Reasons for Abstention CE IN ECR
Time Record Of Events
0900-0955 -Sounded abandon ship alarm and followed by public address announcement.
-All crew mustered at muster station and head count carried out.
-Asked all crew about their duties and checked life jacket light and whistle, appearance
& correctly donned. Found satisfactory.
-Enter to the life boat and explained how to launch free fall life boat and launching
procedure and how to start life boat engine,
-Inspection of lifeboat equipment, condition of various part of boat & condition of lifeboat
Engine and fuel replenishment are found satisfactory.
-Tested steering gear and engine ahead & astern, checked Davit, moving parts free.
-Found satisfactory and all in good condition.
-Dismissed drill.
0955-1000 -Debriefing of drill by Master.
Training Carried Out
-Life Raft Launching Procedure
-Donning of life jackets, Immersion suit and TPA.
Drill Evaluation
The drill was carried out an efficient manner.
Masters Comments
The response of the drill was satisfactory.

Note:
1) When re-training on board the ship is required or identified, the Master shall ensure that the crew members are
trained without delay. Records for such retraining shall be maintained.
2) The suitability and adequacy of each stated emergency procedure shall be reviewed by the Master while
conducting the drills and suggestions for revisions shall be recorded.
