’ble Court.
PRAYER
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that in view of the above
said facts and circumstances, the above mentioned MOBILE i.e.
LENOVO BEARING IMEI NUMBER 867970025518016 &
867970025518024 may kindly be released on superdari, in the
interest of justice.
