ongoing loop line project.

Dear sir this is for your kind information that a joint was conducted on (Date)
by various departments but it was not attended by your department. During
the joint survey it was seen that some of the pway materials (such as second
hand rails, sleepers etc) are coming in the alignment of loop line due to which
the work cannot be carried at full pace as it is causing hindrance while
executing the work. We kindly request you take necessary action for site
clearence so that the project can be completed in stipulated time.
