LETIER OF RECOMMENDATION
To the Admissions Committee,
It is my honor to endorse Mr. Ganji Nishanth as a candidate for your university. I served as his supervisor during the final-semester
major project and also taught him courses such as Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Automata Theory, Embedded Systems, and
IoT, so I've had a chance to witness his academic development and his progress through the years.
Nishanth is among the most enthused students I have had the privilege of teaching. He not only understood the demanding concepts
within a very short period but also proved to be very effective at using them when the need arose. Work of such nature primarily
reflects dedication and commitment which are qualities ofa great student. Nishanth has great research skills a long with creativity and
good communication which enabled him to be one of the most well-organized and best students I have ever seen.
I recall Nishanth's work on the project Sign Language Recognition Through Deep Learning during his final semester, which stood out
as one of the most innovative projects in the department. Under my supervision, Nishanth was able to guide his team in crafting an
effective solution, whose intention was to bridge the communication gap between mute and non-mute individuals, fostering
inclusivity. He was able to make a remarkable achievement of99% accuracy which outperformed existing solutions.
This project was further validated by its publication in Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Cognitive and Intelligent
Computing by Springer, under the title A Review on Sign Language Recognition Techniques. This publication demonstrated
Nishanth's ability to carry out extensive research and literature review, assess the methodo logies in use, and provide alternatives.
In addition to his exceptional academic performance, Nishanth demonstrated an eagerness to engage in extracurricular activities,
showcasing his versatility and leadership skills. As the coordinator for technical fests, I witnessed his remarkable ability to organize
impactful events, such as duo hackathons, where he proudly represented our department.
Furthermore, Nishanth thrived as an active member of the college's largest literary club, Communicando, to which he dedicated
significant time and effort throughout his academic journey. Over the years, he climbed the ranks within the club, making meaningful
contributions that reflected his creativity, teamwork, and commitment to holistic development.
Having provided a comprehensive overview of the qualities that make Nishanth an invaluable asset to our institution, I am confident
that he possesses the skills, dedication, and potential to thrive as a member of your esteemed academic community. I strongly endorse
his application and would be more than happy to provide any additional information that may assist in evaluating his c, idacy.
