Subject: Request for Waiver of NMQB Charges and Account Downgrade
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the frequent Non-Maintenance of Quarterly Balance
(NMQB) charges debited from my ICICI Current Account No. 777705011059 held under the name
M/s Durga Agarbathi.
Despite having substantial transactional activity in the account, I have been charged over ₹20,000
every quarter for non-maintenance of the required balance. These recurring charges are financially
burdensome, and I find them unreasonable given the consistent transactions conducted through this
account.
In light of this, I request you to kindly consider the following options:
1. Waiver of NMQB Charges: I request a complete or partial waiver of the accumulated NMQB
charges as a goodwill gesture for a loyal customer.
2. Downgrade of Current Account:, I would like to request the downgrading of my account to
a variant with a lower minimum monthly balance requirement to better suit my needs.
Alternatively, I am inclined to close this account if the high charges persist, as it no longer aligns with
my financial requirements.
